FIRST OF ALL I AM SOOOO GLAD THAT IM NOT THE ONLY ONE TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!MY DAUGHTER WAS GETTING PREPARED FOR HER BIRTHDAY..THE OWNER NOR HER HELPER GAVE ANY TYPE OF ASSISTANCE..SO SORRY YOU MISSED OUT ON A VERY PROFITABLE SALE BECAUSE OF YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..WILL NEVER WASTE MY GAS ON THIS FUNKY STORE EVER AGAIN..AND I MEAN..EVERRRR🤬

Over all very neat and organized store. A lot to choose from. I went in for one item a particular face mask I was told they carry....ended up spending almost $100 bucks on other necessities. My only problem, I was asked to show identification because I chose to charge my debit card as credit. Never had that happen to me anywhere before in my life. Thought that was very odd.

Customer SERVICE is horrible WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY IN NO PLACE LIKE THIS ONE . THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE THIS 1 STAR

They have terrible collections of wigs.... Overpriced

So first off myself and several of my family have medical conditions which prevent us wearing masks. We told the shop employee this. And she was still rude to me and my family and made them leave the store. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything. Also the whole store had nothing but stuff for woman of color . And no other options for different hair types.

Awesome shop! Excellent prices and inventory. Sweet, friendly, helpful and down to earth people working here. Beats Sally’s and I really like Sally’s, but this is better.

Hair Q Beauty Supply is a great resource and shopping destination for all of your hair and beauty related product needs. I have been overwhelmed with their selection of items available and the low prices that they offer. I am happy that this place exists and does what they do so well.

Will never be coming back here again. Upon arriving, I walked in and greeted the cashier, only to be ignored as if I wasn’t even there. As I made my way to the back of the store to find the hair I was looking for, I overheard a rather unpleasant interaction between a customer and one of the employees. The customer was asking if she could see the other colors of a wig she wanted before choosing the shade that she liked best. The employee was very crass and short with her, and spoke to the woman as if she was annoyed with her. She even began yelling and condescendingly told her that she “was not going to pull out eight different boxes so she could see the different shades that they had.” and demanded that she just choose something and pay for it. I was absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the staff. Do not spend your money here, these people have no business running a store if they are not going to treat paying customers with basic respect and politeness. Support a black owned business instead.

Great price, great service and alot of different hairs.

DO NOT spend your money here!!! I dont ever leave reviews under businesses. However, when you follow me around for absolutely no reason, now we have a problem. Told the owners wife how I felt about her following me... Guess she didnt like what I said because she told me not to come back. If you want to watch your cameras, by all means necessary(watch them) but dont single anyone out because theyre of color and you feel like every African American person that enters into your place of business has to steal. Will take my money elsewhere!

I only come here for my daughters barrettes for her hair. I stop buying hair products when the man owner would follow you around the store. The wife is super nice.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I walked into the store and was not greeted. They did not say hello or how may I help you.If you run a business, you should greet all customers because you never know what type of money or business oppurtunity you are missing out on.There were 4 associates in there and they all looked at me when I walked in and tgen returnes to having their conversation. So I tried to be nice and walk around a little to see if they would speak or ask if I needed assistance, but the male associate ended up following me around the store. At that point I left. Customer service for them is not only terrible but non existent. I will never go back.
