Was great. Sat outside in beautiful weather. Staff was fantastic. Did not eat, just visited with a friend hence only 3 stars. May change after next visit.
BBQ bacon burger was awesome! Many TVs to watch the game. Nice outside patio available too. Friendly staff was great too!
My friend and I ate dinner here, and we will definitely be back! The burgers are bomb! The atmosphere is casual and inviting. Great place to relax, have some great food along with a beer and enjoy company.

Despite what is on the internet sites say this place is not dog friendly on their patio. Theres a big sign that says no dogs. I know theres a couple of websites that says that Zips is dog friendly but this location is not. We went across the parking lot to the Ginger Monkey and they were very dog friendly on their patio.
Great waitress. Great atmosphere. Food tasted very good. No gluten-free bread options on the menu, but our waitress gave me some suggestions.
Really nice place to watch a game. The chips, salsa and guacamole was really good. I had the really salad with bacon on it with ranch dressing and it was awesome. A nice selection of beers let me pick out a nice IPA from their extensive list. It wasnt very busy when we were there on a Wednesday night and it was a great place to watch basketball on their zillion TVs!
Staff was friendly. The Philly egg rolls were good. I ordered a 1/2 side of fries and onion rings with chicken strips. Extremely greasy and heavy. More breading than chicken. Fries were soggy. Husband ordered a Zipp burger requested medium and the burger came out well done. We had to ask to get silverware after our food was served. The silverware was dirty. I literally was able to wipe off food from it. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
Large amounts. Fries are fresh and wonderful. Hamburgers are big and I needed a take out box. Still tasted great later. Staff wants you to me happy with your experience. Restrooms need cleaned and/or a makeover. Kind of disgusting. Dirty door knobs and stall doors.

Great Zipporitas and inexpensive for happy hour. All the patrons are friendly. We say at the bar and we sharing food and stories with the groups on both sides of us.It gets crowded fast. The outdoor seating is nice, but with 118 degrees weather the misters helped only a little (go inside).
Waitress dropped my napkin on the floor then gave it back to me. Pretty disgusting, I mean thats where people walk and you want me to wipe my mouth with it. Other than that it was a decent experience.
Tried this location for the first time 4/14/21. The wings are really good, chips and salsa above par and corn dog appetizer decent. Beer was cold and crisp. Our waitresses Brooklyn and Phoenix were friendly and fast. The music was a little loud and made conversation difficult. The restaurant/bar area seemed really clean. Overall, 4 stars!

Its OK. Places with a large variety on their menus tend to be more on the bland side. Feels very commercial with the constant ads and cheesy infomercials playing on the TVs when there isnt game coverage.All in all, I wouldnt bother if its not for a company event. There are so many better places.
We came in late with two youth baseball teams while they were short staffed and everyone absolutely crushed it!!! Kitchen nailed our orders with speed, the waitress was the only one in the place and was on top of it and the manager was involved, helping his staff... he’s obviously a great leader. Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time and you would never know they were short on staff. Great job all around and we will definitely be back.
My son took me there for a few drinks just before closing. The employees were nice and friendly . There were quite a few people there lot more than I excepted . I like to go back soon .
We used to go here three times a week since we’re close by at Chandler airport. The staff used to be great, but now they’re just drones.The food used to be consistently very good. Now, not so much.The one problem we have is the environment. This isn’t an urban dance community. This is Chandler, Arizona, but the manager failed to understand his clientele.Maybe this is why we were the only party present at 1210pm today - the heart of lunch hour.We asked for the hip-hop to be turned down so we could hear each other. Fail.Background music is supposed to be just that - in the background.We come to relax, catch up, and get some food. We’re constantly disappointed. We tried returning here today to give it one last shot.Fail.When the business fails and closes, just point to a blind and deaf manager.
Well, this picture looks great but honestly our experience was terrible.I’m actually sitting in the booth writing about this experience as my mom STILL WAITS FOR HER FOOD.We placed our order and the server had to repeat the order back us quite a few times, already a bad sign. As we’re waiting for our food I noticed the food piling up in the kitchen window and no servers taking anything to tables. Finally, a food runner walks up to the window and serves us.The food we got was cold since it had been sitting in the window and my moms order was wrong. My mom ordered the buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken, simple substitution, but got the crispy chicken. So, they took the food away and the server tells us she is going to tell the kitchen to make the order to go, why? So now we’re basically just sitting here waiting to leave.The manager gave us $5 zipps bucks but that doesn’t discount for the AWFUL experience.So pissed.Won’t be coming here again anytime soon.1/10WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE 👎👎

They have daily food and drink specials.This sports bar has many televisions broadcasting sporting events. You can view a television no matter where you are seated. Ma y me u items to choose from including; the Peanut Butter n Bacon Buger.

Wish i could give a 0 star. Horrible management! For my 21st bday he wouldn’t serve me because my ID was vertical even though it was my birthday. We asked for a valid reason cuz in Arizona the law is that I have 30 days to renew for a horizontal ID. We asked for a real reason not to serve me and he got in my face and said “because I said so”. We got kicked out and he followed us out to our car and acted like he wanted to fight me and my brother (a minor). This was absolutely pathetic. He should should honestly be fired for treating us like he did.

Asked for plain sandwich and they made it regular. Phone order. Fries looked disgusting and shriveled up. Not fresh. Wings were soggy not crispy. Salad was soggy not fresh.
Pretty sure the food was straight out of the microwave, but that doesnt explain why it took an entire hour for them to get it to the table. I found something green in my fries. My sandwich was just drenched in sauce that tasted more like slop and the buns were definitely not fresh. The onion rings are alright but thats about it. The waitress gave us a basket and we found some leftover salad at the bottom, it was really gross. Too loud, too busy, not nearly sanitary enough.

