We’ve completed four projects (three closets and a media center) with Classy Closets so far. Our designer, Charity, was wonderful from start to finish. She listened to our needs and reworked the designs as needed. Charity was very communicative and accommodating throughout the process. The install teams were just as great and professional. They came out a second time to cut additional bars for all three closets to hang clothes. We’re working with Charity on a fifth project now and she’s been great ensuring the design is just what we’re looking for. I’d highly recommend Charity and Classy Closets.

Our boys closets were out of control. We tried several organization methods but all just led to more frustration. We called and received quotes from several custom closet companies but went with Classy Closets.They came highly recommended from many friends.Acacia did a terrific job start to finish. We just re-worked a reach-in closet in our master bedroom. It was a perfect solution to just shoving our old dresser in the space where the hanging closet rod once hung. I have so much more usable storage and it looks amazing. Had a few nicks in our newly painted area and some of our drywall screws are popping out. Its a little tight, but overall we love it.

A couple of months ago, we met with Susy from Classy Closets. As you can tell, our kitchen was in need of a serious remodeling. The space was not used to its full potential. Susy designed a better way to use the kitchen that we didnt think about. Time estimate was followed, and Jeff and his crew were very clean and thorough. Suzy answered every call and email in an expedited way, I would use them again. It was a great experience.

After much searching, my husband and I selected Cristin Young at Classy Closets to design both of our built-in desks for our home office. Cristin came to our home to understand our available space and specific needs. Her final design hit the mark perfectly. We are both very happy with Cristin’s work and commitment to making sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. Dude wheres my door handles?I went into Classy Closets on Chandler rd on May 10th to order some door knobs and drawer pulls. They told us they should get them on Thursday, which was 3 days later. Perfect! We did not hear from them, so we dropped by on Saturday the 15th. OOps! We meant NEXT Thursday, aka the 20th. Well that stinks, Ill call the installer and ask him to delay a week. Well today is the 21st and we still didnt hear from them, so I gave them a call. Oh, my orders show this is due next Thursday, aka the 27th. Want to know how much faith I have Ill get them next week? NONE. VERY disappointed with this process, learn how to communicate dates effectively. Ill be avoiding this business in the future.

We love Classy. They helped us with our kitchen remodel so when we needed to redo our master closet it was an easy choice! We have a small home with tall ceilings and the space was no utilized before. Now all of the space in the closet is used and there is a small office space for my husband. (remember, small house...) We love our new closet! There’s tons of space for extra storage, all of our clothing, and then some! I just couldn’t be happier about the closet and the customized options for our closet. So grateful for Classy.

So much for customer service. We had an install done the first of March and the crew left gaps on the sides of the cabinet. Talked to TJ about getting this fixed, he told me the method they would use to remedy, and I agreed. He also said he would get this in the schedule. After a month, no word from them and after leaving another message to TJ, no response. Also left a message with customer service a couple of days back. No response

We had Classy Closet help us just over a year ago with our garage remodel and are beyond satisfied with their service. Pete came to our house to help us design our vision. He was amazing. He truly brought our vision to life and provided advice on items we would have never thought of in a million years. Because of Pete our garage is the best room in our house. I have a feeling this may not be the cheapest way to get organized but if you are looking for a high quality and custom storage...there is no other way than Classy Closets and Pete. There is no doubt they will be getting calls from us when we remodel our office space, kitchen, bathrooms, pantry, closets space areas, spare bedroom and master bedroom closet. A designer came to my house and wanted me to commit to the closet before I even saw a design. When I asked for a design, I received a very short email stating they were not interested in doing my closet.I agree 100% - I would not want them to do my closet. Maybe I am strange, but I would like to see what the closet was going to look like before I spent the money. I hope other have a better experience.

