Great customer service. Came in last week to inquire about getting my windshield repaired(hopefully). Went to a location down the street and they were cheaper, but the dude didnt seem interested in helping and never even followed up with me about a replacement windshield in case repair didnt work. The guys here are honest and upfront, on to of actually following up and giving me options. Needles to say I came back today and had them attempt the repair. After about 30-45 min they let me examine the work and Im very satisfied! I will recommend you guys to anyone in need and I appreciate the help.

Made the appt to have my windshield replaced. I showed up on time and the greeter promptly took my info and started the replacement work. The work was finished right on time and the quality of the work was both clean and neat. I was impressed with the professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere as well. Got my windshield replaced and they did a great job fast reliable professional all in one place. Waled who helped me was fast and through and clear on the estimate, I took it in the day after and got a call that car was ready. Its like nothing happened all the stickers and my camera is still attached to my window car is so clean like nothing happened but the huge crack in my windshield is gone and there is a new windshield installed. Exceeded my high expectations on so many levels. My visit to Yellowstone to replace my windshield was unwelcome and expensive. I had waited more than 2 weeks for another repair shop to deliver the correct windshield for my car before giving Yellowstone a call. I should have called them in the first place. Everything about this operation is top notch. Fair pricing, less than 2 hour repair, a waiting area I enjoyed lounging in while I waited, and a really personable staff. The repair tech really loves his craft and his pride of workmanship is impossible to miss. I was eager to give them this five star review.

No need to go anywhere else. Friendly, professional and extremely skilled all at a fair price. I am picky and had them do a very challenging older BMW windshield. I don’t know know where to begin writing this review about Yellowstone Auto Glass. I’ve never seen such a clean, organized, friendly and professional working environment like they have here. Especially when it comes to a car business. The waiting area almost feels like home. It’s cleanliness and fridge filled with cold beverages, the coffee and tea station to the snacks on the counter top makes you feel welcome . They also have a business room with 2 computers available for the clients use. I had my windshield changed while waiting. Not only am I happy with the place itself by also by the quick service I received. If anyone is searching for a place to have any glass work for your car this is thebest place in the area no doubt!!

I was stunned at the great quality of this business. Clean, efficient, and great work at fair prices. I called one day prior for a power window repair. They ordered the part and scheduled me for the next day. They pulled out the whole door panel and installed the new regulator and motor in about 40 minutes for less then $300. Check around to see that job can go for up to $1000 if you insist on an original manufacturer part. But I have an older vehicle and Yellowstone gives a vehicle-lifetime guarantee on their work. This means theres no point or reason to get original equipment! New, after-market parts work just fine. This is relatively new business with a swanky, snack-filled waiting-room, wi-fi, hotel-quality bathrooms and a spotless shop area in the rear. The two technicians I had that day paid attention to detail, workmanship and cleanliness. AND, they both knew how to communicate effectively. These are rare qualities these days. 5 stars all around.

No original glass at the factory? Yellowstone went out of their way to track it down, pick it up and get my windshield replaced ahead of schedule. Technician explained procedure in detail, using extra glue, multiple calibrations and 2 months later I am very thankful. Huge Thanks!

Called couple places to get my windshield replaced and recalibrated, Yellowstone seemed knowledgeable and explained everything in details, where as other shops said that recalibration wasn’t required after replacement but that wasn’t true after checking with my dealer, but the dealership price was too high for the same service.

Had my Grand Cherokee windshield cracked on the 66. I called couple places but I felt like they didn’t know what they were talking about. When I called Yellowstone they guided me through the whole process and were able to get the right part by using my VIN schedule my appointment and went on time then I left with a 5 star service in no time, only paid my deductible for the service.

I contacted Yellowstone Auto Glass for a price quote on my windshield. Leila from Yellowstone replied quickly to my email and gave additional insight for making sure I had to correct windshield for my car. After receiving my windshield estimate and a few back and forth emails I scheduled my Yellowstone installation. My experience with Yellowstone Auto Glass was great from start to finish. When I arrived at my installation a Yellowstone employee come outside greet me, look over my vehicle and verified they had the correct windshield. Everyone I came into contact with wore mask and gloves. The waiting room was first class and hand sanitizer was also available. I plan to come back to Yellowstone next week to have a chip repaired in another windshield. In the future if I need a windshield Yellowstone Auto Glass is my go to Auto Glass provider. My 2020 Car windshield broke on the 66. It was kinda upsetting but when I called Yellowstone they were professional and walked me through the process and explained different types of windshields like OEM,premium and aftermarket.I choose the OEM option and my car looks the way it was before the rock.

I went there over the weekend because thought the seal on my front windshield was damaged; causing water to leak inside of my car. Long story short Rober ran three water tests on my car and was unable to find the cause. He then took the time and care to try and find out where the leak was coming from. He tookoff the panel to my console and found the issue. Waleed the other employee on site called a mechanic that they use and sent me over to him and it was close by! I cannot thank these guys enough for the time and care they took in helping me with this issue. They didnt have to take the extra steps to.locate the leak and find someone to.fix it for me. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them for all your car glass needs should you have one.

I spent over 4 weeks trying to get Safelite to replace the drivers side window to my wifes car. I couldnt get a response from them and each time I called I was told something different. They brought the wrong window and when they said they had the part (after I called), they then offered an appointment a week later. I was clearly NOT a priority.Finally, I started looking for options and found Yellowstone. Layla was so great - I could tell she wanted to help and fast. Technician (Robert) came out same day and my wife finally had her car back with a window. They were fast, eager, helpful, honest (called that they were coming), called during the service, etc. Price was also great. I highly recommend making Yellowstone your first stop for autoglass needs.

I’m a teenager so I was kind of intimidated to get something done on my car while I was alone but the staff here was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The waiting room is super nice with drinks, snacks, and Netflix. They were done repairing my windshield in just a few minutes too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Back window on our minivan was shattered -- we had no garage, and there was rain in the forecast. We *needed* to get it replaced as soon as possible. I called them, hoping they would be able to come by my house - and they absolutely do mobile repairs, but since we didnt have a garage, they were concerned that--with rain in the forecast--the adhesive would not be able to set/cure correctly.We ended up driving up to their shop -- and the waiting room was immaculate, seriously hard to find a place you would rather kick back while someone fixes a pile of broken glass.They helped us find the right product, at the right price, and were able to get it done the same day we called them -- even talked us through how to properly cover the space where the window was with some plastic sheeting and tape (dont use duct-tape - painters tape blue tape is preferable), to be able to get to their facility.They made it look like it never happened -- and we have peace of mind knowing that rain wouldnt be pouring into our car all night long.Highly recommend working with these folks -- they went above and beyond to try and accommodate our time frame, and our budget.I hope disaster never strikes, but if it does, you wont regret letting these people help you out of it.
