I have no words of gratitude toward the tech who fixed my Note 10+ screen since now that they fixed it my microphone works. I have gone 11 months without being able to use my microphone everyone I asked told me that I needed a new device well I take it to them for a screen repair I get it back everything works like new!!! Unfortunately devices break and luckily this store is literally down the street. Service was impeccable from start to end. Agents are extremely helpful, professional and patient with all the questions. Explaining the process and what ifs scenarios are very well explained. Follow up calls throughout the process were helpful and each agent were a pleasure to work with!

The staff at this place is so great! My elderly neighbor accidentally put the sim card in his Samsung phone incorrectly, and I arrived at closing time to beg them to fix it since he had no working phone. She went to work immediately and had it ready the next morning right when the store opens, all for free! I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful and friendly this place is! I’ll definitely be referring to them from now on!

Went in because my charger wouldnt charge. Came there and they helped me dig out whatever piece of charger was left there in under a few minutes free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in need of a repair.

So I will say they are not the Cheapest place in town I did find places up to $100 cheaper but one thing u get here is Samsung parts not some cheap aftermarket stuff and u get a new battery (at least with the s9+) so came out of the store with a brand new phone front and back glass new battery and to top it off the charger plug was not working right and they cleaned it out for me for $344 what may seem like a lot but I dropped this thing off a motorcycle at 130mph and Im writing this review on it I never thought it would work again and time are hard not everyone can go drop $1200 on a new phone and thats not even the top end so u want a good place that will have your phone back to u same day most the time check them out tell them I sent u it wont get u anything but it could

Location extremely backed up I came in at 12pm on a Monday. Soon as I walked in I was left waiting over 5 mins. Then when someone came around the wall they told me a 3hr turn around time I wasn’t pleased. So I left and called up there to say I’d come to get it fixed when I got of. So I go up there at like 5:30pm and they tell me they done doing same day repairs. I left immediately and contacted the tempe location. Said if I get there before 6PM they could fix my phone that day. I got there at 6:13pm and they had my phone fixed before close guess all locations don’t live by the same standards

I dropped my childs Nintendo Switch on Sat. It was supposed to be ready on Sun. It wasnt ready until Wed. This was an inconvenience.

UBreakiFix Chandler is amazing! I had an unfortunate event of having my MacBook Air fall off the bed as I was sleeping. One can only imagine my reaction and thoughts when I woke up and saw my laptop on the floor. Hope and prayers couldnt save me, I thought for sure I was doomed. Plot twist...sike, my MacBook Airs screen was flickering & I couldnt see anything. After searching for places, I stumbled across uBreakiFix and found the location nearest to me. The idea and concept of this business is phenomenal. I explained my problem to Greg, the owner, and he assured me the problem was fixable and would done within a 3-5 business days. I couldnt imagine being without my laptop for that long, however he suggested that I could keep the device while the part is being is being ordered and use it externally via an HDMI connection. Surprisingly, I never even thought that to be an option. Fast Forward; I left a deposit for 50% of the total cost and kept my device while the part was being ordered and then brought it back in for repair 3 business days later. I lucked out and the shop was able to get the part sooner than expected and they completed the repair within 2 hours, after I brought it in. The experience was so painless and easy, I have referred all my friends since my fix about 3 weeks ago. The customer service is un-matched and the repair comes with a 90-day parts & labor warranty which is way better than their competitors. Needless to say, you should look no further (if you have a broken device) because they (uBreakiFix (Chandler) ) are honest, reliable, professional & knowledgable on what they are doing.

This place is awesome! My sons iPhone 7plus would not turn on, it wouldn’t charge, it was just a black screen. I thought for sure it needed a new battery. A very nice young man took it to the back and just a couple minutes later said it is charging now. Said he had to just clean the charging port out! He even kept it on the charging port for about 5 minutes longer (because I didn’t think it was gonna charge) & it charged up to about 15%. Plus they didn’t have a Cell phone Case that fit our phone, so he said we should try the place next door, so we did & we ended up finding 2 otter box cases & screen protectors all for 10.00$!I will definitely use this place again for my electronic repairs! Happy with my service. I had a cracked Note 10+ screen - a notoriously difficult replacement. I elected to take my phone in to the store for repair, and it was ready in about 3 hours! They added a screen protector and the repair left my phone good as new. Wouldnt hesitate to do business with this location again.

I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. I was really stressed out about my phone not working because I really needed it the next day and I had no idea what I was gonna do if it wasnt working by then. When I went in, they had a sign up saying they were closing early for safety measures due to the virus, making it so there was only about fifteen minutes until closing. I was really disheartened and expected that they wouldnt help me, but I went in anyway just to see what info I could get from them. However!!!! They agreed to fix it and let me pick it up a half an hour later even though they were already closed!!!! The screen was perfectly repaired and I was super happy with the result! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and considerate and welcoming. I really truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction, and I would 100% come here again!

