I We I arrived she asked for more $ than stated on recording for pu,asked why she said call Blue shield, told her Blue shield was not my insurance, I gave her my uhc card she charged me even more asked why? She says want it or not and then never says a thing, No Thank, Just slams winddow

Wouldnt let me use the bathroom at 830pm. it took them 20 min just to ask the manager whether or not I could use the bathroom. in the amount of time it took to ask they couldve just let me use it. The staff was nice about it but the store policy is horrible. Walgreens corporate failed on this one, not the store

Our RV battery had died, we had been on the road 9 hours, so we had pulled into the Walgreens luckily they had an outside plug we had an adapter an extension cord .... so we plugged in just to be able to get some juice to our battery to even start our vehicle. We had purchased many items there about $100 worth. We were sitting in the RV when we had a loud knock on our door at 1130pm and a Rude lady identifying herself as the manager yelled out “What are you doing here? why are you plugged in? She told us to LEAVE immediately, so as we were packing up Police rolled in with their spotlight in our face, my husband announced that spotlight is a little aggressive, as it was shining in our eyes. Police exclaimed back that’s the point, (the manager had called the police, although were already packing up). Police told us that using their electricity although we had offered to pay for using it, & we had bought $100 in merchandise was THEFT! We are NOT thieves! We just needed a little juice to run our RV to get to our destination for the evening! We couldn’t believe the hostility and lack of empathy bestowed on us.We will NOT be buying anything from Walgreens again and I’m changing where I pick up my life saving medication I take every day to CVS!We do NOT appreciate the poor treatment we had endured!

I have been going to this Walgreens for almost 30 years. They continue to hire quality people, services always been exceptional. Highly recommend.

Im a black male, on Saturday afternoon I went to the Walgreens pharmacy On Chandler blvd and rural, Where my doctor had set up my prescription, I went to get a bottle of eliquis($500 a bottle), I provided the eliquis copay details ($10 a bottle) and they refused to serve me even though I had all the details.(received print out from the hospital).She instead wanted to charge me the $500. I then went to CVS and was treated respectfully and served like any other customer.

Im caring for my husband who is presumed COVID positive. I got concerned about breathing issues, as he is quite sick. I hopped in my truck and made the .5 mile drive to the pharmacy drive thru. I was greeted promptly, and I asked if I could buy a pulse ox right there on the spot. The pharmacist/tech? barely blinked, disappeared for like 20 seconds, and popped back with just what I needed. The sale was completed and I was back home within minutes. I really appreciate service like this, especially when I just needed to get back to my husband.

No more shopping here as they welcome Covid carriers and non-mask wears. Possible slogans for this branch: If you wanna party down and enjoy the freedom of no masks and infecting employees and other people, you should go to this Walgreens! Poster for Trump! Have a jam session with the coughing sitters! If you catch my drift, this store does not ask people not wearing a mask to leave. I am super happy that I will probably be infected by a virus, because this franchise owner does not care about his employees, or his customers. In fact, he welcomes it apparently. After speaking to one employee and asking why the man in front of me was not wearing a mask, she responded by telling me they cant do anything about it. Well, I can definitely do something about it and ask people not to shop at that store. I hope the man in front of me gets Covid and has a very slow painful recovery.

Sign still up and they enforce masks..Standing on my civil liberties and will not be giving my money to them..

The pharmacy tech Maria really went out of her way to help me. I had an issue with a prescription and she took the time to listen and do everything in her power to solve my problem. I really appreciate that, thank you Maria!

Friendly staff and pharmacists and very clean store. Im in here all the time with my service dog and appreciate very much hearing the management instruct their employees about service dogs!! I also see how the management works with staff -very nice! My prescriptions are always ready quick and they always have what Im looking for.

They should clean up after the homeless people who left their pants and other clothing outside the store entrance area. Pretty grotesque.

Actually they get a big far ZERO! I thought it was policy to greet customers as they walk in. No other customers were in here. I figured they took one look at this beautiful brown skin and got very busy. Not 1 but 2. Racist much??? I was waiting to hear, security walk the floor. Like the do in Avondale where I happen to live. 107th and Indian school Walgreens wont greet me but will have 3 people follow me asking if I need help as they straighten the shelves. Damn shame!

The workers at the cashier are always very friendly and helpful, I just dont like it every time they are required to ask you if you would like to buy some candy they have right there by the check out.

Very Busy store but the entire staff is friendly and there to help you. Especially the cosmetics girls. Keep up the good work.!

Its a Walgreens, easy in, easy out. I go for prescription and any RX.

Its open until midnight and within walking distance! Not to mention the Walgreens store brands are impressive.
