Amazing customer service! Provided me with information on what will work best for my vehicle. Also they were fast with the installation process.

This is an old review but I still feel the same towards them. I went in mid 2018 lookin for a touch screen stereo they gave me a price on one for $250 install and all I said okay. They installed everything and when I went back to pick my truck up they charged $300 and when I told the guy at the counter that he had previously told me $250 he said “ I said it was gonna be ABOUT $250” that was a lie and he knew it but I said whatever. Few days later I realized my blinkers wouldn’t make noise so I took it back to him and he said I had to buy an extra piece so the blinker noise would work and I told him how come he didn’t mention that would happen he said “I thought u knew” I asked how much would it be he said the part is $100 not including install, so I let him install it. All and all I end up spending close to $500. I’m still mad about it. Later on down the way I got a camera installed on my truck at a different store and they asked if my DVD player worked and I said I haven’t tried and they told me it’s missing the cables. SMH they didn’t even set everything up. If I could I’d give this place a -10 stars. Place is trash and I’m glad I know now never to do business with them

Stopped in looking for a specific speaker. Guy convinced me a German Audio woofer was as good as Massive Audio 12 I replaced. Told if a issue i could bring it back, hed send it back and replace it right then. Should of known better, now i have a 12 paperweight after 1.5 months. Of course now they tell me to ship it to manufacturer. Will never go here again and will make sure I warn all my audiophile friends to avoid!!!!Edit- they replaced speakers with much better speaker ( I paid difference), but they handled a like champs and got me back on road banging.

I went here 3 weeks ago... within 12 hours none of my door speakers were working....So I had to go back they replaced my Alpine speakers with Rockford Fosgate and charged me an extra 200.00 dollars.... 5 days later my amp stopped working... I was told that they will replace anything within 30 days but that was a lie because when I went back they said they didnt have any in stock and would have to send back to manufacturer.... I shouldve read reviews before I went here because its obvious they do no warranty only manufacturer... they take your money tell you if anything go wrong they will replace it, you get your receipt before you leave and then when things go wrong they point out small print at bottom of receipt about manufacturers warranty...... This is a piece of joke company... Sorry installation I have pics and videos if you would like to see them...

I have vistited here to install quite bit of things for my Honda accord. From rock lights to even a stereo and alarm system, the outcome was successful and done professionally. Plus, I fully recommend installing rock lights for any car, they do not only look good for trucks! Definitely 5 out 5! Im glad AJ and Abby were so helpful in walking me through the financing! Fully recommend it!

I went for tinted windows and when I came out the rear defroster was not working. Went back to ask and they just said that they never touched it. But I mean it’s mounted on the rear window. They did not take responsibility for their lack of professionalism

Do not trust !They removed four 6” speakers and replaced them with 4” then did not even wire the front two in. Had Best Buy look into radio issues and found front speakers wires still folded and tucked behind speaker like new in the box - wire ends not even stripped. All this revealed on tape at Best Buy around the corner.A job for the equalizer twins - Smith & Wesson

I’m very particular about stereo shops. AJ and the lady that works the front are awesome. Always take care of me when go here. Will continue to use them for all my sound system needs. Installation is great too. All wires are hidden and clean look. Great service is hard to find now days. Highly recommend them.

Ordered a grill guard. Verbally told it would arrive in about 5 days. Waited four weeks. Still not received. Called them. They hangup on me. I do not recommend any business with this establishment.

So as a recent review.....same thing happened to me. They installed a few thousand worth of equipment only to have it malfunction. From the very first day it was not working properly gave me some spill waited about 6 months went back only to have a different issue. Shortly after my vehicle would not start due to hardware Installed by them, vehicle wa sparked for months due to me being out of town till coming back went to dealership spent another few thousand to fix electrical problems was told there’s wires tied in to something they had very little about and advised to go back to where it was tied in to. So come back to get it fixed at this establishment do find out id have to pay them to fix what they screwed up.

Let me start off by saying. Avoid this place by all means if you are looking for any audio work. At 1st they seem nice to you of course given the fact do you do spend thousands of dollars with them. Let one issue go wrong and they act like you never been there. According to Them your information doesnt stay in the system past One year. Long story short I went to AJ To speak about my issues with my amp not turning on again. I was told that I had to pay $35 for them to look at it after he had fixed the issue once before. The way they earned my business was Because I trusted them and was told if any thing were to mess up come right back and out take care of it. Free of charge.a That was a lie.

Terrible service and claim to have worked long hrs for something small

Just Had the truck stolen after an install while sitting near the front door. The shop said the thief walked in and took the keys from the counter and they just let him walk with on out and into my truck.Then they still charged for the radio install even though my truck was stolen in their watch.Never do business here. EVER.

I brought my own equipment to be installed. It took about 5 hours for them to install boxes subwoofers, a head unit and a backup camera. I ended up getting a ticket because they installed my backup camera over the Texas on my license plate. You would think an install place would know not to do that. Had to fix it myself as they only give you 30 days to report any issue. The tech also left trash and wire clippings in my floorboard.

I just went sunday installed amp and subs on my truck there very helpful hooked me up with a good system next day had an issue with a blown fuse no questions asked helped me out right away fixed it no problems good people I recommend this place

Only reason for 1 Star is that’s the minimum!! Yea this place has a lot but both workers sat on their phones and then when asked about prices I was asked well are you going to buy!!! I have three vehicles and like to browse and constantly spend money or car audio being it’s my hobby! Very dissapointed after installing speakers on my car I realized later they stoled my $100 Versace cologne. they where last to be on my car after I parked it on my garage. they even left the lid in car what a Fn SHAME. I called them and reported it and told me they will call me back and never did.... Bad customer service. THIEVES. You fell in your own trap, responding immediately to a negative review that goes public but didnt bother to call me back 2 weeks ago? like I was told from your staff? please practice on better customer service and yes I called a week later since my car just sits in my garage and im the only one that has access to it. You guys where the last ones to be in it and I wouldnt make an accustation unless Im 100% sure.