My iPhone was stuck in a boot loop - the staff went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and attempt to resolve it. In the end, they weren’t able to restore 100% of functionality but they did get the phone to a usable condition (No Face ID) - now I don’t have to rush to buy a phone and I can wait for a deal or the fall launch of the new phones.Note: My visit occurred during the COVID Pandemic and they had a very reasonable 1 person in lobby policy and they provided disinfectant wipes for the phones.

Ive taken a laptop with a broken screen here and just recently my phone to get the LCD replaced. I went to two different places before going here for my phone. They were the only place that were able to order a screen for my phone. This place is great! If I ever have another issue I will go there again!

Long story short, after removing the battery and trying to get it restarted, a recovery mode page came up with complicated computer code. Had no idea what to do next. I had a Samsung phone repaired, and honestly they couldnt have made it much easier. Nice people, good work. The new screen is just as good as the original and works with the Note S-Pen.Edit for followup: a year later, I took the same phone to have check out why it isnt charging, and they cleaned the charging port and got it back working as a courtesy.

Said to say, I think the staff (guy working) doesnt tell the truth. I called 5 minutes before I got there to see how long it would take to fix my phone, he said 2 hours... When I got there the guy said over 2 hours, because 2 people walked in before I got there.... I dont think he had time enough to take care of 2 customers. Any he took my phone to repair it. I came back 2 and half hours later and he told me he couldnt repair it because the replacement part was defective. He claimed that he took 2 hours of his time to put phone back together The part will be in in the morning. I waited until noon, no call to say part was in. I call at 1,. oh, they just delivered the part. I took phone in and it got repaired. My gut says, this shop works at there place... I wont be back nor recommend it. Sorry..,.. tell me the truth and Ill change my opinion

They literally destroyed a start up business because their employees can’t take notes and deleted 19 months of data. I asked for a diagnostic on my Surface Pro. I told them one of the things I had done was to try to reset while keeping my files. It didn’t work when I did it, that’s why I asked for help. Thinking they knew more than me was a mistake. These are kids who have Google. They sat on device for three days, Googling things. They didn’t call me and I called when they were closed. To make up for the poor communication, not to mention the inability to fix the device, the owner offered to bring the device to another location. I was impressed with that offer. I thought that meant this was turning around. Wary of more poor communication, I asked the owner, Brian, to please have the new location to discuss the repair before any thing was completed. The Peoria location said the owner gave them authorization to factory reset the device and they didn’t call me until after it was completed. Both locations act like there was nothing they could have done different.They literally could care less that they destroyed months of work and that it was done without anyone using common sense — like asking the owner before factory resetting the computer.

Went in with a cracked tablet screen and they were honest enough to ask me to contact Verizon and get pricing to replace the tablet. Turns out it was less expensive to upgrade than to have the screen replaced. This is a company you can trust.

They quickly replaced my broken screen as a walk in. Definitely appreciated that when I could barely see what was going on with my phone! No complaints in the way of their service.I opted toward getting their tempered glass screen protector, and it’s starting to drive me nuts.. they’ve placed it on there twice now and it seems to not sit well on the corners, and begins lifting up. Wish I would’ve saved my money on the screen protector and simply replaced my screen.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. Staff seems to spend a lot of time in the back and I ended up waiting for almost 10 minutes to pick up my phone. Card reader is finicky and caused more delays. Staff is friendly and repair was done promptly.

Brought my phone in because it was having issues charging. I was expecting to pay a fair amount of money based on pricing guidelines for charging port fixes listed on their website. However when I came in, the associate i worked with was able to scrape out a years worth of stratified pocket lint and restore the charging port back to working order. For free. Very pleasant experience and would return if anything else goes wrong with my phone.

I broke my S-pen off in my Note 8 and couldnt get it out for anything. Called them up and they got done quickly they even waited a few for me to get there after they closed (took a nap). Theyre great anytime I need something done Im going here theyre straight awesome!

Only rating off of my experience when walking in and not their ability on repairs. I set up an appointment for the evening on their website which was very easy quick. I came in and the employee explained to me that I needed to be here before 5pm in order to get the phone fixed which was totally fine and what I expected walking in. I asked him if I could leave my phone and come pick it up the next day and he said no and to come in the next day. With having a busy schedule coming in before 5pm is very difficult for me. Hoping this is just poor management that should be corrected and not an employee being lazy. I am now going to another repair store that will accommodate my busy schedule and let me leave my phone overnight. Which they will fix while Im working.

Well my experience there wasnt a very good one, I brought my moms phone and for some minor thinks they told me that they wont repair the phone, then I gave them my dads phone and they took it but instead of repairing it, they stuck they sim tray and broke it, they sim tray wasnt the original for the phone I guess that shouldnt be a problem, so they just gave me a not working phone with no sim tray and they told me to take it to another place to fix it because without the sim tray (that they broke) they wont fix it because they wont do nothing for me because its my fault to bring a phone with no an original sim tray, like come on I Just want my screen to fix, it doesnt matter if it has the sim tray or not, but anyways I just be careful with this establishment and check your phones well, and they were very racist as well.

