The pharmacy tech at 2995 E Chandler Heights Rd in Chandler, AZ at 12:30 pm today was extremely rude and unprofessional while explaining how to use my Covid test kit. Very disappointing service when I already feel horrible being so sick. She needs an attitude adjustment.
No issues with this location. Easy to get in and out. Pharmacy is friendly.
My place for Rx scripts. Has a minute clinic inside. Got my flue shot, pneumonia shot, and shingles shot. Nice place for makeup soda liquors greeting cards some toys snacks and more. Good Rx too.
This CVS has been garbage for years. 45 min drive through lines where they might as well be making pills while someone waits in line. Last year we waited 90 minutes for a flu shot; they kept saying “10 minutes” about 7 times. They should have RXs ready in 24 hours, right? Nope, sometimes it’s days and they’ll tell you “we’re short staffed”. Been like this since late 2019.
Visited minute clinic and pharmacy. they were very efficient and professional.
I do NOT recommend for COVID TESTING. The info they have online (the results for PCR tests 1-2 days ) are completely different than what they tell you AFTER processing your personal infos and testing: variable between 2-3 days or even 3-5 days. Be aware of the discrepancy: the infos provided on their site are NOT accurate! Especially when you need the tests for traveling reason and they are time sensitive! They really need to update!
This branch of CVS consistently does not have prescriptions ready even by the following day of when they are scheduled for pickup. I have to order my refills a full week before they are needed just so I have a chance of getting them on time. If I try any earlier, my insurance denies the claim because they are too soon from previous pickup. I can find no way to get reliable, timely refills, so I will switch to Walgreens.
This drive thru pharmacy is so unbelievably slow. No one should have to sit and wait for 45 minutes like this. The second lane was moving so much faster like the lady working only wanted to help those people. Meanwhile the lane closest to the window was sitting at a standstill for 45 freaking minutes.
Lots of issues with how fast they are! But they are very nice 👍 but sometimes it takes 3 days to fill a prescription
Been trying to refill my prescription for the past 2 days and nobody has been answering my calls. I’ve been on hold for the past half hour and still haven’t been able to speak to a pharmacist. I’m very frustrated to see that their live hours are showing that they’re not even busy. The way this pharmacy is being ran needs to change ASAP.
I called this CVS twice to confirm my sons prescription and they tell me its there and should be filled in 20 minutes. I come in and they say its out of stock......TWICE! I dont understand why Im being lied to over the phone and wasting my gas.
Worse service. I waited 40 mins in the drive thru and still wasnt helped. They ignored me. I resorted to honking my horn. I heard they are instructed not to answer the phone. Dont get your prescription here! Go to Walgreens.
The absolute worst Pharmacy. Always a long wait, inept staff. Waited on hold for 25 minute for pharmacy to answer!!! Asked for a RX to be filled by close. Time sensitive RX. Needed it refilled that day. Pharmacy staff said, we can’t fill it today(fri) everyone else needs their RXs filled today too. Promised me next day in am. Waited 25 mins for pharmacy to answer. Had to call store manager to get through to pharmacy. It turns out my RX was not in stock. It would not be in until Mon....What?! Why didn’t the lady tell me that the day before when the dr’s office was open and able to send the RX to a pharmacy that had it in stock! I have had so many other problems with them. They are clearly overwhelmed and understaffed! Can’t wait to get my prescriptions transferred out of there!!!
Very convenient for me..
Well stocked, recently updated interior, nicely set up for their minute clinic.
Had an appointment for my son for Covid testing. We sat in the drive thru well past his appointment time. I called the store because he desperately needed to use the restroom. They said to bring him in to use the bathroom. I said will they test him inside? She said they do not do that. So I asked if we lose our place in line. She tells me she is not sure what to say about that. I just left.
The employees are professional and treated me very well. My wait times have not been long at all.
This pharmacy is a complete disaster I’ve been waiting a week for them to fill a prescription for me and I still don’t have it
I had a great experience at the Minute Clinic. Hilary was so caring and thoughtful. I feel lots better now!!
I have never written a review anywhere -- but my experience tonight was terrible. Went to the care clinic with my husband, and the female pharmacist there was incredibly rude. She called my husband into the clinic and asked me to wait outside because they dont allow loitering! Even though I was there with a family member! My husband walked out shortly after, without treatment, because she was rude to him also. As a doctor myself, I am appalled at this fellow health care workers patient care. Especially in these times. Shame on you!! Go down the street to the other drug store -- you will get MUCH better care!!!!
Asked an employee for help finding a vitamin. He said he would ask a co-worker, but he never returned. I went to the pharmacy and asked and they sent me to isle 14. I wasted more time. I asked the pharmacist and he said they must be out. I went to Walgreens and got it in under 5 minutes. Next time Ill just go to Walgreens.
