I was looking for a place to sit and work for a while and found Rewind on Google. Im happy I came in. I ordered the Matcha Immuni-Tea which was very good. Natural flavors and nothing else added except for honey, ginger, and lemon. My husband got the Thai Tea with aloe and it tasted like real tea, not syrup. Two staff members were there. Both were friendly and I even got a good movie recommendation. The space was clean and plenty of seats open for my purposes. Forgot to check the if there were electrical outlets available for laptops and such. The music was sometimes a little distracting (I usually dont listen to songs with cursing) but other than that the space was very inviting with fun walls perfect for backgrounds of pictures. Will visit again!

Rewind has become one of my favorite dessert spots in the Phoenix valley! This place will certainly satisfy your sweets craving in a unique and delicious way. Their main concept is dressing up and mixing their ice creams with cereal. You might be thinking, “Oh, like Cold Stone right?” - No. They fully blend in the cereal with the ice cream so that the ice cream takes on the flavor of the cereal itself, with some extra good stuff on top. It is amazing. My personal favorite is the Chocoholic.There are a variety of different signature flavors that you can get on a cone, in a cup or as a milkshake. In addition to incredible ice cream, they also have Matcha, milk tea and boba. Honestly, I’ve only ever had their ice cream because it’s so great, but I have heard that their boba is pretty good too.This place is a bit out of the way for me, but it is worth it every time. Fantastic dessert in a fun, clean and modern setting.

They advertise the Peach Green Tea without caffeine. Only to be told as I was ordering the Immune Peach Green Tea has caffeine & it can not be changed.With that said the stores tables were dirty. It appeared they had not been wiped off after many uses. The employees were super nice and the atmosphere is up beat.I hope & pray if & when I come back they can provide the items as advertised. This with clean tables goes along way with me! 😊

I paid $6 for a scoop of vanilla ice cream with old cereal on top. They wouldnt even mix the cereal in. It was gross and I felt robbed of my money.Culvers ice cream is way better and you get something actually fresh tasting.

They have really good milk teas. They also have amazing ice cream flavors, such as brown butter pecan, lavender honey, or Thai tea ice cream. My family really loves the ice creams with cereal in them. I believe they also sell fun lemonade flavors, although we havent tried those yet. I highly recommend Rewind. Sometimes, the service is slow, but thats because they get super busy and usually have only one or two employees working. I dont mind waiting a few minutes for quality drinks and treats.

This was my first visit and I literally spoiled myself with these two Non-Dairy items. 🤤🤤 Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Price was fair. Couldn’t finish my ice cream however it was still somewhat frozen by the time I got home and was able to put it back in the freezer for later after I finish decorating my Christmas tree 🎄

This was one of my favorite boba shop to go to. Last visit I was disappointed, both my husband and I took few sips and threw away the drinks. It was horrible. I wanted to go back ask for refund but the line was too long.

The matcha lattes are great. I highly recommend the pistachio vegan ice cream, too. Generally, the service is good, but sometimes it can be hard to get the staffs attention when you first walk into the place. Its worth being patient because the product is quite good.

First time here and I do plan on going back. Ordered the rose lemonade and matcha madness. The rose lemonade actually tasted like rose which made me really happy. As for the matcha madness my only critique was how small the amount was for $7. The icecream and matcha was amazing but they ran out of chocolate shavings so instead they allowed me to pick any other topping which I got extra matcha powder. We were the only ones there so the service was good Altho it was odd that the only employee walked out for a few minutes and left the counter unattended. They also don’t sell everything in the website like the 24k matcha gold icecream. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu drinks, probably not the fancy ice creams for $7 tho.

I visited the location in Chandler three times now. They are very friendly and efficient with making the drinks!I also love that they ask you what different levels of sweetness you prefer on the drinks! If you’re someone who doesn’t like anything overly sweet, give this place a try!

All I have to say is…get the Thai Tea ice cream. Probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had.

