These aren’t mechanics. They are angels sent from God.I was driving back to Texas from NJ in a 2014 GMC Acadia with 190K miles on it. My transmission went out a few miles from their shop and managed to limp in.It seems as though expensive challenges pop up for me at a time when I can least afford them. Roger and Manny could have easily taken advantage of my situation. Being the consummate professionals they are, they found a solution for me and also replaced a wheel bearing so I could get home safely.My vehicle drives better now then the day I bought it. These are great people.

Rogers services are top notch. We had one of our work trucks break down with a busted radiator. Shortly after talking to Roger he had a tow truck there within 15 minutes. Roger also understands we have a very demanding work schedule and knew we needed back quickly. Well Roger and his team had the radiator and brakes all replaced in under 24 hours and vehicle back on the road. Highly recommend this place!!

I brought my car in for a noise I would hear from the front end. The noise only happened randomly so I said I hope you can find it. I also noticed my temp gauge was a bit higher than normal. Driven Auto drove my car and heard the noise and search and searched and found the issue. They also discovered a tiny leak in my radiator. I got the car back as promised and we are back on the road. I like the professionalism and the prompt responses. I have taken my car there for a few year now and have no complaints.

Our experience with Driven Auto Repair and our service advisor, Roger Ponce was great! We knew Roger when he worked at Rosenthal Nissan /Priority in Tysons Corner Virginia. We always received nothing but the best advice and customer service from Roger on how to handle our 2005 Nissan Armada and our recent time at Driven Auto Repair was a five star experience. They carefully checked our truck to diagnose the problem and gave us a very reasonable solution to have it repaired. Driven Auto Repair will be our new shop for any regular maintenance or repairs moving forward.

Good experience, fast service, free loaner. Didnt drive away with that did they really fix it feeling that I usually have. My car actually felt refreshed and was running better. I did have to change my battery two days after my service so I guess they didnt check that or it was just coincidence that a cell died two days later, but thats okay, I have bad luck with batteries anyway. They worked with my warranty service. Overall great place.

As per usual, Roger and his team did a fantastic job. I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. They go out of their way to not only fix the car, but let me know other things that need to be done and the timeframe. I took my car in for back brakes that I knew were needed and they told me that my alternator needed to be changed out. That was great, because I was able to get that done before I was stranded someplace. They keep my car running beautifully and I dont have to worry. The prices are honest and everything is explained to me. I feel safe driving even in my old Honda Civic, thanks to Roger.

What I like about Driven Auto Repair is they are honest. I say that because they take there time to check out what you brought you vehicle in for, so if thats not the problem he will let you know what is really the issue. One thing that impressed me is I had multiple issues with my vehicle and I was not able to afford to get all the issues fixed. So they let me know that all the issues needed worked on but he understood my situation and showed me what issues needed to be fixed right away to keep the car working. He didnt have to do that.

I have been using Choice Automotive for all my auto repairs for my car and truck for nearly 5 years. Tony and his team have been great both at their Sterling car shop and now at their new car shop in Chantilly VA. While I like both shops, I really like what Tony has done at the Chantilly car shop to make it comfortable for you if you have to wait. But then hes always offered a loaner car if available. I definitely recommend Choice Auto if you are looking for a great repair shop or mechanic in Chantilly or Sterling.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! There are not enough words to explain the awesome great work that Mr.Vargas & His Machanic has done for my car. When the Lexus Dealership of Chantilly tried to take advantage of my situation by holding my car and trying to charge me an arm & a leg for a diagnosis that cost a house note. And the the Lexus Dealership of Chantilly Va. wanted me to trade my car in, because they said I needed a new engine when I had originally brought my car to their dealership to get a blown head gasket repaired. Driven Auto Repair just happened to be in the same location of Chantilly Lexus Dealership and I found this shop by looking for a rental car company. After several months of Lexus Dealership holding my car, because I was not going to pay them the rediculous amount of money for a used engine and for the highway robbery diagnosis that they were charging me for. I realized that Lexus wanted me to trade my car in and thats why they were trying to intimidate me with the cost that they quoted me for the repair work on my car. Needless to say, Iv never had work done at the Driven Auto Repair and when I walked into this shop it looked so much like a Dealership and everyone was very nice and pleasant, I felt at home. I explained to Mr.Vargas what I was going thru with the Lexus Dealership and Mr. Vargas said that he could have my car towed from the dealership to his shop and take a look at my car, because he was well able to fix my car. I thought that was very thoughtful of him so thats what I did. My car was completely repaired in four days I have a used engine thats driving better than a new engine and it cost me half of the price that Lexus dealership wanted. I am so, so very greatful to Almighty God that there are still some honest people with the heart❤️ of God in this world who have a heart❤️to serve unto others and not take advantage of people in their time of need. I am the happiest person driving today and I owe it all to Driven Auto Repair they have truly put my life back at ease. And this will be my future Auto Repair Shop as long as its in business and I do come very far to get here, but Driven Auto Repair is truly worth it yall it really is. To God Be All The Glory!!!!!💯

Driven Auto Repair is a terrible workshop. I took my Honda Pilot 2009 because of the light of engine, light VTM-4, and light VSA and the triangle light came on. Franz Vargas made a diagnosis assuming assuring and ensuring that the EGR was something to do with it, that it was not because of the dayafter I gave it to him the check engine light and the other warning lights came on again, and I called Franz to tell What happened? I told him to take it to the workshop and so I did. I said that I had to wash it to repair it, but nothing again they started the check engine and the warning lights I called Franz again and told me to take it, when I took it, I told me that I have It was going to the engine because it would have to do with that and it was not because I turned it back on and I was told that I did not understand Then told me that it was going to make an adjustment and calibrate the valves but that did not work because of the check engine light came on again and the warning lights, Franz asked me to take it to the Honda dealer because he apparently I did not know what to do, because far from fixing my truck. It got worse and I could not solve the problem. I lost money and my time. I do not recommend this place at all because I said it was from solving and repairing the car it got worse. Driven and Franz Vargas do not know or have the slightest idea how to repair the car they are a fraud.
