This place is great!!! I have been coming here for years and have bought several pairs of boots. The prices are good and the people who work there are very helpful and willing to help you in any way. I recommend them to everyone I know and they have made purchased boots also.

Recently I purchased a pair of pretty beat-up Ariat boots second hand online. The ladies working at the time greeted me and helped me find a conditioning cream to re-hydrate the leather. After I showed her a picture of the boots, she also suggested a second product for scuffing/tears in case I needed it. The prices in store are competitive to what I’ve seen online, which is hard to find these days. I’ve never felt pressured into anything I didn’t need or want, and they’ve always treated my small purchases just as importantly as a bigger purchase. I previously worked in retail for 12 years, being a multi-store manager for 5. I very rarely find customer service that wows me, and this location has never skipped a beat.

I work in Human Resources so steel toe boots are not something I would normally shop for. The customer service was awesome and I got some girly steel toe sneakers 😊

I went in here looking for work boots that were light and comfortable. Their selection was huge and very diverse. Everything from steel toe dress shoes to lineman style safety boots. I ended up getting the Timberland PRO boots by their recommendation. They required minimal break in and feel great even after a 10hr day.

My own fault to arrive there around 5:55 pm today. When I was parking my car in front of the store, the lady inside just got the door locked. I still saw one customer inside checking out a pair of shoes. I tried to open the door, but nobody cared. Would it be a great trouble to just tell me we are closing? why should you lock the door in front of me. Never go back to this store.

The best place to buy work boots in the lowcountry. They are locally family owned and stand behind their boots.

Walked in a few minutes before 6pm under the flashing open sign. The guy at the door told me they were closed and couldnt help me. Will shop somewhere with better customer service from now on.

I don’t understand why you advertise that you have GEORGIA Boots, but only carry 6-7 of their styles. Also, I’m all about buying locally, however, the same Georgia boot is $40 cheaper on Amazon.
