Target is always a pleasure to shop at. The app is amazing. Definitely get Red Card to save 5% on everything. The men’s clothes are great and have good sales. The baby clothes are amazing! I usually get my nephew a new Spider-Man outfit before visiting him in CA and have always got it at target.

This Target has the best team of employees I have ever seen. Everyone I talked to was cheery, helpful and kind and the manager was even more so. I absolutely loved everything about my shopping trip here and would shout it from the rooftops if I could. The store was clean, the team was friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to Target.

I love the convenience of ordering online and having the merchandise dropped off in my trunk. Now that the Delta Variant is taking hold of the country, this is another way to get shopping done and not have to worry about exposing the staff, customers, or myself to the risk. This is also a great way to avoid packages getting delivered to home and having them stolen on the front step.

Pretty standard for a Target. Clean building, friendly staff. They always seem to be running low or out of common goods lately. It can really make or break the trip.

I had an issue with my Target gift card getting charged multiple times for the same purchase. It was a glitch in their new system that occurs when checking out using the mobile app as payment in store when a gift card and a Redcard are both activated as payment methods. I spoke to three different customer service agents on the phone which didnt help at all.In the end, I decided to go back in store to speak to the manager. Julie knew exactly what the problem was and she immediately gave me my refund with no hassle. She even remembered me from my last visit because she was there to assist when I first encountered this issue with the self-checkout system. I dont know the manager personally but she deserves a raise.

I have been using their pick up service as of late and it is outstanding! Items almost always available; extremely helpful and attentive Target team members to find car place items in trunk; and the wait is usually minimal. Well done!

The store seems well maintained and stocked, and the staff are generally pleasant and helpful. My only gripe with Target is that they dont seem to have consistency from one store to another in terms of store layout. I can usually find what I need, but sometimes it takes some searching because the stores all seem to be laid out differently. Still, good selection and prices.

Today I needed one item (Tylenol) as I was in pain and not able to walk well. I asked Quinlan, where the Tylenol was located. She stated it was quite far from the door. Although I never asker her, she was VERY observant and radioed a co-worker, who brought the Tylenol to the front register. I think Quinlan deserves a raise, promotion and a notice by management. She is a young girl and for her to immediately see the need of an older person, who had mobility issues, just impressed me so much. Please recognize her for her service, maybe a gift card, something.

Target in Chanhassen is a great store! The layout makes it simple to find things you want. There is always friendly staff members to answer questions. The checkout lines move quickly. Chanhassen Target is my favorite Target store!

Good assortment of things we needed.

Im not overly impressed by the stock at this store. Often times theyre out of things or only have one on the Shelf. The store is starting to look a bit dated. My experiences at the pharmacy have been subpar. Ive never understood why they have to close the entire Pharmacy for a period of time during a lunch hour. Pharmacy staff seems to be a bit robotic not very approachable.

Loads of cool trendy stuff and the staff was really nice. Such an amazing store. The prices are very much affordable!

One of the smaller Target stores, and you’ll appreciate it when you’re in a hurry. The Starbucks inside rarely has a line. We’ve never had a problem with the staff here—they are approachable and helpful and there’s a good number of staff members who have been here for quite some time.

Nice, quiet, and neat in this store. I go here all the time... Psst, the taxes are less here too because its in Carver county rather than going to the Target at the mall. ; ) They have a lot of parking here, and its nice and clean. Variety is good but without all the commotion of a busier Target.

Came here a few days ago and saw “ticket to ride” board game on sale and thought about buying it over the next couple days. When I decided to buy it and came back it was no longer on sale and an excellent cashier by the name of Boris was able to get me the sale price!Made my night, thank you so much Boris!

Great in store and app experience. Did drive up pick up for the first time and it was so fast and convenient! With 3 little ones in the car, its much easier to pick up basics (diapers, wipes, coffee...all a mom needs, lol).

I have been a long time fan of Target, but that is changing rapidly. My wife sent me to this location with a list of seven items that are usually stocked. Three of the items had an empty shell space. In talking to one of the people doing the replenishing, this is typical for them on Mondays. I passed this experience on to one of the managers and he was apologetic. They are working on getting more frequent shipments. I expect better of a merchandising leader.There were some additional negative experiences on this trip that I will not go into. I did abandon my cart at the checkout and left empty-handed.

This is a smaller store (not a SuperTarget) so the selection is smaller, especially in the grocery department. But they still have everything I need. The store is clean and employees are helpful. My biggest complaint is that they removed the customer service desk to put in the Starbucks, so now customer service is just another checkout lane. Where I used to be able to do returns quickly with very little wait, now I always end up waiting in line behind at least one person checking out.

