Great deal on boots here. They need to up the selection of women’s clothing for my wife- lots of men’s clothing but not as much for women.

Been wearing Ariat work boots for 15 years visited the phoenix outlets today and they didnt have enough 14d work boots I bought some work hogs only cuz the fam was tired and wanted to go home I know for a fact boot barn has more of a selection in 14d and Im in and out not looking desperately for my size like today.

Very nice man that was helping all the customers last night! Good manners which is rare to find. Will be back to try on more boots. Buying my first pair soon!

Amazing Store, Service and Location. This is the only place my husband and I go to buy our Ariat Merchandise. The staff is SUPER friendly and willing to help anyone. Whether its your first pair of boots, or 100th pair, this is your place. Plus they have a great selection of apparel with both clearance and current new releases. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a second location in the North West Valley.

First time I went here I only found one pair of boots for work in my size. The didnt fit so I left them there (fit really tight on the sides) & went back today to see what they had. I found some my size & they were wider so I got them.The customer service was awesome will go back there again. The girls were very friendly & helped us w all our needs trying to find shoes for work.

Dude was so friendly and proud of the store, that if I hadn’t known better, I would have thought it was a Mom & Pop Shop.For anyone looking for more merchandise - keep in mind that they only stock what they are sent. I wouldn’t go into any clearance store with the intention of finding a specific item - perhaps you could call ahead.As far as prices - “Outlet Stores,” are really just clearance stores. You won’t find too many true Outlets these days...which sucks.

I was treated horribly at this location by two female staff members. One good thing is I don’t have to shop here ever again! Rude, condescending people are staff and they have forget that paying customers pay their paychecks.

Amazing customer service!! I was visiting the Phoenix area, and made a purchase there. When I went to pack my suitcase I realized one of the items I had held behind the counter while I shopped was not in my bag. Long story short, there was a mix up, they located the jacket in another store, and went waaaayyyy above and beyond to get it to me. Jackie and her team are amazing and their level of customer service is exceptional. I will definitely shop there every time Im in the area!

I was a bit disappointed with the boot selection, not one pair of lace ups at the time.

Excellent service by some employees they gave us very well excellent prices excellent quality .... only yesterday we had little mishaps since two of the employees who had not given good service behaved in a racist way lets say so nor did they I could ask them anything because they were very rude yesterday, we left ariat without shopping with the treatment they give you or want to keep looking at your clothes, I hope to return another day that they are in a good mood or have attention again.

It had a very friendly environment with knowledge staff the only thing I did not like was they didnt sell any belt buckles and have a very scarce hat selection