Im so upset we have had problems from day one since i I baught their viper alarm. The tech screwed something up and we had to wait a few days for the regular tech to fix that ones mistakes. About one month of use we had to turn alarm off because it kept going off. Now 6 months the alarm was taken out by our friend because my truck wont crank or stay charged. My friend said those tech screwed up the wiring bad. Now my truck runs perfect with out that garbage alarm inside.$500 down the drain. Go somewhere else.

Horrible work! They dont know what they are doing. Paid $1900 on a system & has poor quality & HORRIBLE installation. Damage & had to repair everything they messed up. Go somewhere else that will care for your vehicle & do a better job at installing it. First of they also didnt connect something properly which had us going back the next day to fix it, which by the way took more than 2-3 hours. Just research & go elsewhere before getting any work done/installed. Of course theyll have no refund or exchanges posted everywhere, their work is crap & dont want to put up with having to lose money.

Do your research on prices before going to this place. The prices are NOT discount prices at all. This place should not have the name of Discount Audio because nothing there is discounted.

Rip off. Do not fall for the layway deal. They will tell you they will cut a good deal and will respect it if you give them half. They will keep that money if decide not to purchase after all. These gus are very expensive. Shop somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible. Bought an alarm, tint, and stereo. They installed a stereo that fell back backward after 2 days and tried to say someone must have tried to steal it. Also broke my panel where stereo sits and installed a random switch into the panel I didnt ask for. Had to bring my car back multiple times for get the tint to be corrected. Save your money go somewhere else.

Im not gonna get out to the details of Of my experience I can just say that a $45 pair of headlights have done about $1000 worth of damage. Im reaching out to everybody else on here with bad reviews, we need to get this place shut down I dont know the exact dollar amount but small claims court is about a $100 which they have to pay for it is found they were in the wrong.Small claims are more informal than district or county courts and do not require the same extensive knowledge of the law or court rules and procedures. The limit to theamount that a person can sue for in justice court is $10,000 in Texas.Dec 18, 2018You can see that most of the good reviews are doctored up by shawn. If he would spend that time learning about his merchandise instead of arguing with all the bad reviews this place might actually make a profit off of the business. You can see there not profiting by the empty parking lot and then the dude has the nerve to say come back on Sunday. Sunday must be recall day so that the other new customers dont get wind if whats really going on

RESEARCH before you buy! Dont do what I did, which was pay $80 for a $15 Chinese product (Those figures are real). I contacted them, and pending their decision on an opportunity they have to right their wrong, I might bump their rating. At the end of the day, the markup was INSANE, and what was done is done.find what you want and research the price. I get it, if they charge $120 for a pair of $100 speakers on amazon, but come on.

Definately reccomend- Great variety of products & impeccable quality of workmanship- Autosound warehouse did a fantastic job on my 2018 Tacoma set up. They hooked it up with a JL audio system all across the board. I was doubtful at 1st from what their competitor (east car audio) down the road said, but at the end of the day...you get what you pay for. I removed (east car audios) set up and got the sound system properly installed by the crew at AUTOSOUND WAREHOUSE. Thank you AJ, MIKE, GUSTAVO, CARLOS, SHAWN and the rest of the crew for your quality work, passion and dedication in the business!!

I had a complete stereo system installed in my Silverado, from the touchscreen to the subs, and paid a pretty penny. The hot wire fuse kept burning up, and they replaced it 3 times before I suggested there might be a problem with the wiring? So they just bypassed it and 2 days later the subs(Memphis Audio) seized up on me. So 2 months after spending almost $2000, I have noting to show for it. When I tried to get a replacement or refund, they told me Id have to contact the manufacturer, they dont do refunds or exchanges. Worst place Ive ever been to!

They said it was going to be a 20 minute installation since I have everything hooked up and wired up besides my subwoofer box, and I’ve been waiting for little over an hour. Service so far isn’t to great.

The own said if the box doesn’t fir my subwoofer he can exchange it, it didn’t for so I went back then he told me no refunds nor exchanges then told me to get my broke ass out the store

They opened an hour late. Went to get my stereo checked out. Radio was fried. So i bought one and had it installed. We agreed on a price and everything it would come with. I didnt get my xm radio box although i was told i would. They didnt hook up my amp wires like was agreed upon i sat in the parking lot and did it all myself. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and i wont go back... then the guy tried to charge me more than our agreed upon price... im furious with this place!

Remote start that I wanted in the first place doesn’t work.I have called Auto sound warehouse and tried to ask them if they will cover the damages or some of the damages and was told NO and that they are not reliable for any damages.I have given Auto sound warehouse three chances to fix the truck and every time I drop it off its either worse than when I left it of no change. I believe I have been very fair and just with giving multiple chances but I cannot continue to let them ruin my vehicle.Headlight/Taillight bulbs $40washer fluid pump $55Cab lights $30 amazonlast time I took my truck in to give them a chance to fix it, I was told if I pay $70 more they can make the remote start work. Install took 2 days for a head unit, amp and 1 woofer. Boxes and wire clippings were left all over the floor. Was a little pricey I supplied everything except the amp kit and radio bezel.

Worst tinting service I have ever dealt with. 4 times I have had to take my car back to them for shotty work, air pockets and trapped dust. Buyer beware do not use this place. Jons trim shop is where I ended up taking it and they got it right the 1st time for the same cost.
