Im giving them 5 stars because everything they offer on the menu is delicious . La Michoacana is definitely a staple to our city and you know youre from Chandler if you know exactly where its at. Now with that being said its really sad that SOME of the girls/women you have working there either hate their job or have NO customer service ethic at all, its disappointing to be rushed as to what you want and them having an attitude if you ask for them to tweak something . We get that sometimes there are long lines etc but a smile once in a while or at least saying thank you for coming in would be nice not feeling like coming in to your business is an inconvenience to your workers. We visited last night 10/18/2021 around 8 pm the two younger girls working were rude and offered really poor service. One of them not even using gloves when scooping ice cream .

Delicious shrimp loco, bomb ice cream for a great price. No restrooms at the moment so if youre dining in prepare before hand lol.

The ice cream is amazing the deserts are delicious and the soap loca I think it was it was mind blowing recommend getting your delights here

Took the family and enjoyed it. We live pretty close but had never stopped by. Now I will definitely be going again to try some of their dipped paletas.. they looked awesome. My ice cream was fine, no complaints. The guy behind the counter was very nice and was happy to try and figure out my 4-year-olds demands. My kids really seemed to love the ice cream (but hey- they have never said no to any ice cream).

There were 3 girls attending the business 2 of them with really poor actitud, I drove from phoenix to enjoy an ice sheve, wasnt fear to receive that.

Great selection of ice cream and various Mexican treats. Unfortunately, the store is not the best looking and the service doesnt seem like a priority here. Some of the staff doesnt care to speak with the customer or even be friendly. Its a shame because what they offer is fantastic. The store could use a makeover and maybe new staff.

We went there on a Saturday and on online and on there door it said that on Saturdays they close at 9:30 and we got there at 9:15 and they had already closed, we told the ladies there that it wasn’t 9:30 yet and they said that they had already closed.

One of the best ice cream and fresh cut fruits you can find. The selection is awesome. If you have not tried this place, you should and will not be disappointed. So many options so dont hesitate to ask. You can customize your choices just the way you like it.

The worker at the cash register was not wearing a mask and proceed to talk on the phone ignoring us then went to the back put a face mask on and then told us we had to leave for not wearing a face mask. Would not recommend

Today was my first visit and I was very unhappy. There was a full house full of people and they started asking for my order and were basically yelling at since all the people in front of me. I told them I would wait till I get up front to order but they rushed me. In the process of ordering my food. They start checking someone out and then basically ignoring me. Why would you ask me what I want if you havnt even attended the person in front. It’s was a mess and chaotic. I order corn in a cup and they went ahead and put “everything” in it. I do not like butter added and it was. The whole place was chaotic so I didn’t even bother to have them change it. Worst experience ever

Always gives the best service and their raspados are top notch

We really like the food there. There is nothing like it in the area. The downsides are the atmosphere is not that appealing to eat there (so we always buy it to go) and the service is a little too slow.

Horrible experience! Employees didnt care to greet when we arrived. Once we asked question about things on their menu the girl was passive agressive with her answers. We continued to be polite and still received same type of attitude. We still purchased but left unsatisfied and rep didnt care to be rude at all horrible customer service 😡

Great place to stop by for a dessert or treat! Prices are a little higher than I would have expected, but the raspados, paletas, and other desserts all look so good!

Super fun and colorful Mexican treats and sweets spot. Try the leche quemada ice cream (burnt milk in Spanish); it’s delicious. Coconut ice cream was also very tasty. I’ll be back to try more of the offerings. Don’t miss the window painting of a tostilocos bag with feet, holding a pig’s head and a shrimp!

Very good treats and the manager is awesome, some staff members need to work on their customer service but the food is so good you overlook that detail.

This place never disappoints. The clientele is mostly Mexican wich is always a good sign about athenticity. Fresas con crema, esquites Ice cream Michoacán style and more! What a treat when you are craving for something sweet and fresh!

Bad customer service.. Found a bug in my agua fresca, informed an employee About it and all she said was “what am I supposed to do? Give you a free drink?”

Great food, bad attitudes

I been in the area for almost ten years every time I get something from here it taste like something thats been in the freezer for WAY TOO LONG what is it called, freezer burn ? The raspados arent Good either. I gave it like 5 changes getting something different.

Rospados was good but ordering and paying was unorganized

I love the ice cream shop but Im infuriated with the shop next to them, Confetti. The ice cream shop owns that as well and I went last week to order a certain piñata. The lady assured me it would arrive Tuesday. Tuesday comes and nothing. I had told her I needed the piñata no later than Saturday. I called Friday, the lady said shed message to let me know the piñata arrived either that day or Saturday the latest. She didnt return my phone calls or text. I went to the shop and the person behind the desk had no idea. Called the lady I spoke with and told me that they didnt make it. It was upsetting.

Love this place! Able to get some tasty authe tic Mexican dessert and snacks. The elote man is elusive and I can never catch him but when Im craving it I just come here! Their nachos are also bomb and they have all kinds of agua frescas. Love love love.

I love elotes from here, but I might have to start finding a new place, the customer service is horrible. Everyone seems to hate their job, they’re always in a bad mood. Also they tried to charged extra $.50 if I wanted to put mayo and cheese and the bottom of cup, but when I asked then if it was gonna be cheaper $.50 for every item that I was not gonna ask for which was butter, Valentina, sour cream they lady just did like she didn’t hear me. Like come in if you want to charge me for putting mayo and cheese and the bottom of my elote, then don’t charge the same if I’m not getting every item that the elote is suppose to have. Michoacana owner please find people who appreciate what they do, so they don’t treat customers like trash.

The place is a good place but I gave it one star because the lady was rude by tell me next time to taste the cucumber with lemon drink before asking for it and like I told her I came 2 days ago and it was very good know it just taste like the cucumber are spoiled and the other worker tasted the drink and agreed with me so why pay for something that is no good and still get attuatti from the employees