This is one of my top recommendations when it comes to desert. Their ice cream with cereal is SO tasteful and it’s amazing the different ways you can change up your desert with the options they have. Plus, their interior is fresh and so appealing. Once you have what you ordered you actually want to sit down and enjoy it because of how it looks and feels inside!

First time here, pretty cool place they created a custom made swirl ice cream for you. The base is vanilla then you add mix, and add a topping. I picked pumpkin pie. Vanilla ice cream, a slice of pumpkin pie they swirl it and added crumbles of apple Jacks cereal, cinnamon and Teddy Grahams. My daughter picked Oreo cookies and Butterfingers as her topping.

2 stars because the items on the menu are delicious but the guy who constantly works there is RUDE. I have been there 2ce and both times he has had ZERO customer service skills. I asked got boba in a drink and he just made the drink and handed it to me. I said “oh, I wanted boba” his reply was “yeah I know- it won’t be done for 10 minutes”…. Well you could’ve said that before I ordered?I won’t be going back.

This will be our new hang out place with the youth after church. We love their drinks since its not as sweet. My kids order their strawberry ice cream and chocolate ice cream on the cone, humongous portion, but the kids devoured them. I got jasmine honey with boba, refreshing. Will be back soon!

Ice Cream: it’s Ice cream with cereal.Customer Service: needs improvement.We placed an online order that took over an hour to fulfill. We texted them and they told me that a driver took our order. (We ordered pick up.) My husband had to drive down there to learn that they never started the order.Will not order again.

Discovered this little hidden gem while we were searching for a sweet treat after dinner. First thing I have noticed upon entering was how clean and well decorated this place was! The staff was super friendly and had the upmost patience explaining everything on the menu to us. An astounding variety of cereals for you to choose from and they were all in air tight containers. We ordered some teas as well, the Butterfly Rose Lemonade and Rose Milk tea. Very eye catching but I feel like they could go a little easy on the rose as that was all I could taste in my tea. My cereal swirl ice cream was delicious though. The Captain Crunch Berries was fresh as was the strawberries on top.

Came here for the first time and got a Matcha Latte with almond milk and boba. It was pretty good! Had 50% sugar which wasnt actually that sweet but still perfect level for me. The boba was a little over cooked for my taste. I like them slightly chewier. Husband had the chocoholic ice cream which he loved! I think its neat that you can build your own and that they have non dairy options. Definitely going to come back to try a nondairy ice cream :)

Horrible establishment. They wouldnt let us order without masks even tho the mask mandate is over. The lady talked to us about it for about five minutes and we could have easily placed the order in that amount of time.I will never give my business to them again and I am putting this business on the mask degenerate list and sending it out on my email list of over 4,000 people in the Phoenix/Chandler area to let them know to never go here.

Took awhile to have our order made when it wasnt much, 2 girls on staff but the orders behind us were given before us.The fruity pebbles milkshake was kind of disappointing. Wasnt very drinkable and tasted like melted ice cream with a bleh texture.The fruity pebbles ice cream swirl was incredible. This dessert alone gives this rating a higher score.When ordering online, the menu offers more options than in store, which seemed strange. Not very many options for gluten free but I made it work. Still a tasty place to stop near the highway

The ice cream and shakes are good but man the customer service is terrible. The girl at the counter was rude and impatient. Some lady was waiting for attention and two employees were standing in the back laughing.

I love bubble tea and this is a great place to get it at a reasonable price. My favorite is Thai Iced Tea, but they have lots of different flavors to try. Its great that they ask you how sweet you want your tea when they take your order.

The drinks were amazing and my children loved theirs too. I went there on Sunday and even though it was really busy, they still got our orders on time. There was only three workers and they got all our orders quickly. Mind you I ordered a lot. I will recommend this place to others and would come here again! 10/10!

The menu is great. I got the fruity pebbles infused soft serve, and it was really good. However, expect to wait here for 45+ minutes before getting your order, not because its super busy, but because their staff does not have it together. The entire time we were here waiting, quite a few parties waited and left after not being served as the staff just laughed and played around behind the counter. When we went up to ask how much longer it would be, I couldnt even get anyones attention. I asked for the contact info of their manager, and even that took a really long time to get...and I didnt even get it, but instead was told they would contact me instead. YIKES.

