Very good paint shop with huge variety of paints, I bought here the one I used for my garage. I am very satisfied with their products!

I got my paint here and they were fast. Dennis helped me put the paint in my car. I haven’t received this type of service anywhere else.

Almost all stores needs to properly trained all their staff or probably they need to replace their Management Im a delivery driver and they keep messing up with the pick up and drop off location and they never have the order ready some times a waited for more than 15 minutes. When I pick up from Dunn Edwards theyll have the order ready every single time I dont need to wait 15 or 20 minutes

Very helpful and easy to talk to about my project. He was helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Took the time without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time.

They custom mixed some stain for me. I brought in the wood that Im staining. They did several mixes and testing on my wood sample until we got exactly what we wanted. Great customer service!

I visited the Chandler Sherwin Williams store for the first time last weekend. I was hesitant to buy paint at one of the big box stores, due to the luck of the draw when it comes to the knowledge of the person behind the counter. I was looking for something specific and someone with the knowledge to help me find it. I walked in and there was one customer service rep at the counter helping another customer. He immediately disappeared and another rep came right out and asked if I needed help. I asked him a few questions, told him what I was looking for and he gave me some recommendations. The paint I picked was expensive, but he worked to get me the best price, because it was the paint I wanted. As I was leaving the store he reminded me of a free BBQ the store was having the following week. Both of the customer service people were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will return to the store for my next paint purchase.

The service in the store was great. I bought some sample paint. The paint seems old, gooey, hard to put on smoothly.

Dennis was a lot of help and very diligent while helping me and others.

I would highly recommend the Ocotillo & Gilbert Rd. store 10/10. They were great on my first visit, helping choose the paint, answering questions & even offered to take the paint & supplies to my car, but I held off buying. I would not recommend the Chandler Rd. & I-10 location, where I bought the paint & supplies,, only bought them there cause we shopped at Sams Club - kitty corner and husband was with me. They failed to shake/mix the paint. I got home within the hour, ready to paint & the ceiling paint was all blue. I could not mix it with a stick because it was too full. Trying, it slopped all over. So, today, I took it back to the Ocotillo & Gilbert Rd. store to shake, and he carried the paint to my car - 3 gallons of it. Helpful, with a smile - a 10 all the way. The other store - I wondered what he was smoking in the back room. Very disappointed.

Today I worked with Kellan in trying to find a color combination of a specific home in my development. The owners of the home did not know the colors of their home so I took pictures of it and headed to Frazee. After many minutes of trial and error we found the colors.