Came here twice. First time they didnt have the battery for my phone and quoted me one price. Came back a week later and was quoted a higher price AND that they needed to replace the screen. Walked out. Zero confidence they know what theyre doing.

I mistakenly dropped my iPhone 7 Plus this morning while at the gym, a barbell fell on it and the display went dark. I took my iPhone to uBreakiFix in Chandler and they told me it was fixable. I honestly had no hope and was just going to go to the Apple Store to buy a new phone. The tech thoroughly explained the repair process and told me I had no worries and although the couldn’t promise me I’d lose my data, they explained that most times all information should be fine. Within 30 minutes my iPhone 7 Plus was repaired and fully functional. Shoutout to the entire staff for the friendly, fast and quality service. Greg even explained to me that I have I 90-day parts and labor warranty. And jokingly, but seriously, mentioned that iPhone’s and barbell don’t mix because the warranty doesn’t cover physical damage. Thanks again.

Went to this location to replace a broken screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. After taxes and whatnot the total came to about $160. I thought that was pricey considering other places quoted me closer to $120 but I was in the area and figured they probably use higher-quality displays. Boy, was I wrong.They performed the repair in about 2 hours, which was nice, but when I picked up the device I noticed it had a greenish tint, the colors were noticeably duller, and even at max brightness the screen was pretty dark. I mentioned this to the technician and he said its because the screen isnt exactly the same as the one it replaced. I left the shop pretty disappointed that I dropped so much cash and got an obviously cheap knock-off screen in return.The next day I noticed they display taking a while to illuminate after I pressed the home or power button. This was followed by the screen freezing and even turning completely green and shutting off. The problem grew gradually worse throughout the day until it stopped working all together. My wife took the phone in the following day (Keep in mind that this location is almost an hour away from us). They took the phone back to fix again but didnt apologize or even act surprised. If anything they gave the impression that this was a regular occurrence; which gave more credence to the assumption that I had been scammed into buying a cheap display.Again the repair took about 2 hours and again I noticed the same initial issues with the quality of the display; namely low brightness and contrast ratios, poor viewing angles, a greenish tint, and low color accuracy. My wife has the same phone and when placed side-by-side the difference is really noticeable. I noticed that gestures on the touch screen were not very accurate and force-touch functionality needed a pretty intense level of force to activate.3 days later I came home from work and pulled the phone out of my pocket to find a lovely crack down the middle. The crack appeared to be on the LCD panel underneath the glass and not on the glass itself. Its pretty obvious I didnt drop it and crack the screen superficially. Im assuming I somehow put too much force on the phone when it was in my pocket sitting in my car. It wasnt even in my back pocket either, it was in the same side pocket I always keep my phone.I drove out to this location, AGAIN, to see about getting a refund so I could get the phone fixed somewhere else. However, the technician informed me that since it appeared like physical damage had occurred that they couldnt do anything about it. I explained the circumstances to him and he said they could give me a 10% discount. That would mean Id be out 3 trips to this store and over $300 just to have my iPhone screen replaced with what appears to be the display pulled from a 2004 Tamagotchi Connection. Yeah, no thanks.

AWFUL!! SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LOW QUALITY PARTS.Don’t take your phone to get fixed here unless you want to pay a premium for cheap, crappy parts.My husband had his iPhone 6+ phone screen repaired by them a few weeks ago. It cost us almost $200. My husband noticed almost immediately that the new LCD screen was markedly dimmer than it used to be, but they brushed him off and told him it was fine. Within hours of the repair, the screen went completely black and would not turn on. So we had to take it all the way back there to be fixed again. They didn’t seem surprised by the problem or even try to offer an apology for the inconvenience. We should have just gotten our money back right then, but instead I let them replace the screen again under their warranty and went on my way. A few days later the screen started acting up again, this time it started with black lines running down the side of the screen. So we had to take it back to them for a third time. But this time they refused to replace it under their warranty due to ‘damage’ but offered is a generous 10% discount on a full replacement.SUCH A WASTE OF MONEYWe had to take the phone to a different company and pay replace the LCD because 2/3 of the screen was unusable. The new repair guy confirmed that they definitely didn’t use an OEM spec screen in the repair like they claim they do. This was a cheap alternative.I sincerely recommend I Fix ‘em Phone Repair over in QC 1000x over. They were $50 cheaper and actually use high quality, original equipment manufactured parts and have a much better customer service.

They called me an hour after I dropped my phone off to have it fixed. They said they had a 90 day guarantee on the repair. The very next day my phone was still broken. The manager at this store said he would not refund my money. I had the store that fixed my phone (Denver) let them know they had to fix my phone. I had a receipt and all that good stuff. They flat out refuse to honor their 90 day guarantee. Completely ripped me off.