I loved this place the minute I saw the menu and even more when I realized the guy who helped us is from San Jose and a fellow 49er!So I got the brown sugar crush, it was so good! I love me some brown sugar! Perfect amount of boba and fairly big cup!!My honey tried a milkshake blended with Cap’n Crunch (I may have misspelled that). It was so good!!! Even better than the boba tea!! I cannot wait to come back and get a come blended with who knows what! So much variety here, there is vegan options, something for everyone!

Went in today and tried the Butterfly Rose Lemonade! First of all, WOW so eye pleasing! I didnt even want to mix it because it was so pretty. But I did and first sip, WHOA!! So sweet. Too sweet for me to be honest. But they have so many other drinks that I really want to try. If you love sweet, BRL is for you!!! If youre a plain iced tea kind of person, you wont like this. LolI did try a sample of the Peach Lychee Green Tea and that was great. I will probably get that next time!

Ive had mixed experiences with this place. Ill first start off with the pros.Pros: Unique ice cream concoctions. Super delicious ice cream flavors- I got the honey lavender and the thai tea. I even got to sample some of the ice cream flavors which was nice. The hot cocoa bomb assortment is a fun way to drink and the flavors were great. Ive really enjoyed their sweets, and I want to try more of their drink menu.Cons: When Ive ordered my cereal ice cream it has taken awhile (at least 10 min) sometimes to get my order even if there are only one or two other people in the store. When Ive gone during the night, Ive had to wait almost 30 minutes for ice cream which seems a bit excessive. Also, one of the guys at the store was immature and annoyed me when I tried to pick up my hot chocolate bombs. The girl with the red hair had to keep telling him to be quiet or to not say things in front of me. Both of us had to say my name four times for him to understand .Then he asked if my name was either Anna or Steve which arent even close to my actual name. He said some other things while I was trying to figure out what happened to my order (it was a tech glitch). And I felt bad for the girl for having to work for him. I get that this is more of a laidback kind of place but there should be at least some form of professionalism in their employees.

Amazing ice cream! This place was very busy on a Tuesday night. Line was out the door and it was taking about 10 minutes to get orders out. It was so worth it! I tried the seasonal pumpkin pie and my girlfriend got the Cookies and Cream. The cookies and cream was amazing! We will certainly be back; got to try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch blended in!!

The ice cream itself was good but the service was extremely poor. I went in with a group of six and two groups ahead of us came later and also ordered on the spot and had theirs done before us. After we ordered we waited outside so I waited inside to see what was up and it was only then when they started making our order. Some of it was not their fault because they only have one machine making the ice cream so we did not get to enjoy it together it just came one by one realllyyy slowly but the worst part is they completely forgot to make one until we had to remind them. They need to find a better way to organize and prioritize the orders and definitely invest in another machine to make the ice creams.

Got a blended matcha drink, was not blended correctly and was pretty much chunks of ice. Tasted good...just not what I ordered. Took a long time to get the drink and they also didnt put much boba in my chunks of ice drink.

Ordered a Matcha Madness ice cream in a CONE and received it in a CUP. I then politely asked if I could get one made in a cone and the person that served us replied “oh well I can give you a cone”. I just strongly believe that she should’ve made it right instead of giving that uncalled for response that would obviously fix nothing because I didn’t ask for waffle chips. I don’t know if it’s just me but I like getting things I paid for right.

