We hired William Jackson to replace our kitchen cabinets. The craftsmanship was great, they always were there when they said they would be there. WJ had great communication w/ their subs so they were there when they said they would be as well. We love the Maderia cabinets and the stain color as well. The really big plus is they were able to use our existing quarts countertops! I wholeheartedly recommend WJ, its worth the wait!

Paid over $6k for new kitchen cabinets. I was given attention until they swiped my credit card for last time. Was told cabinets would be ordered and arrive within 14 days.----Over a month later, they arrive.----Was told install would take 1 day, because its second nature them themIT TOOK 5 DAYS!-----Was quoted for granite countertops at $5500-$6500 installedI paid for same exact countertops WITH special edges for $2000 INSTALLED from another company! WHAT A RIP-OFF WILLIAM JACKSON PRICES ARE----One cabinet door was damaged upon delivery, was told no problem we will order and replace it for freeTwo months later, NOTHING. I checked up with owner, and he forgot to order it.---Keeps saying hes coming out to install the door since its arrived (25 days later)....and NOTHING.Once they take your $$$$ then your useless to them.NEVER GOING BACK AND SHOULD OF JUST WENT WITH LOWES INSTEAD
