In addition, the staff was very courteous, professional, and organized.

The front desk clerk was friendly and professional/fast. The Enterprise representative that was there for my rental was great as well. The employee that talked me through the estimate was knowledgeable and patient. The work was completed twice as fast as the estimate from another, similar place.And the work was great.I have no complaints about my interactions with this place.

I CAME ACROSS TO THIS FACILITY BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS WERE GOOD .THEY FIXED THE DENT OF MY CAR, BUT THE WORK THEY DID WAS HORRIBLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, PAINT WAS HORRIBLE WITH PATCHES OF PAINT WHICH NOW IS PEELING OFF. ALSO LEFT MY CAR WITH MORE DAMAGES AND STUFF LOSSES INSIDE . I STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CALL ME SINCE 3 WEEKS AGO THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE TO MAKE TIME, BUT WHEN THE FIRST TIME I HAVE THE CHECK ON HAND THEY WERE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATE. I GAVE 1 START FOR THE WELCOMING FACES. NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE....

The professionals at Carolinas Collision Center must have access to some magic in their shop because my Mini Cooper ended up looking like nothing ever happened to it! It may even look better than when it came off the car lot. Mike Roberts couldnt have taken better care of me! Very pleased, would highly recommend!

I am so glad that Geico directed me to this business. Ive used other car repair places in the area over the years and my experience with them was nothing like Carolinas Collision at Legion Road. From the moment I brought my car in Lisa made me feel at ease and took care of everything - even the car rental. If you have Geico auto insurance this is the easiest decision to make. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. AND, not only was my car done early, but it was the CLEANEST it has been in quite a while. I rate my experience here and the level of service I received here as superior!!

Very organized, personable, polite and communicates well. Items they said they may not be able to correct. They got them corrected. Be careful not to speed on the road to their facility as the police were on the street every time I visited the location. Saw several people pulled over. My car looked good! Great job!

Our car looked new when we picked it after repair. They not just repaired our car but also power vacuumed it from inside and washed from outside. Was not expecting this level of customer service. Truly satisfied with our experience.

The lot was over crowded to the point i had to wait for someone to leave before finding parking also waited a good while for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. Was never contacted by the agent by email after the appointment. Fortunately i had another estimate from another company.

The location is a bit difficult to get to, as I cut across the shopping plaza and had to turn around a few times. But, I give it 5 stars as I had no issue when i got there. I was taking my car in for a GEICO inspection and the staff was welcoming and helpful with directing me into the lobby. They had a coffee/tea station, TV in the waiting room, nice and clean as I waited for my appointment.Another note. This place is associated with GEICO Xpress Service, I havent experienced their servicing yet but will soon. The GEICO inspector was very knowledgable and quick. She also told me that the repair would be guaranteed for life for installation. She took care of the paperwork and I was on my way. Thanks!

Arrived for an appointment at 11 and was told theyd get to me after a company meeting is over in 15-20 minutes. I ended up spending 40 minutes in the waiting room so I just left. Ive never experienced anything like that when Ive made an appointment

Not really busy but they told me that they work with the body part of cars so if you need to repair something of the body of your car you can go to them and talk to someone and if it is convenient you can reach an agreement with them to solve the problem you have with the body of your car

Bad customer service is not a good place but if it is for accident
