Travis knows his stuff! After visiting several other carpet stores, we were drawn to giving Floor Depot our business due to Travis’s honesty, knowledge and trustworthiness. You will see what I mean if/when you meet him.We were carpeting a spare bedroom that was in immediate need. With the Covid crowd having all the contractors backed up for several weeks, Travis was able to influence one of his go-to contractors to carpet our bedroom within 2 days of our carpet being delivered (8 days from when we first walked into his store!) We actually selected our carpet from a different store. Not only did Travis get it for us in half the time....his price was almost $1.50 sq.ft. less then his competitor. Can’t promise he will be able do that for everyone. But, wow!We now have a carpet/floor company that will get 100% our business going forward.Again, it’s worth your time just to go in and talk to Travis. You will understand straight away that this guy in incapable of deception and he will do whatever he can to help keep your project on schedule.Highly recommend!

After another company was a “no show” I had to find another company super quick! I saw Floor Depot’s info on Next Door and gave them a call. Travis was extremely helpful in helping me out quickly! Regina was amazing in helping me pick out carpet and getting the order in quick so it made the shipment the next day! Everything continued to go very smoothly with Brent’s install team (Design Plus Interiors) and the installers were very nice and left everything in great order! Very happy with our new carpet and would highly recommend Travis and his team! Excellent customer service which can be hard to find in a company these days!

Floor Depot provides excellent customer service and the best prices. Recently, I needed to find an exact match to existing tile in my home. I worked with Travis, the owner of Floor Depot, and he was extremely helpful. He knew the tile I was looking for by name and after getting a bit more info said he would look for a local supplier. He called me back the same day to let me know he had found the tile I needed. He even arranged for us to down to the supplier so that we could double check to make sure the tile they had would be a match by comparing it to an extra we had. Once we knew how many square feet we needed, he double checked to make sure we everything, including the dyelot, was correct.My husband and I called almost a dozen tile distributors in the valley looking for this tile. While a few did have the tile we needed, no one provided the same level of customer service that Floor Depot did. Additionally, No one else came even close to matching the great deal he gave us on the price and delivery cost. So, if you need flooring definitely call Floor Depot.

I recently purchased 1400sf Luxury Plank flooring for our Flagstaff home.Travis was excellent to work with and offered very competitive pricing as well as excellent service. The supply company initially delivered non matching trim pieces and Travis went the extra mile to not only have the company replace them but also arranged shipping directly to the Flagstaff home on a Saturday so the installer from Phoenix could complete the job without making an additional trip to Flagstaff.It nice dealing directly with the owner without layers of superfluous middle men.I highly recommend Floor Depot in Chandler for your flooring needs.

When dealing with sales people it seems like you may be getting taken for a ride. The folks at floor depot are trustworthy, honest and stand by their prices. My experience with them is that I found a flooring that my wife and I loved. and the price was great. We ordered the floor and he gave the price. Well the flooring manufacturing company had just raised the price and would not honor the price that I purchased at and wanted hundreds of dollars more. The folks at floor depot tried to negotiate deal with the manufacturer but they would not budge. At that point the owner decided he would eat the entire cost to honor our deal. I was so touched that he was that honest and sincere that I split the difference with him.