They may have great product, however, I wouldnt know since I didnt get to try it😔 I came in ten minutes after noon on a Sunday, tried to order a Thai tea crush and a Matcha crush, both with boba added, and was told Id have to wait 30 minutes for the boba, and told they had signs posted. This is my first time going in to this shop... Yes, they did have a little 5×7 piece of paper next to the register from management saying black boba isnt available until 30 minutes after they open, but is the sign visibility really the issue? I think if you are claiming to be a dessert, ice cream/ boba/milk tea shop, come in 30 min before opening and be prepared for your potential customers. That little sign by the register does not prevent people googling this place and driving over here, just to leave empty handed and disappointed.I think what made it even more annoying, was the fact that I am a boba fanatic, I frequent boba places 5 times a week on average, and Ive made it at home myself, many times, so when he explained that it was too hot to add to the drink, after my mind flipped through a ton of experiences I have catalogued of enjoying a cold blended milk tea melting next to the warm boba at the bottom of my cup, I asked if they could just give me the boba on the side and I could add it to my drink after I drive home... I thought that was a good solution, he then told me no, they still had to add brown sugar to the boba... so add the brown sugar and give me the boba on the side...Im already here at your counter. I still dont see why we couldnt have made it work when I was willing to compromise..Yikes. At 12:10 if they still needed 30 minutes, their sign is wrong anyway. Whats really lame, is that I sat out in front of the shop writing this review and googling other boba places in this area past 1240, and the shop wasnt that busy and the employee I dealt with never said anything to me about the boba being ready, he just really didnt seem to care whether they lost a customer. Bummer! Next week Ill wait to come back by til I pick my daughter up from church as opposed to when I drop her off, maybe they will have it together by 130 and I can give you a review on the product, or maybe Ill just try one out the other listings near here Lol. Tasty, unique, and fun!

We got shakes from here. My husband got a chocolate one with cookie dough and cheesecake bites and I got a green tea matcha with boba. They both were good. His was super packed with cheesecake and cookie dough, and my boba was really fresh and flavorful. The staff was really nice and the environment is clean and welcoming. The only down side was that our shakes were pretty liquidy, so by the time we got home they were completely melted. So I think next time I’ll just try one of their ice creams instead.

OMG! Get the tooty fruity you will not be disappointed. The fruits loops blended with vanilla ice cream and then topped with fruity pebbles and gummy in a perfect waffle cone! Go get yo self some!

I got the ice cream swirl with cinnamon toast crunch and Oreos. It was delicious! The location is very photogenic for all you selfie takers. The service was wonderful as well. I will definitely be coming back.

Not trying to be mean, but it was alright. $7 for soft ice cream in a cone, melting the moment I received it, was what I feel as underwhelming value for my money. There was maybe .15 cents of cereal and chocolate drizzle on top for wow factor, but Im overall just not impressed. Sorry, but not my speed.

We stopped by on a Friday night for our first visit and took advantage of their BOGO ice cream deal. Service was friendly and fairly quick considering how busy they were. It was a bit hard to communicate well with the masks and partition -- I suspect that wouldnt be a problem under normal circumstances, though. The food area behind the counter seemed a little unkempt, which, again, may have been due to a busy Friday night. Normally that doesnt concern me much, but in these weird times of Covid, Im a little more aware. That being said, I didnt feel like it was a place I shouldnt be eating at. The ice cream was good, but next time I think I will try one of their signature drinks or shakes. They definitely looked like the winner as I observed what other people were ordering. Overall, this was a fun place with a good vibe and a colorful menu. I appreciate that they had vegan options -- that can be hard to find at ice cream places. Well definitely be back!

We just went to Rewind for the first time today, it was great ice cream. I definitely suggests the bourbon caramel toffee. I was kind of bummed that they didnt have a regular Vanilla ice cream, but they have a vegan coconut vanilla instead

The ice cream was just ok, I had the Caramel Apple ice cream and it didnt have much flavor. I may go back to try the Matcha though. Service was a little slow to make an ice cream cone and milkshake.

This place is AMAZING! Banana milk ice cream? Perfect! Orange cream? Tastes just like a dreamsicle! Cookies and cream milkshake?? OMG! Definitely going back and giving 100% recommendations

Ice cream was delish! We went about an hour before closing but the staff had begun cleaning up too early and the cleaning chemicals were so overwhelming we had to eat outside.

Dripps was a blast. I didn’t think that mixing ice cream and cereal would be as much fun as it is. You might think that you can ‘do this at home’ but the truth is you really can’t.
