Don’t order from them! Their customer service is trash! Ordered from them off of Amazon on 12/11 and received package 12/14. Shirt was the wrong graphic, wrong color, and wrong size. When I called they said they would ship out a return package ASAP. As soon as I received it I was to package the item they sent me and they would ship out the replacement when usps scanned it. I was told I would have the replacement before Christmas. 4 days later and I have not received a return package. I called again and this time got a lady who was very rude. She told me that it takes a week and a half for the return package to show up and that they can’t send the correct tee until they receive the one I got. She also told me the only way to get the correct one in time was to reorder and choose 2 day shipping!!! Like I am going to spend anymore money with them when they can’t even correct their mistake.

After several months of waiting I did not receive my order even though I had a delivery notice. When I called the delivery company, I was told the package had been delivered. I lost $ 101 and never got my hoodie! The company never reimbursed me for the package that I never received. What is it, I work for nothing or what !! There are crooks somewhere, thats for sure!
NO thank you. Ordered $150 jacket over a month ago. Never received anything saying it was on back-order. Called them today and asked for refund which they agreed to. Wonder how long that will take?? What a crock.
Ordered a shirt and poster for my sons birthday. They expedited it for me since I had procrastinated too long. Got my items on time and save the day. Great quality at a fair price. Won Dad of the year thanks to Rockabilia.
Horrendous customer service. The product I received was a poor quality knock-off that did not match the image shown on their website. I told customer service as much, paid for return shipping myself and they withheld $5.99 from my refund for no reason at all. I asked for my full refund. No response for weeks. Absolutely trash company with blatant false advertising and shady business practices.
Really bad customer service. I ordered a couple shirts from them. One was about two sizes too small. Customer Service was extremely rude when I tried explaining the shirt was unwearable.The other shirt has been on back order for the past five months. That should not be acceptable for any reputable business.
I ordered 2 shirts and they came quickly. however, one of them was supposed to be printed on both sides. it came only printed on one side. i tried 3 times now to get ahold of their customer service reps through telephone, & they just keep saying call back during phone hours, 11a-3p central time. it was 12:13p central time when i called the first time. so now im left with a weird shirt that was supposed to be a great valentines gift, and $23.99 out of my account. i have no idea how to return it or contact them, but all i know is that i will not order again any time soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM @rockabiliacom these people do not know what customer service is. Heres a $60 shirt I ordered that came with half the buttons ripped off. The girl I spoke to (Shannon) even checked inventory and the same thing happened. They would not refund my expedited shipping back or help in any way. They offered me a 30% discount on the defective item. What a joke. it was like a Dave Chappel skit. She said I am the manager and nope, I wont help you. #popcopy #badservice #keepthemoney
Still waiting on the shirt I order back in may. Will never order from them again.