Great deals on clothes that are discounted to make room for next season. Using a Target credit card gives discount making it less expensive than the big W on many items. Be careful as you are tempted to spend more than you had on your list!

Difficult to find items. I spent way too much time looking for common items (paper cups, mandarin oranges) before tracking down a staff person (twice!) Those staff people were very friendly and helpful. The checkout clerk was not. She was on autopilot with her greeting and responses. Not sincere at all.

I love shopping at Target. They have wide range of products and using Target’s app, it is so easy to find where they are in the store.

Only one suggestion: Please stock Miss Jessies curl pudding and more of her other hair products. I dont want to go all the way to the city or Brooklyn Park to get good products for my naturally kinky/curly hair. A lot of women are growing out their straightened and relaxed hair or tossing their weaves for more natural hair styles these days. Otherwise, great store with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The Chanhassen store is difficult to navigate. The aisles are tight. Very hard to find things. It has been awhile since the remodel and it is still challenging to locate what you need. When I am shopping I run into other shoppers with the same frustrations. There is a local Facebook group where folks sound off about how much they hate the remodel. I have social anxiety, it bothers me that I have to find a worker to ask for assistance. Another thing - the plus size womens clothes are unattractive, the colors are boring. They should be the exact same as the clothes that are sold for smaller women only bigger sizes. Marlena is a great Cashier, she was at lunch when I was in today. The prices continue to go up. Shame.As someone with a disability, I find it very difficult to navigate the store after the remodel.The store is disjointed and not patterned in a way that is easy to find an item fast.I have anxiety and PTSD and get very frustrated when Im in the store.Theres no flow to the store.I know that Target Corporate made the decision, but this is not working.Im not the only one who doesnt like the remodel.

Called and had them hold something for me. When I went to pick it up, I was told by the cashier at customer service that because there were people in line behind me she couldn’t ring me up. Guess it didn’t occur to her that I too waited in line and I was a paying customer. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I guess waiting line at this Target doesn’t qualify you as a customer, just someone standing around. Won’t ever go back there. I’ve never had that happen at any other Target. I guess the Target by my house hires smart people.

This is my favorite Target in the area. Its not a super Target so they dont have as much of a selection as Super Targets do, but the lines are never too long. They a prompt about opening another checkout if needed. Their employees are very friendly and professional. They always ask if they can help with anything or if youre finding everything OK. And their store is very clean.

This Target is clean and well organised. There are plenty of employees to help find item on the floor or in the back room. The check out process is fast and staff is very nice.

The order online worked amazing! The app let the store know I was there as soon as I pulled in. I parked and the person was already there waiting for me!

Great selection of items ranging all age ranges. Great variety of toys and electronics and they have a decent amount of food with a Target Cafe. Great for if you need to go and grab something quick.

I usually tend to head to this target around the later evening time so I can have a good place to park and walk through without all the people. Typically a busy place thats why I tend to go at night.

Needed assistance in electronics was going to purchase an expensive camera. I prefer to buy this stuff in store because I like face do face transactions. They failed to ask me for assistance. When I had to ask for help they looked confused. No wonder why consumers have switched their habbits to AMAZON. Zero people skills from Snowflakes and Millenials. Sad. Ill spend my $550 somewhere else I guess.

Bought a tv and was told by an employee they could hold it for 24 hrs. I returned 3 hrs later and got scolded for the inconvenience to the store and how I can’t do it again. Get your house in order instead of coming after your costumers for an untrained employee mistake!

Avoid Target at Every Opportunity. I vowed in 2004 NOT to use Target unless absolutely necessary. This was due to political stances the corporation voiced at the time. Albeit, I purposed not to inconvenience myself declaring to use them if I could not find what I wanted elsewhere. I am so happy to say that, since 2004, Ive spent fewer than $50 at Target. Ive entered their establishment more than 20 times since 2004, but most of those times have breathed a sigh of releif upon finding they did not have what I needed. The couple times they did have what I wanted I sadly purchased and left feeling horrible with myself. One of those few times, however, I purchased an electronic adapter only to find it did not function properly. The experience of purchasing it in the first place was so disheartening that I opted to eat the $20 cost so as to not force myself into their establishment to return the defective product. I may or may not agree with their political stances but when they use their coporate power as a bully pulpit to push agenda in the faces of half their clientele, essentially telling that half that their oppinions dont matter, Ill shop elsewhere thank you very much. This makes Target one of the first to declare me deplorable and irredeemable, clutching onto my crude sense of nationalism. Target: Quit being morons and bring the bell-ringers back.