The food was great. Getting the food took a bit long but was worth the wait.
Food was GREAT, service was excellent considering they only had 2 waitresses covering the whole place. It was a week day. Had the BLT on sourdough bread and fries and for desert the brownie melt (I believe it was called). Definitely will go back and do reccomend it.

Went to pick up a small, happy meal at the end of a tough day. Arrived after my estimated pickup time, and was made to wait 20 minutes. The entirety of that time they did not think to inform me that they could not locate my order. I had to leave because I did not have time to wait any longer and was honestly do disappointed.

It was the night with the guys so we were looking for a place for a beer and a fast bite. The weather was great so we sat outside and so we dont need to ware the face mask. The atmosphere was just right. The food was good, the service was just give me my tip and get out of my face and thats where the missing star is. Hope next time will change that impersonation.

Service was very slow bartender spent most of her time down at the end of the bar talking with three guys rather than mixing and getting drinks out our waitress spent most of her time talking to another waitress back in the corner very disappointed we are eating at Zips several times before this and have been relatively happy this experience I would say not good maybe it was better when we were there earlier because there was a manager on duty and people waited on and serve drinks promptly itll be a while before we decide to eat at Zips again thank you

They have decent happy hour drink prices, and the servers are friendly. Its usually a place I would stop in for a couple drinks, and go somewhere else to eat. The food is average at best. If it wasnt for the serving staff, I would only give 2 stars.
Definitely enjoy some of zips food. Especially like the chicken rolls and the chicken skewers. The waitress we recently had was so nice that Im definitely going back just to visit her.
I wish I could give this location a 5, but there are times it’s merely a 2. I order 1 thing and 1 thing only...wings, extra crispy(crispy crispy as they put in their system) with medium buffalo sauce. And it’s mystery as to what I’ll get. Sometimes they are absolutely perfect, which is rare. But often, they aren’t crispy and soaking in sauce. Crispy and because they’ve soaked them in sauce they are soggy. Soggy with extra sauce. And then there’s crispy with no sauce on them. I’ve even expressed this this concern to them, and they suggest why don’t I toss them myself. If I were going to do that, I would cook them at home. Some would say, why keep going there. Well there isn’t many options, and it’s a gamble and hoping I get lucky and get them how I want. Hopefully someone will see this and address the inconsistencies with this issue.

I didn’t actually eat here but probably won’t based on my experience. I was completing a Postmates order as a driver and there was no stipulation that I couldn’t call ahead to this location to place the order as I was on my way from my last drop off (this is a setting the business can choose). I called, placed the order, showed up in the amount of time I was told it would take to make, waited an extra 10 minutes on top of that for the order when the place was completely empty and while the bartender gossiped at the other end of the bar, and when I paid I was told very rudely by the bartender in charge of the to go orders that calling ahead was not allowed. When she asked a server to go check on the order, she very loudly said, “It’s actually Postmates, not Amanda.” to make sure that every one knew (as that changes the name on the order). I asked my husband, who also does Postmates and has done many deliveries from this location, if he has every encountered an issue with calling ahead and picking up his order and he has not. Maybe she was having a bad day? Still not a business I want to want to spend my own money supporting if I knew they were treating people this way.Edit to add: I am not disparaging the business’ preference on over the phone versus in person orders for third party delivery services and I respect their choice. The moral of the story is that the way I was communicated to and treated, especially for my VERY first time entering this establishment, was completely unacceptable.
I LOVE hot food and wings, and Zipps extra hot is actually.... HOT! I recommend them golden style extra hot cooked crispy!

So very disappointed. My husband took me there Friday night and the only highlight was the original server named Melany. She was so sweet. The food though was the worst. I ordered a hamburger with onion rings on the side. It took 53 minutes for a different person to bring my order and there were cold hard fries instead of onion rings, and half of my burger was fallen off the bun. Before I could even correct the mistake, the other server had left so it took 10 minutes to get help. I asked for the onion rings and after 15 minutes I got them and they were cold and chewy. Not at all crisp. When Melany came by to check on us I told her about the cold onion rings. She asked if I wanted a new order and I said yes. After about 10 minutes she brought another order out that was just as bad if not worse. My guess is the kitchen is making a huge batch and just letting them sit.When I asked for a manager they said there wasn’t a manager on duty. He was gone for the weekend. I won’t waste money there again.

Just finished eating here, it was fantastic. We started with the beer cheese pretzels which were phenomenal, excellent beer flavor. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and my husband had the mushroom burger, we both demolished our food. Mine had just the right amount of heat and a delicious flavor. Great service too.

Big, noisy place. Doesnt seem clean, but that may be due to darkness. Burgers nice. They have substantial singles and massive doubles. You pretty much get what you want. Service mixed - polite but sometimes a little dinghy. Fries forgettable. Chili good. Salads made with iceberg. Wont rush back. Their Zipps blond beer is outstanding!
I love zips. Great addition to south chandler. They have a great “bar food” menu. They do allow group reservations which is nice. I love the patio for kids. And the inside is always really loud.My only suggestion is that for large groups to have 2 servers. Every time we come in with 20-30 people we wait a long time for a drink. I end up just going to the bar before to get my own drink.
1 bartender was good but the pregnant Bartender not so. She was apparently too busy talking to regular rather than greeting new people at the bar