I would give this location zero or negative stars if I could. I understand that sometimes things happen and mistakes are made. However, when a vital prescription is lost or not filled (but I get all the notifications telling me its ready for pickup) or it has been filled and reversed for reasons no one can explain.... and when I wait a minimum 15 minutes every time Im at the pharmacy--even if Im the only customer... something is fundamentally broken. And Ive never seen it worse than at this location. I have special needs children who need vital medication monthly, and NOT ONCE has a prescription been 100% correct. Thats a lot of chances to get things right. In fact, you would think they would have accidentally done things right at least once. But no, their incompetence and lack of intelligence mixed with a complete lack of caring makes for a potent mix of customer dis-service. And yes, Ive worked with the techs all the way up to the pharmacist--a number of times. and yes, the culture of incompetence-meets-ambivalence is pervasive throughout. Do yourself a favor--go anywhere but here. I am seriously considering paying out of pocket somewhere else because it just might be worth the extra $100 a month to not have this stress in my life. Especially because if I have a heart attack and survive, Ill likely be on medication, and will need to get a prescription, and then.... oh no...
Worst experience ever. Waited for more than 20 minutes in the drive-thru land and was ignored even though we were the only customer waiting at that time. We knocked the glass window and they saw us. However, they came and went away without answering and servicing for refills pickup. I had no choice but went inside to pick up my refills. Ironically, there was only one customer waiting inside and they have more than 4 staffs over there. The worst thing was that they went to serve the vehicle came behind us. I would not go back to this store again.
Service has been great for me on all three counters. Minute Clinic is my familys go to. Mobile app and kiosk make it easy. Prescriptions are easy to fill ad pick up with a drive thru. Full store with nearly anything you might need, including last minute gifts and cards holidays that sneak up on you.
Everybody was nice and welcoming except for the minute clinic nurses or whatever. Every time I asked them a question it was like I was bothering them. I was confused since this is the first time I had to get a health screening and first time ever coming to a minute clinic but they were just rude. They are not helpful and I was scared to even ask them anything. The only nice person was Abigail. She was at the front welcoming people in and she right away asked me what i needed help with today. Anyways that’s the last time I ever come to a CVS minute clinic.
They made me wait good 90 minutes to give flu shot. waited one hour at least after payments were made.
ATTN: DISTRICT MANAGER!!!HORRIBLE TREATMENT from HAILEY !!!!FROM MINUTE CLINIC PERSONAL. !!!DOES NOT HAVE AN IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CAN GET YOUR POINT ACCROSS EVEN WITH GOOD MANERS. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE STORE WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS INSIDE. WT?? I TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO BE WALKING INSIDE THE STORE, HER RESPONCE: MHH.. WHAT??
The bad reviews make me laugh. People are so petty. Bunch of cry babies
The worse CVS I have been too, was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer.
This place is so slow and unorganized from what I can tell, maybe understaffed? My daughter’s pediatrician called in a prescription around 1pm, she’s running a slight fever and it’s otc fever reducer, nothing fancy or rare, literally on the shelf in front of the pharmacy area. I go up hoping maybe it’s ready, they say no, about 10-15 min. Ok no problem right? Well 20 min go by and people who got there after me somehow get their prescriptions, they manage to give a gentleman a flu shot and still nothing for me. I go up again, ask and am told sorry about that give us about 5 min. Another 10 min go by. I finally just walked over and bought it over the counter despite having insurance that would have been a $0 copay and left. Terrible customer service and I’ll be going to Walgreens now.
Clip in drive thru tube for prescriptions is BROKE so just put loose cc in or $ - lame! FIX IT!
If this wasnt so close to my house I would never go there. Terrible service, poor management, high turnover of employees, lack of availability on many popular products, lack of important feedback from the pharmacy regarding drugs and drug interaction, expired items on shelves, malfunctioning coupon station and a complicated rewards program. Third World service at best!!
This is the worst pharmacy if you expect good customer service. I cant tell you how many times I have had sick kids in the car screaming while the staff tells me That will take hour. Keep in mind this is long after the pharmacy had received the priority script electronically from the Pediatricians office. They have a not so subtle way of making you feel like you are an inconvenience to them or just someone else that they have to deal with. We are so glad our insurance has changed and we will be more than happy to take our business elsewhere.Another experience just happened to my niece when she attempted to pick up her prescriptions at closing time yesterday. This was after several trips over the course of a week, due to an insurance card issue and she was finally hoping to pick up the scripts. The pharmacy staff member at the drive-thru window after a brief exchange literally CLOSED the window and roller door right in her face. I explained to my niece that she is better off taking her business somewhere else. It appears to me that there is a systemic problem with the staff at the pharmacy. The customer service provided by the retail staff has always been excellent!