Our experience was really great! We purchased a new home and really needed double the space we had. We stopped by the Classy showroom on Scottsdale Road and were very fortunate to meet Acacia that day. She came over the very next day (her day off) and designed two closets...taking advantage of every square inch. Classy Closets built three beautiful closets for us in our new home. We downsized and were looking for additional storage options. No other business was capable of taking my ideas and designing the office as I specified. From start to finish, Classy Closets was fantastic! We contracted with Classy Closets to remodel our kitchen. Our Designer, Cristin Young, was very helpful, pleasant, professional, and responsive. Cristin helped us with design and decorating ideas. Cristin went over all the contract options and clearly discussed beforehand who was responsible for what, what to expect when, and about how long it would take. Classy Closets gutted our kitchen and rebuilt a beautiful one in its place. Cristin arranged and coordinated with all required subcontractors for us. And the project was done very quickly and ahead of schedule.As with all complex projects, you should double- and triple-check all measurements and placements of the plans and also the work as it is being completed. Whenever we found anything that did not seem right, or even just worried us, we notified Cristin, and she responded immediately and took care of our concerns promptly.Classy Closets has built many things for us over the years. They built floor-to-ceiling bookcases, installed shelves and closets along our garage walls, and converted a closet into more usable shelf and storage space. We were a little hesitant about using them to do a complete kitchen renovation, but we are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Classy Closets and the Chandler location. The service has been outstanding. From my designer, Dave, to the showroom manager, Brittany. They listen to the customers needs and do what it takes to please them, which is rare these days. Dave has been so patient with my many revisions and Brittany went out of her way to help me, even after popping in without an appointment. I also contacted a competitor as well to compare costs, but their competitor didnt seem to care about my wants or needs and was too busy to even draw up my plans. We had an incredibly easy and amazing experience in terms of design, budget, and completed service.Now, years later, our house has settled a bit and a seam between two pieces of our quartz had become disconnected. It wasnt visibly noticeable, but could be felt if a finger was run over it (slightly rough edge instead of a smooth, consistent surface). I asked Classy Closets to come take a look and whether or not the problem was covered by any sort of warranty we had left. Their team fixed the seam to brand-new condition, checked the rest of the countertops for any other issues, and DIDNT charge us.Clearly, Id recommend this place for their customer service and attention to quality work! Thank you, Classy Closets.Edit, July 21: The seam Classy Closets team fixed last year didnt hold up. My husband looked under the counter and it seems the original installers shouldve put in a shim or extra support there as one side of our cabinets sit lower. I called Classy Closets in February of this year to get the team out to rectify the situation.Its now July and no one has come out to our home. One employee was in contact with me off and on, saying they really were trying to schedule time for me, but I havent heard from him since the end of April. I realize lots of people are upgrading homes right now, plus theres a staff shortage across many industries, but this just feels like were being ignored because were older customers and have nothing to new to pay them for.Removing two stars, though Id probably give a 3.5 if I could, due to a disappointing customer service experience and lack of follow-up on this companys part. I doubt Id recommend this company anymore unless readers are aware that Classy Closets may not be willing to help out long-term.

Tim Phillips did an outstanding job in designing garage and laundry room cabinets for our new home. They are spacious and, for the first time in decades, I have a garage that actually looks organized and pleasant to see. My wife and i love the cabinets installed in the laundry room too. Everything is easy to reach and its beautiful. Hats off to Tim and the excellent installation team. They did an outstanding job.

We had an extensive remodeling job carried out on our new home and needed to have the master closet redesigned to maximize storage space. Additionally, we also needed a custom desk for our home office and finally, a large, wall to wall, floor to ceiling bookshelf as well.Pete, our salesman/designer came out and listened carefully to our needs and took extensive measurements of the areas where the custom items were to be built. He then submitted to us a detailed bid which included drawings and specs for each of the items we wanted. After carefully comparing Classy Closets bids with their 3 other competitors (also we carefully read online customer reviews from various sites), we chose Classy Closets. Well done Pete!Kenna, the Ring Master/Scheduler pulled it all together for us and scheduled (unfortunately, due to a delay with our contractor, had to reschedule the bookshelf twice. Kenna, thanks so much for being so fluid and getting Collin scheduled to come back out for my bookshelf!) the install.There were two teams of installers, one for our Master Closet and bookcase and one for our custom office desk/wall unit and they were all extremely professional and friendly which was much appreciated.I especially want to thank our installer Collin for coming out to our place three times. He is a true professional (takes great pride in his work and has a fantastic work ethic) and all around great guy and is one of the reasons why Classy Closets will always have our business. We used Cristin for 2 bedroom closets and a craft closet. All of her designs were great. She was great about getting the designs and quotes to us in a timely manner. The installers were very professional and on time. I would highly recommend them!

