This Walmart is much better than others! It is cleaner and the aisles arent blocked with pallets so it is easier to shop! This Walmart store has the most Christmas selection out right now!🎄🎁

Staff are overworked and still manage to show their best side. Im glad there are people who actually care about the service they provide. Plus, you never know when a superhero will drop by!

Inventory is maintained better at this location along with cleanliness. Parking lot is little messy like oip spills and litter. Also shopping carts can use some maintenance

Trust me, this is the worst Walmart probably in AZ. You will never find a cart available at the door when you enter to store so please remember to grab a cart from the parking lot. Customer service is never open, one day they will lie to you that system is down for Customer Service then other day they will say no associate to cover service desk!!One of the Team Lead is super rude and arrogant, sorry forgot to note down her name but her eyes maybe little bit grayish. But their pharmacy is good i will rate the pharmacy separately where they will get 5 stars.

Went oil change great services was late towards and service but day fit me which greatly appreciated.

I have never been able to reach a customer service member when calling this stores number. I have attempted to contact them several times over the past few months at different times of the day. Either the phone rings for about 3min before It automatically disconects, or someone picks it up the immediately hangs up. I have been told by two walmart associates that the money center at this location closes at the same time as the store, which is 23:00, however, when I got the the store just after 19:00, they were closed. Not only this, but the sign on that department states they close at 20:00.

Look other departments are not to blame but... the are so many cash registers and there is always 2 open. In the mean time there is a line for the self service machines.... as we speak I been calling them non stop and they just wont pick up the phone they seem to hang up on me after a while...Its out of my way but I think Ill start shopping at target

It was quick in and out thing but the store was clean the one employee that I saw was kind and had a smile on her face. Check out at the self checkout was quick and easy. I dont live in this area and just popped in bc I forgot something at home. Great for big shopping trips or small ones

Its a Walmart so you know what to expect but the people on the floor are not the most customer friendly....its like flipping a coin if you are lucky you might find someone very helpful but go down a few aisles and you will meet the most indifferent person. Also, the lanes are always packed with a long line. They have the cash registers open but seems like they are more interested in people waiting and/or going through self check outs than open the closed registers. If you have tons of time then it might be worth it. Otherwise just find a place with smaller lines.

Horrendous -- I waited 40 minutes TO PAY because the self checkout machine was not working properly. There was no sense of urgency from the associates to help. When the manager, Thomas, arrived, 40 minutes later, she was incredibly unsympathetic, defensive, and rude. The way this situation was handled was highly concerning to say the least. -- Completely uncalled for.

Associates were helpful and courteous.....stores has essential items stocked and easy to find.

Ive been going to Walmart for my glasses. The main reason is Lori in the Vision Center. She is professional and so knowledgeable!! Lori spent so much time with me to make sure I got the best frame and correct lenses. Lori didnt rush our appt at all. KUDOS Lori!!!! Youre the best! Thank you.

This is the worst Walmart in this area. The store always smells like beer and pee. The grocery pickup app never works, the number they have posted for you, no one answers. The button call doesn’t work. I’ve been sitting her for 20 and not one person has helped me smdh so extremely sad. I won’t be coming back to this one anymore.I’ve been sitting here since 414 it is 437 and they’ve helped four people now before me and I was here first.It’s 447 and I’m still here. I’ve called the number numerous times, I also called the store, no answer on either. Oh a pick up grocery employee finally spoke to me, it’s 449. SmdhIt’s it’s 450 and they are finally loading my groceries..NEVER AGAIN!

Walmart does have everything but if you’re not at your typical store you always seem a little bit lost. The larger the store the more area to cover. I felt we found what we were looking for and the staff was helpful too but sometimes there lost as well. I do wish the online app was more accurate in helping lost souls find there way. Apps should help locate within the store and not always encourage you to buy online.

You can get in& out quick. People are friendly.If you ask the staff for anything they whim be happy to help. Everyone puked together for thier community here during the COVID Pandemic, did your best to keep shelves stocked etc. They are still stocked and ready!

Great place to get a oil change. I usually purchase my the oil & oil filter at Wal-Mart. Next they do the oil change and I save alot of 💰 with good customer service. ♟

Great place to grocery shop, always clean, i can almost find everything i need. Only complaint is lack of cashiers. Usually 5 to 6 people in each of the 2 cashier aisles that are open. Ill keep coming here because its my best option for where i am.

Wal Mart is always completely wack besides the fact that they have such a variety of items that youll usually find something close to what you need. But that pro is also the con that they are becoming the only place to find half this stuff nowadays... So why would they try to have multiple registers open, helpful/knowledgeable sales floor workers, available shopping carts, shelves stocked, good quality items, or anything else a store with integrity would have? They dont have to because youre forced to go there either way. Lol, what a plague

Im in the self checkout and needed an ok cuz I had a bottle of vodka amoung my other groceries, easy right? Nope. Theres a couple with a cart full of fruits and vegetables and didnt know how to ring them up so the lady was there ringing up ALL of their cart as im at this point impatient ly waiting for her to help me. I asked the young man up front if he could help and he said he couldnt so I saw another woman and asked her if she could help me since the other one was literally ringing up this whole cart of stuff and her response is not sorry I cant, but ill fund someone who can... her response is just NOPE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? What happened to courtesy and manners? NOPE is not a proper response. Also if you cant ring up your own stuff you should not be in a self checkout lane!

