Today I was extremely disappointed. Store should have opened at 10:00am but it did not. I’m not really sure what time they eventually opened. I along with another customer we’re waiting for the store to open. She said that this happened to her last week and that someone eventually showed up. Not only did I have a 11:30am appointment but I stayed till 12:05pm thinking someone would surly arrive but they never did. I called the store leaving my name and number thinking I would receive a call. I never received a call from them and I actually had to call them back. At 2:00pm upon speaking with the lady who actually scheduled my appointment the day before; she could’ve cared less about me and my situation. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her I could not believe she treats her customers this way. I was so disgusted that I decided to contact a friend from another state to ship the items I was needing to me since the Mt. P store closed. I reached out to them in hopes that they were still open and they are. Also, the Mt. P store is staying open which is great news! I recommend you shop there because I have never been treated so poorly before in my entire life.