Very professional. Worked with Bob, who picked out our colors and closet style down at the showroom. Bob did not try to sell us the most expensive option - rather, he made suggestions for what he thought might be best based upon our requirements. I really appreciated this - it felt like Bob was trying to find something that best met our needs, not simply sell us a closet. A few days later, Carl, a closet expert came out to measure, and called us with several recommended alterations, based upon his years of previous install experience. The alterations were minor but resulted in a nice improvement to our closet so we were glad for the Carls experience.Our pricing was very reasonable for the high quality materials and install that were used in the closet.The only real issue we had was that the old closet was ripped out and the new one installed all in a single day. While this was convenient to have it all done in one day, this left some unpainted sections of the closet walls where the old closet used to be. Fortunately, we were able to apply some touch up paint even after the new closet was installed, so everything looks good.Our master bedroom closet has never been so clean and organized! It is now many months later, and our closet remains pristine and organized! Very satisfied customer!

We have just had our new kitchen and bathroom redos for two weeks and I know that in years to come we will still be in awe of the design and craftsmanship. Everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted (plus more)...and added bonus was completion date was as promised. Today I had my garage cabinets installed. I love them! They are excellent quality and aesthetically beautiful and will provide me with lots of storage availability for all my stuff. Cristin was very professional and helpful with design recommendations that would fit both my needs and budget. She even followed up in person to check on the install before it was completed. Cristin came out, measured and got back to us with a great design for our small walk-in closet. A week later two amazing young women did an awesome job of tearing out the old rods and shelves, spackling, painting and installing our new closet in our new to us house. Oh my gosh, what a huge difference in usable space! I am so so so happy! My husband is equally happy with his new garage cabinets. I wondered at first if this was really going to be worth the money, but gotta say its worth every penny!

Top notch service and quality product. Cristin Young came out to our home and designed custom bookshelves for us as we were looking to transform an unused formal dining room into a home library and reading room. We gave Cristin ideas of what we were looking for and showed a few pictures that had the majority of the details we wanted that we found online. The design and specs were delivered within a day and captured all the details we were looking for. The custom build took approximately 8 weeks but the finished product was worth the wait. Wow, talk about professionalism, service and standing behind your product. Classy Closet installed shelves, hanging rods, cupboards and drawers in the master and guest bedroom closets of our new construction home in January 1996, nearly 24 years ago. A few months back one of several drawer fronts became loose, and I was unable to tighten it sufficiently to keep it from rubbing on the next lower drawer. We also recently developed a minor issue with a couple of the drawers slipping off the track if they are pulled out a little too fast or too far.Classy Closets installer / technician to the rescue, with a 30 - 40 minute adjustment, no fuss, no dust and the kicker - no charge! To my surprise, it was covered under Classy Closets lifetime limited warranty on our materials and workmanship as long as you live in the home.Many thanks to a great company, great product, great service and an amazing warranty.

Hands down 5 stars. I had contacted Cristin Young from Classy Closets to come out and take a look at my walk in closet - it was a wreck. The day she was coming I thought why dont I have her take a look at my laundry room also. Cristin definitely knows what she is doing. She saw what I had and how we were using (or not using) the space and she drew fantastic plans for both spaces. Cristin is not pushy and doesnt start top end - she will draw and price your spaces accordingly and you tell her to go up from there. It was absolutely great.I have to say, my closet is amazing and my laundry room is enviable - but having both spaces done in my home has been seriously life changing. After 29 years in our home we decided to remodel our 1980s kitchen. We contacted Classy Closets and Susy came to our home to look over our current kitchen and make suggestions. She designed a lovely new and updated look for us using the space available so much more efficiently than the original. We are so happy with our modern kitchen. So much so we had Susy design two wall beds, new closets for our bedroom and storage for a room addition we recently added. We have been pleased with all of the work Classy has done - quality craftsmanship. Susy is wonderful and can help you make all of your ideas reality!! Working on my next idea now. :)