Came here looking for a new phone for my dad whose old phone was supposed to be paid off. Tl;dr Verizon had an inconsistency with their system that resulted in them locking the phone and us unable to pay them off to unlock it. It was a nightmare - two hours of grief all for 48 cents left on the phone (and their system wouldnt allow us to directly pay it). But Mario, the Premium Wireless Associate working the desk today was amazing. He helped us navigate the issue and then managed to get the phone unlocked on his end, then spent another hour helping me get my phone transferred over when we decided at the last second to drop Verizon and switch to Sprint. He got us a way better deal, and was incredibly patient and understanding while I was dealing with Verizons (terrible) customer support and then when my phone started acting up during the transfer over. Now we are completely switched over and have a data unlimited plan for nearly the same cost as our 4G data plan on Verizon! And even better, the Walmart associates also working in the area were super fun and kept my dad and my spirits up the full 3.5 hours we were there. I can only imagine how much longer it would have taken if I had done it myself - Mario offered in case we wanted to leave, but when I said I would rather stay and let him do it in case something else went wrong, he handled it without complaint. Thank you all, especially you Mario! Super knowledgeable and professional - you cant ask for more 👏

They have the essentials, and then some... We dont shop here often, but, wow, talk about a one-stop-shop.

This is a nice get away place. Good food at adjacent restaurant, nice pool and Jacuzzi. However, they are remodelling all the rooms to look like a B class hotel. They used to be quaint and rustic like a lodge should be. So if its a lodge youre looking for...not so much.

Nice to shop WITHOUT a MASK & NOT GET HARASSED ABOUT IT. I will ONLY patron your store when my Constitutional Rights are Fully Respected.

Do they ever answer the phone? Waited on hold 15 minutes til I got frustrated and hung up. Then called back and all it does is ring.

I needed a battery. I arrived after 6pm and they literally pushed closed the door while I was walking up with old battery. I had to get a cart and walk all the way around to the front and through the whole store to get back to auto. There were two people still behind counter. When I said I need to buy this battery, they said we are trying to close. You have to take it up to the front. My vehicle is literally right outside the door. Not convenient at all. Third strike for this location. Will never go back to this location.

Typical Walmart. This location has groceries and all other items. Very clean not very crowded. It was a little understocked & stockers filled the isles on a Monday afternoon making it a little hard to get around some isles.

I love Walmart but wish this store were a bit cleaner, particularly the restrooms.

If I could give zero stars I would! Only 1 register open and only the north self checkouts open. Line were all the way to the back of the store! Totally unacceptable! People out of work and need jobs and Wal-Mart is taking jobs away by not having checkouts open. Also there were no carts in the cart corral. Whats up Wal-Mart? I hate going there for just a couple of things and having to spend 30 minutes or so in line to check myself out. Going to start shopping elsewhere.

All I have to say is that the Walmarts in AZ are great. I visit these even though I think Walmart in general is a corporate capitalistic devil from hell. Im glad I visit AZ rarely.

I had a horrible experience at this Walmart. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for almost an entire hour before a manager finally got involved and resolved the situation. Dont go here if your time is your money because they will leave you guessing for up to an hour without any updates or apologies.

Everything is fine, just the cashier service is too bad because they didnt have many cashiers and besides self cashiers who are looking to you like a criminal, yesterday was a old lady looking me so wired and my kids, we feel like criminals, I pay my self and they are winning for just looking me???

Always busy so I cant wait for the late night shopping hours to return.

They need to make sure the products on the shelfs bar codes match the price labels bar codes on the shelf. Even your own staff says its taking them longer to fill the online orders.Since the device tells them were it is. When they go to the shelf to fill order, they are having the same problem, we had as customers. You need to hire more staff in the pharmacy when you stand in line 20 minutes then you get up to the register to pick it up after the text says its ready and its not. Need to train people in automotive more. You weight just as long back there just to get weighted own. It can improve. Also the phone needs to be answered when by an associate or someone instead of cutting off 5 times you calling. Even got someone to finally answer to page an associate but still no answer. This is not how a business(a good business is run.) Someone has to say it like it is)

Actually awful. And not just because its walmart. There were no cashiers what so ever. Both self check outs had lines back to around the oreo isle. And some of the self check our kiosks were cash only. Carts ditched everywhere. With perishables. I feel bad for the staff thats actually here. And the amount of negativity they must hear on a daily basis. Idk about how Walmart pays. But its a direct reflection based off my visit today.

Pleasantly surprised. This walmart was very busy. Even so it was perfectly tidy. Organized and well managed. Same old walmart deals and prices. Nothing special. But I did find some really nice boxer briefs on clearance. Normally $11 for 3. They were $3 on sale. So tha was cool. But yeah for as busy as it was we got through the checkout quick. Best walmart Ive been too. My wife gets anxiety in busy public places and she was able to keep her self together in this one. Too bad we live in Tucson or id stay at this one.
