Scott was fantastic to work with. He was detail oriented, thorough and always went the extra mile to ensure deliveries were on time! In the current environment we are in, this was crucial to keep the job on track! I would recommend Scott Kitchen and CFM to anyone. They far exceeded my expectations.

Arizonans are in for a treat now that CFM has entered the market. They have been around for 40 years in the Pacific Northwest (check out their google reviews from the Portland and Seattle stores!), and have earned the reputation as the place to go to for quality home finishes at wholesale prices. Im building a new home, and when I learned a CFM had opened here in AZ, I immediately contacted my builder. (You have to gain access through a builder, contractor, remodeler, etc. The store is not open to the general public.) But once an account is set up, youre gold. (Hint: if youve EVER worked for a builder or contractor, find out if they have an account, or ask them to set one up. CFM will allow you to act on your own behalf and pay for your own goods under their account.)Yesterday I went for a preliminary run to find flooring, cabinetry and countertops. Spent the day with Robert, Scott and Steve. All three were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful every step of the way. At one point, I questioned Robert about a specific cabinet style and he assured me it was only available in hickory. I had my doubts. After an hour into looking at stain samples, the cabinet rep happened to stop by. When I pressed her about the cabinet face in question, she was unsure so she pulled out her catalog. Sure enough, she said, Yep, hes right. Only available in hickory.Scott, a transplant from one of the Oregon stores, is super personable and has vast knowledge about selection and pricing. Steve, the store manager, is chilax and upbeat - never once did I feel pressured. But when asked, Steve offered his unvarnished opinion about how to match floors, cabinets and countertops. At one point, he selected a beautiful countertop sample, and then proceeded to find a cart so he could walk around the store with my samples, looking for the perfect tile backsplash.I left feeling armed with the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision, and confident that - no matter what - these guys had my back. Note: No one works on commission, so regardless who you talk to and when, you will receive the same price (unless, of course, their supplier price changed). And it is wholesale pricing - the same pricing extended to builders or contractors. Not true at other stores, where the sales person will size you up and determine how much to mark up the product based on your (limited) knowledge. Also, because of their combined purchasing power, they negotiate deep discount pricing and pass that along to you, the consumer.I couldnt be happier, and just wanted to share this gem of a find in Arizona. I cannot express how happy we are with the excellent customer service and attention to detail Steve and Scott showed us. I recommend anyone who is considering flooring renovations to go to CFM and talk with them about what options (and they have so many to choose from, it is truly amazing) would be best for your family. They not only helped us find our perfect flooring but also kept in touch about quotes, potential upcoming price changes from companies, and expert contractors for installation. We found out about them through the Chandler Chamber of Commerce as their recommended choice: we are so glad to have checked with them. We will definitely be going back to them for any future flooring we do.

I needed to order additional product for my renovation and I have been working with Steve. He is always responsive and willing to help! I know I can count on him to make things happen! This is a first class company with first class products and customer service!CFM has a beautiful showroom and a great selection! I came into the store looking for materials for our renovation and found Alex!Alex is the one who has been helping me put it all together! She has a great sense of design and the experience to know how to coordinate colors and products to work beautifully together! I have had so much fun working with her, she has great follow up and always spends the time to make sure I am happy with the choices. I am so grateful to have found CFM and Alex! I would be lost without them!!