Cristin designed our master bathroom and closet. My husband and I had never remodeled so the process was very new to us. Cristin was very patient with all of our questions and took the time to explain every time. She offered amazing choices and her advice really helped us to achieve amazing results. Cristin was also very responsive during the actual construction process. When an issue surfaced, she was very helpful to come up with a solution we were happy with. We really liked the Chandler Showroom, it was worth the time to drive from south Phoenix and spend some time looking at what we were going to have put in our home before it was installed. It took a little while for our designer to work through the plans with us but in the end we got the plan that worked very well for what we were trying to store in our closet, very custom. We ended up with laminate shelving with very nice wood doors and drawers. The closet now looks very high end very nice. You could tell the installers were very experienced the way they cut and placed everything in place. Good company with good people.

I have worked with Classy Closet in the past and was very pleased with their work as well as with their designer Ms. Azucena Vidal (Susy). At my old house in San Tan Valley, Classy closet was called for my master closet and because we loved the design as well how quick the work was done we called them to ask about doing a whole new master bath. Well by the time they finished with my master bath it was beautiful. We sold that house, but I have to say that the master closet as well as the walk-in shower with the beautiful towers they built for storage were the selling features of the house.At our new house in Gilbert, once again we needed the master closet done (builders just dont know who we ladies like out closets) and again we called Classy. After designing our closet we asked about doing another walk-in shower and getting rid of the lager 5x5 window over the bathtub that we were not going to use. That was done and we love our new master bath. Then we asked about the kitchen since I wanted a Gourmet Kitchen, my kitchen is beautiful and everyone that comes to our house the first thing they say is Wow, look at the kitchen. Finally Susy designed my laundry room and I simply love it.Classy matched the cabinet color to a T and now I have soft close doors and drawers in my Kitchen as well as the laundry room. We used Classy Closets to maximize space utilization for 2 closets and install a cupboard above the washer and dryer in a recently purchased condominium.  The entire process met or exceeded expectations starting with Cristins design and ending with the installation by Jeff and Isaac.

Wesleys plans were easy to understand and he was very courteous and conducted all follow-up calls in a timely manner. I dont have any more projects for Classy Closets to do right now, but if I move again I would certainly call them.

I had a large entertainment center and a floor to ceiling pantry installed by Classy Closets. The price was reasonable and the choices were extensive. The best part was working with Charity, the designer from Classy Closets in Chandler. Charity came to the house to discuss the design and give us a free estimate. She sent me the initial design prior to the date she said she would send it. Charity was very easy to work with, she listened to our wants, and was able to create a perfect design! Once the design was complete, the scheduling assistant called promptly and got my project scheduled just 2 weeks later. The crew showed up exactly when scheduled and were great - pleasant, worked clean, picked up afterward, moved a few items for me, worked quickly but meticulously. I plan to use Charity and Classy Closets in the future and would definitely recommend them to friends!

Excellent service and perfection in every aspect .. Cristin Young helped us design our butler’s pantry .. She matched our kitchen cabinets in every detail . No one would believe that these were added separately as the pantry just synced with our cabinets . Love the new addition in our home. We would definitely recommend Cristin and classy closets .

We had an excellent experience with Classy Closets and with our designer, Tim Phillips. Tim listened to what we wanted for our kitchen countertops and gave us a variety of options. He was very helpful and everything was set up for us and the installation went smoothly. The installers were great as well, and they were very quick. We got an undermount sink and we are very happy with how it was installed. I would recommend Tim and Classy Closets for any remodel!

Ive used classy closets extensively to build out my office space and have nothing but good things to report on the end product, the staff that came to my office and the price. In June I contacted them and asked them to design mobile cubicles as I was experimenting with how to configure my office as we have a small call center/customer service center that makes my office considerably noisier.The crew at classy closets designed cubicles with two walls on wheels that also included sound proofing. The result was functional, attractive to look at, and most importantly blocked sound coming from our phone staff considerably. The price was also considerably less than the alternatives Id considered. This is now the third time Ive employed classy closets to do build out on my office and I highly recommend you give them a shot.

