I had a very excellent experience working with customer service rep Thomas. He was nice, patient, and willing to answer my questions. I can tell he was knowledgeable about paint. I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my future paint needs.

Really disappointed with D-E. I originally loved the paint- it is beautiful and seems high quality. I got the versa satin sheen for my interior repaint. However, three years later when I’m moving out, I can’t get ANYTHING to match so I can cover holes where pictures were hung. I first covered some patches holes with left over paint that I had. But it was too light. I thought it was odd but I went in to the store and got a paint match by scraping some off the wall. This photo is of my second attempt with the “matching” paint. It is absolutely horrendous and now I’m going to have to repaint the whole wall. Or maybe go to Home Depot with a sample from the wall. Mind, I live in a home that is shaded 100% of the time. So there is no chance that sun changed the shade of the paint. It has only been two years since the original. Very disappointed.

Just wanted say give a big thanks to Bill Wodrich and the staff at the Chandler Store. My house was in need of a paint so I went to Dunn Edwards since my Community Association recommended them. I was obviously a novice when it comes to airless sprayers, buying supplies and estimating quantity of paint. Bill gave me a crash course and a short pamphlet on DIY House Painting. The came back the next day and Bill already had the supplies ready that I would need to prep for painting. He gave me a crash course on using an airless sprayer, explained safety guidelines and even helped me carry my supplies to the vehicle.The Dunn Edwards Spartashield was an excellent paint and was easy to use with the sprayer. I experienced a good even coat and didn’t not have any drips or runs in the paint.I received plenty of compliments from the neighborhood and I owe a lot of thanks to Bill for setting me up for success. I highly recommend Dunn Edwards paint and the store on Chandler Blvd in Chandler, Az. Great staff and very helpful.

I used this brand for my whole house for years. But this store is not professional and give really bad service. I may switch to another brand due to the people. Not recommended. Or Maybe check different store.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great quality paint. I use this paint for indoor murals (Im an artist) because it doesnt smell or make you lightheaded when its too hot to air out building you might be painting. The paint is a really great quality and only takes about 4 days (they recommend 7) to cure but a wall is usually dry to the touch in 12 hrs. They also keep a lot of varnishes and lacquers for other surfaces such as wood or cement floors. We are currently repainting the interior of our house and refinishing all our floors (cement) and so far everything looks great. I highly recommend setting up an account with this company if your going to be doing a lot of painting.

My last visit to this store was interesting. The store was having some sort of vendor fair with drawings for gift cards, food, and discussion amongst the reps and employees about their life in painting ( Overall happiness with themselves and what they have accomplished during their time in the paint world). Quite simply I, nor the contract painters shopping there during that time were neither greeted nor offered any help from an employee. I went to the desk for a sample I needed mixed. As the employee began to type in what I needed, he let me know that he didn’t work there and was from another department. 20 minutes later I got my paint sample. To employees at this store...I’m sure you all had a great time at your vender party as you were getting paid to be at work.

Blown-Away awsome service and expert knowledge. Took in a can of paint 15 year old and they had the perfect formula without a sample! The can of paint was from a company that no longer exist to top it off.

Went to purchase gal of paint and primer ....took over two hours and three trips. Finally had to transfer my order to the Gilbert Store. All of this was because the mix machine needed calibration. No part of my experience at this store had anything to do with Customer Service. I will never make the mistake of buying Dunn Edwards paint again.

What an incredible team! Kevin and the guys there made sure I was 100% happy with my color and I am PICKY, even the wrong undertone and it’s not the right color. But they went above and beyond and were very patient with my nit picky-ness lol thank you guys so much!!

I dont understand how it takes so long for these guys to get your paint made after you pay for it. The 18 year old kid with no experience at home depot can make your paint in a couple minutes after you order it. The saddest part is the employees dont seem to care if you wait half your life in their store to get your paint. How bout a little hard work ethic. The location in Ahwatukee on warner road is 100 times better and when you order your paint they make it right away not 45 minutes later like this location.

I love Dunn Edwards I’m a contractor I use this paint for all my paint projects but my last experience in this store was terrible the cashier asked for my ID to sell me paint otherwise they don’t, they have my phone number why they don’t call instead ask me for ID I heard the stupid manager called Vanessa start this rule my advice find another Dunn Edwards paint store closer with great customer service

I used to shop at this location when it was Frazee. They set me up with an account, and I received a discount because of all of the houses I own and buy paint for. After they changed to Dunn Edwards they dropped my account, prices went up, they took the VOCs out of the paint so now it is poor quality. I find their service is not where it used to be, so now I buy another brand of paint.
