Pretty good store to go to has a lot of drink options has a beer cave, steaks cooked n uncooked pizza. Lottery alot of gas pumps, a vacuum, car wash, hot food, shakes, wine, beer. Clean bathrooms most of the time and everyone is real nice. They do have a Wells Fargo ATM located in the parking lot eye place inside where you can order your food on a screen and have it cooked for you they have an outdoor seating area with TVs where you can drink alcohol I dont really care for the food there it just doesnt fit my taste. All in all really nice gas station I go to itll probably be one that also be one that remains on Daniels Island also

The LGBT culture is strong here and you couldnt ask for a more friendly and helpful staff! The huge store is spotless and the employees clearly take pride in their work. Mt Pleasant Refuel employees should take a lesson on how a proper store should be run. They were once great, but have gone downhill. This store will be my go-to from now on!

I’ve been a Refuel gas & car wash customer for last couple of years. Monthly car wash club sounds great but in the last couple of months service horrible. Either wash out of soap, wax or broken. In addition Refuel changed system to read license plate that allows you to receive wash. This sounds great but half the time it only reads part of your plate & generally a car is right behind you that you have to just drive through without a wash. Last 2 times I sat in line for 1/2 hour only to have machine not read my plate correctly. No car wash for me. Tried calling number they have posted next to building with no success. Tried calling inside station & reached recording. Station extremely busy so I’m sure it doesn’t matter if a customer or two such as I aren’t satisfied. However I’m sure others are seeing the decline in service as I am.

They close at 11pm and 30mins before closing they put up a sign that the bathrooms were out of order. Its only two gas stations in the town. But the next morning at 6am they were miraculously fixed! The employees didnt want to clean the bathroom, because who has a business and only on the nightshift the bathrooms are out of order!?!

Clean but slow long lines. Cool that you can sit there and drink and I guess the employees can vape and work at the same time, pretty gross.

Never understood the love for gas stations till I started eating at Refuel. Buffalo Chicken Pizza is outstanding for cost. Went weeks in a row grabbing lunch here. Staff is great and selection of beer is beyond normal gas stations! Car wash is also best in DI

Very convenient with 20 pumps available. However, price per gallon always at a 10-15 cent premium over other nearby Refuel stations. Shame on Refuel for taking advantage of our residents.

Friendly staff, no fees on ATM to withdraw money, nice selection of things to buy.

Is places really cool for a gas station to always well kept the stock is always super friendly they always have a wide variety of choices and we really appreciate the outside area that they have for our kids To hang out

A surprising lunch spot for bbq!! Impressive for inside a gas station! Its grab and go though. No dining.

I am a resident of Daniel Island and was happy to have a Refuel station. Although Im happy to have the 10 cent discount per gallon as a convenience coffee stop it leaves much to be desired. On repeated visits the coffee was stale and cold. Each time I complained to the staff I got a disinterested response we dont check the coffee in the afternoon... Well, dont advertise that availability.

The food is terrible. I had the Mac and cheese there and it taste like straight eggs. There is no cheese on the Mac and cheese.

I love the place, but PLEASE train your employees! If the short man who just walks around is your manager get rid of him! He doesnt care about your business. It was great to walk in when it first opened, now its just painful.

The car wash seems to use very dirty water that makes your car look terrible after just a few washes. It does literally the opposite of what a car wash is supposed to do.

I think that the refuel on Daniel Island is absolutely great. Nice employees and just a great pit stop.

I was excited when Refuel built on Daniel Island, the other gas station was really run down and don’t seem to care. I’ve been increasingly disappointed with Refuel however... The car wash has only been adequate. My vehicle doesn’t always come out clean and very seldom do the drying blowers remove the water. I usually regret getting my car washed there. I’ve noticed the lot is looking dirty and nasty. I was unable to wash my windows because the scrubber wells were dry and had been that way for a while. There were no paper towels either. Sadly, the Kangaroo station isn’t looking that bad anymore.

This new business on Daniel Island right before the hurricane scares and rushes. Their nice new pumps, decent prices, and new store were much appreciated!

The main room is clean, and has a lot of stuff. But the bathrooms are horrid.

Dont use the car wash here. Its a joke. I have a brand new car, went on a day trip, came back for a wash Didnt even take the bird poop off my car. What a ripoff.

Always problems with the pumps and car wash, the wash works about as well as hosing your car off. The food is terrible also. Owner is a thief as well, has stolen money from employees and customers. Google him.
