The pricing and equipment available is spot on and Juan I believe it is behind the counter is very knowledgeable. But as far as install by the Tech was just a slap in the face. I went back to get amp installed after I purchased from them the week before hand to do myself but got tied up with other projects. Long story short install was a joke, amp had one screw into the carpet with a tack material to keep from coming out (amp was rattling against rear seat bracket), all wires were ran through the same channel which I believe everyone knows power wires should be separated from signal, power wire ran through the engine bay poorly and across the radiator support instead of at firewall to tuck it properly and hide as much as possible, ground cable was screwed in with 3 screws into aluminum floor (New Body F150) which was causing poor connection and static/whining through the speakers also leaving 3-4 holes through my floor. I’m skeptical to pull out the head unit and make sure the harness I purchased for install was utilized and check the wiring behind it now.I will definitely continue to buy products from them but I will do my own installs from this point forward as I should have in this case but just didn’t have the time.

Everything I bought broke clear they broke a piece on my truck the screen that $50 is trash it broke in two weeks and I didn’t get my money back the PA system stop working in a month am I back up camera broke in a month this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my whole life. Don’t buy anything from this place unless you wanted to break in three weeks!

Thanks for breaking part of my door trim then (when I mentioned to y’all that it fell) y’all decided that I’d be a good idea just to super glue it on. Y’all could’ve just been straight up and told me y’all broke the clips.

Prices are good. They have plenty to choose from. Juan is great. Havent had much issues, but when I did there was no issue with having them fix the problem in a some what timely manner.

I bought me so me some lights for my gmc truck they have pretty good stuff, good service. And yes I like it Ill go back again.

Never ever! Spend 1600 or more in the car sound 4 weeks and i have a lot problems with the stereo, the speakers (dB drive) same problem, viper alarm is not working anymore. Something was wrong with the alarm installation and my hi lighs not working. NO SR! I don’t liked anymore.

We had a great experience with Juan & East Car Audio. We went in expecting to pay a large amount and replace all our speakers on a 2011 Dodge Challenger. Juan quoted us a more than fair price that we were shocked to hear. When we returned, he told us that the repair wasn’t exactly what we initially thought and that our new price was under $100. We were impressed with his professionalism, integrity & overall customer service! We will be back soon! We highly recommend!!

Don’t go here for anything!! My parents got my head lights and fog lights done here for cheap in 2017 and my fog lights fall out about every two months. I’ve had to pay to get them replaced completely but it’s happened more than six times. These people do not know how to do their job and just waste your time! Channel view location.

Best shop hands down on Sheldon Rd went to the two other shops by railroad tracks and the new one on the other side of i10 next to the flea market which comes up to be the same shop that used to be in the same shopping center next to the food town they where charging me double than what East Car Audio charged me to do work on 3 of my cars. The guys there know what they are talking about unlike the other shops just trying to sell the brand they can only offer Hands down go to east car audio!

I have brought my challenger and charger here to have work done and I will keep coming back here the staff is professional and knowledgable.

The guy had good knowledge on leds he is very flexible around took my 2017 Ford Taurus they fixed my leds issue

Don’t buy from here. Over charge! Bought some lights from them and an hour later I found those same headlights $50 cheaper on amazon with much better warranty. Be sure to do your research before letting these guys rip you off

I supposedly bought 2 pairs of ds18 speakers a month ago or so and today I found out I only got installed one pair don’t recommend this place they ain’t honest

Took my truck 7 or 8 times and couldnt get my system to function like it should. All they said was Im sorry, dont know why your speakers keep going out. Will never return to this sorry ass place again.

So I had my amp sub box and everything I needed for the installation except the wires and the install itself and Cartoys quoted me at almost $500. I went to Eastside car audio got new wires, install, and hooked up with a free bass nob for $140 in just a few hours. The work was excellent and well worth what I paid for.

This is an Awesome place for audio, alarms, etc.They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable with a comfortable atmosphere!

Dont recommend this place- Poor audio set up. Returned my truck twice for adjustments, but Juan tried charging me to correct their issue of wiring and rattling that took place under the seat where the subwoofer was located. I ended up selling their set up and got a new system redone down then road on I-10 at AUDIO SOUND WAREHOUSE.

Got really nice stuff for car audio at decent prices. Little higher on install prices but not overboard and still fair, can get installed a lil cheaper but the gas to drive somewhere else would be the difference in price on the install, save the gas pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks, lol

Best place to get car audio the guys are very helpful and actually have knowledge in car audio they will get you the right stuff that you need unlike the 2 other shops down the road they just try to sell you whatever without having any knowledge and the guys dont know what they are talking about. Another thing these guys have is the warranty they work with you unlike others that act like they dont know you also the guys at east car audio do really clean jobs they might take slightly longer in certain situations but the job will be super clean!! Keep it up east car audio!!

This place is very unprofessional took my car for head light bulbs was over charger only to get a job that was not properly done was lied to an let down by the owner whom told me my balancing would go out in a month because one light was brighter then other iv told them they was 2 different type of bulbs because the first time only one was changed so i was told to bring back I did I wanted to see the bulps witch were never showed to me so car was done light was at low beam I told owner it still.not right being that im a female i guess they figure I didnt know what I was talking about so I just left took car to get second opinion they took the front ent off witch took 5 min the bulb was right there not properly installed whom ever did it used some type of aluminium tape like sruff with glue on it to hold my light in place it was removed an put in properly light work just fine beam brighter in all one of the bulps was broke still in box they gave back thats why it was 2 different mean while I was let down when i put my trust in this place an lied to I wouldnt recommend this place to any one after something simple as light bulb😱

Terrible service. My husband has gone there to look at his alarm and ended up not getting it fixed and left after 4 hours of wait. Plus while waiting the shop was not busy. He saw the employees just sitting listening to music, smoking and taking. I DONT RECOMEND

A great place for headlight replacements remove all your halogen bulb and get into the LED bulb lot better efficiency for you and a good quality price

They will ask what type of system your looking for, how loud do you want it and what type of car your putting it in, they will give you there opinions and help you choose what works for you. Awesome customer service. Had a system put in with them and exceeded my expectations but my dumbass love bass so I would always crank it up with no regard and sadly I blew a couple fuses but I always return to them and they always replaced it without a problem. Quoted me a price one day, then when i come back a few days later he act like he didnt know who i was. I described our conversation clearly and he would not own up to his quote on installing some accessories on my truck. He had a bad attitude. Horrible experience.. I will never shop at his location ever again.

Came here to get underglow for my Audi and the next day they started falling off I had to keep screwing them back on. Went to SA for two days and on the way there the front lights came loose and ripped off. Didnt even go over hard