Steve from Classy Closets did my Cambria kitchen counters and they are beautiful. Both, Cristin in the office and Steve were a pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectations in terms of the timeline and how amazing my counters turned out. I highly recommend them and would be happy to use them again.

Cristin at Classy Closets, Chandler, did a beautiful job of designing our office, master bedroom closet and guest closet. We were downsizing from a large home with loads of closet space and a good sized office. She did an excellent job of maximizing the space we had and making our new space work!

We just moved to our new home and Classy Closets built us an Office, Entertainment Center, Laundry Room cabinets, Master Closet Organizer and Garage storage. A pretty big project all at one time. We fell in love with this countertop at the home show, the company at the home show though never called us back. So, we called a couple other companies. Classy Closets not only got it done in 10 days but was less expensive then the others. In fact, their quote was $5,000 less then the big home improvement store. The scary part about remodeling is picking the right contractor and the right materials. Our fears went away quickly when we engaged Cristin Young of Classy Closets to help us through the process. She found us an excellent contractor and simplified the process of making design choices. Instead of having to go through hundreds of colors and designs, Cristin would narrow down the options in line with our likes and dislikes. We were always kept well-informed, and any questions or concerns were answered promptly. And the project was completed well within the agreed upon timeframe. All in all, thanks to Cristin, the experience wasnt scary at all and we love our new kitchen and master bath. We highly recommend both her and Classy Closets.

A few months ago we had a delightful designer, Lisa Peterson, come to our home to design a small office center off our dining room and also our MBR closet. She was the most pleasant, professional representative and offered many ideas we hadnt thought of. After the installation we were so thrilled with the results we had her back 2-3 mo. later to design an entire wall of closet space in our MBR to include a sewing center desk with overhead lights and a pull out shelf for cutting fabrics. Having downscaled from a much larger home to a smaller one we quickly learned that convenient storage is everything. For anyone seeking with similar needs we highly recommend Classy Closets, and Lisa Peterson in particular to begin the process.

Our sales person, Cristin, was a pleasure to work with. She was timely and professional in all of her correspondence and helped us understand how we could save some money, yet still end up with a product that fit our needs. Our master closet is now much more functional.The only issue I have with Classy Closets is with the tear out process. Cristin had forewarned me that the tear out crew would not provide any patch work or painting and recommended we schedule tear out on a Friday so wed have the weekend to patch and paint ourselves, or hire a handyman to do it. I had no problem with this, and scheduling around my handyman was a breeze for Classy Closets.However, the problem came when the tear out crew offered to spackle the walls where the builder grade shelves had been torn out. I was surprised for the offer, but accepted as I thought it would make it easier/faster on my handyman over the weekend. Well sadly, they just created more work for him and for me. They left a mess of spackle all over my tile floor and grout that took me an hour to scrub out on my hands and knees while 7 months pregnant. Moreover, there spackle job was so ridiculously crappy that my handyman basically had to re-texture my entire closet - not leaving him enough time to let it dry, sand down and paint. So I ended up having to sand and paint the closet myself - again at 7 months pregnant.Cristin was very apologetic for the issues with tear out and offered a free closet system for my nursery. Although a generous offer, I declined as I was afraid the tear out would leave me with as much headache as the first. In the end, I accepted 3 free shelves for our shoe rack to make up for their poor workmanship on the tear out. I appreciate that Cristin was not hesitant to make things right and would recommend her to anyone looking for design consultation on your project.

I recently had Classy Closets (Classy Kitchen and Bath) give my kitchen and baths a facelift. They refaced my cabinets and installed soft-closing hinges, installed quartz countertops with new sinks and faucets, installed backsplash tiles in my kitchen and built customs mirrors for my bathrooms. I love it! I couldnt have done it without the help of their designer Azucena Vidal (Susy). She was wonderful to work with and has outstanding design skills! She was patient with me as I struggled to make decisions and provided suggestions when I needed her help (which was often!). I highly recommend her and will request her for any future projects.Several years ago, Classy Closets converted one of my bedrooms into an office, installing built-in desks and upper and lower cabinets. I was impressed with the quality of their products and work and am still enjoying my office today. My experience with all their staff and installers then and now was excellent. Everyone was very professional and did quality work and cleanup afterwards.Classy Closets is best!
