Unless you want to be treated like a criminal DO NOT SPEND your hard working money in this store!!! Just like the previous review said it doesnt matter if you are a regular or not. They will follow u around, you cant shop in peace, they make you feel very uncomfortable. To the owners/managers/workers heres a PSA: if all of the people of color stopped purchasing items here you will go out of business!!!! Just keep that in mind! We are keeping you alive! I wish people would boycott this place b/c they are not worth patronizing.

On December 5, 2015, I purchased a 100% Natural Virgin Human Hair Wig (Style: Victoria and Color: Natural) from Beauty Line in the Citadel Mall in Charleston, South Carolina for $259.47.At the time I was instructed to buy a wig brush and start at the ends of the hair and gently brush moving up the hair to remove tangles. I have returned to the store several times to inquire about additional help to make the wig presentable to wear as it was purchased. I have invested approximately $100 extra dollars following their instructions and the wig can only be worn in a pinned up pony tail. All I wanted was assistance in what technique is needed to make the hair presentable. I asked the owner for information to contact manufacturer she told me that was not possible because they are not on line. Needless to say she asked me to leave the store because I had too many questions. Very poor customer service.

Didnt buy anything just looked around their wigs selection is a little skimpy they can do a little better with that plenty of weave hair though

Horrible Customer Service!!!! The Gentlemen who owns the store told me to call him to find out if they were getting a specific item in. When I called I told him who I was and what I was calling in reference to. He said Im busy right now, what do you want? Surprised, I asked if he would like me to call back, and he responded with Yeah, whatever and hung up. Thats not good customer service and I wont be shopping there again.