The Pharmacy Staff are always friendly and very helpful. I have been customer since 2005.
Organization is a struggle but they seem to be doing better
This review is for their rx mobile app, not the store or pharmacy staff. The app is useless and a PITA. It will send you notifications that an rx is ready for pickup but when you get to the store it’s not in their system and doesn’t even show up that it exists. Word of advice, if you’re stuck using this pos app, do not believe it unless it has a barcode associated with it. If it does not, then the store can’t help you because the mobile app and store system are independent of each other. The only time they are connected is if there is a barcode generated. No barcode, no rx.
This pharmacy continues to disappoint. I have a problem almost every time we go here. The Asian pharmacy manager is the worst. She is rude and it seems like she hates her job and working with people. Hopefully they do something to help this pharmacy. Hire some help that is friendly please.
Called a week prior to have my prescription transferred from another pharmacy from out of state. Was called back, they said they received everything and that I could come to get it whenever. A week later when I went in, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.. the lady had me to to another line and again they looked me up by name and dob, and she says we have nothing under your name. After I got frustrated and explained I had done this a week prior, all of a sudden she says oh yeah we have it here. ???? Dont understand that.
They do not honor their sales tags that are hanging up under the products. Excuse given was that they have to put up the sales tags 24 hours in advance. The tag does not specify sales start date. Sale should have been honored.
I always receive fast prompt service. Caring pharmacists that look for bad drug interactions and not to mention that cute pharmacy tech, the short one with brown hair. He is just a darling.
This pharmacy is literally the worst on earth. CVS in general is horrible. Always, always have insurance issues and have to call insurance company to fix. This particular store has bad attitudes and no customer skills especially for professionals. Its rediculous for insurance companies to force you to use a certain pharmacy or pay more.
Slow. So slow. Been waiting for 20 minutes in the store. With 3 pharmacists working
They are lazy and have zero regard for customers, or the urgency and importance of medication and proper communication
Worst pharmacy weve ever used. There is always some sort of issue or delay. Tonight they sent my husband home with our childs antibiotic unmixed. Just a bottle of powder with a flyer on it about mixing it before giving it to the customer and a handwritten note to check for drug allergies. None of which happened. He picked it up right before her bedtime as it always takes them hours to fill any prescription. We ended up mixing it ourselves to avoid having to drive all the way back there. Unfortunately, we are tied to these jokers through our current insurance with Humana. Thats going to change ASAP.
Everyone only complains. Never had a problem. Friendly staff, gear service. Always a cookie for my blind dog in the development thru.
I would give a zero if possible. The older Hispanic lady at register was not just rude but mean and unprofessional. We just went in to get drinks before going to the park. She was talking to another employee when we walked in. We got our drinks quickly and went to the counter. She wasnt behind the register, she was in the photo area gossiping with another employee. She seemed irritated that we were ready to checkout interrupting her gossip session. While waiting for her, she rudly hollered for us to move to the last register. She walked slowly over to register with an attitude. Sighing several times. She said CVS card? While I was looking for it, more sighs. I gave her a Walgreens card by accident and that set her off. I then told her i didnt have the cvs card any longer. She rudly said phone number! I gave it to her. I then noticed that 2 small drinks we got were almost $2.00 a piece. So I told her I didnt want them. She said, If I void them, I will have to start all over! And she just stared at me. I told her again I didnt want them and that they were too expensive. She grabbed the drinks we didnt want voided them and literally threw them behind the counter while sighing. She angerly asked for my phone number again while I asking my husband if he wanted to get another water. She totally interrupted our conversation by saying loudly and angrilly Your phone number! My husband was so appauled by her attitude that he had to walk out of the store before blowing up at her. Then while ringing me up she said, Sweet God, give me patience, I can see its going to be one of those days! She walked away from the counter before I left. I said thank you and she mumbled thank you back in a angry tone. We could not believe how rude she was. Manager needs to know about all the negative reviews about this store.
Can I give zero?Had my prscription sent to this pharmacy already 3 times, double checked the info for which to send it to and each time theyve told me we havent received any refills every. Single. Time.To add, one pharmacist tech is noticably rude to the customers who clearly dont understand and need someone to be there to take the time to explain it.This has been a ridiculous 3x occasion with them failing to refill a prescription that has been sent to them.Goodbye cvs.
Always friendly and helpful
Staff always friendly and helpful
Pharmacy techs screwed up my prescriptions several times. Worst service in pharmacy. Switching back to Walgreens.
After visiting the Minute Clinic with my little one we waiting the 20 minutes we were quoted for 2 prescriptions. The staff was friendly and professional.
