Perfect service! Great quality shoes and salesperson Alexie was amazing!

I must say shoe quality aside (excellent) the customer service at this location is excellent. Friendly, VERY helpful. I have been searching for a pair of hiking boots for months without luck due to my size being very common. One of the team members called 3 stores to find my size, had it shipped to my house!! I honestly havent had such great customer service from a store in...forever. will definitely return and remain a customer of Merrell!

I called to ask if they honored the online corporate discount price and was told yes. I drove the 45 minutes to the store and one employee told me yes they did, and another said they didnt know so he called the manager. Manager said no due to only being able to buy 12 pairs a year with the discount, even though this was going to be my first pair ever. Called corporate and they too said if I was promised the deal would be honored, then by the companys core values it should have been honored, but they couldnt make the store honor their word. So much for actually giving back to service members, or at least decent customer service.

The store is always clean,organized and well stocked. The staff is kind and helpful. I accidentally left a package there and they tried to figure out how to contact me by email or text. I returned to retrieve it and they had kept my package safe. I am truly grateful

There was a lady telling everyone that came in the door the deal was buy one pair at full price and the next 2 pairs are 50% off. I spent 20 mins trying on shoes only to find at the register that the deal did not apply to favorites. Favorites happened to be every shoe in the store except some sale items at the back. Needless to say I walked out. Sure looks like classic bait and switch/false advertising. I like Merrell shoes but will get them at REI in future.

They were out of the types I was looking for. But they were very helpful. I did get a black shoe in my size.

What a great experience! Prices are good, they offer military discounts too. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Greeter at the door had hand sanitizer. We enjoyed our experience here and were excited about the deals that were happening while we were here. Will be returning again!

After using a pair of your hiking boots, one of them started to fall apart, so rather than just throw them away I contacted Merrill and explained what happened. I discovered that your warranty on your products is exemplary and your service is outstanding. I was shocked and amazed that the courtesy and professionalism shown was amazing.My boots were replaced within a week. I have told many friends of your commitment to stand behind your products and all have agreed that it is exceptional.Thank you very kindly and I will continue to be a Merrill customer.👍👍

She was so patient and experienced with Merrell that I left with 2 other styles that met my size and needs more specifically. Wonderful patient customer service with Miley. I was able to get in on the buy one get one 50% off as well. The shoes fit like a glove on my feet, well worth the money.

$47 and change, always get a great deal here and the shoes have been great for my planter fascitis and lower back. Wish I did not walk so much.

AWFUL WEBSITE SERVICEReturned shoes for exchange. Its a month since the original order. They make you jump through hoops to contact them via email. I will buy their shoes from retail shops. BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER DIRECTLY FROM MERRELL AGAIN! I give them no stars if I could!

Went to store looking for outlet pricing. Not so much bogo on selected shoes. The rest where full price. Same as online direct from Merrell . Better price at Bi# 5 store. Staff friendly and accommodating. Across from Nike store.

I got a dress here for a good price. Employees were very friendly and courteous. I think the prices for things not on clearance were high. The selection was limited on clothing. I like dressier items that I can pull off wearing to work as a teacher.

Not really an outlet store. Same high prices as the regular Merrill stores and the staff was obviously super bored because they asked us every 30 seconds if we needed any help. Shoes were uninspired, Id rather just buy for cheaper online.

If you wait until they have sales, you can find some smokin deals! I bought two pairs of hiking shoes today and both pairs were marked down nearly 50%, plus it was BOGO. I was able to get two pair of shoes for less than what one pair would have cost on a non sale day. Staff is always friendly and if you truly need some good shoes, their sales rack has something for anyone in every size. Overall, its a great store.

Prices were about $10 to $15 less than comparable shoes at another store we went to, but they didnt have the ones my wife wanted. Service was OK, nice staff.

Jaden was a fantastic help. Really took his time helping me get the right size and fit. Gave me his opinion on my custom orthotic I would be using in the new boots I purchased. Store was bright and clean. Amazing selection and had multiple sizes for me to try on.I highly recommend this store for hiking boots and shoes. Thanks Jaden for your help.

Very friendly staff, good selection of shoes. Prices are high, but their Moab shoes are definitely worth the price.

Great experience. The lady who was working watched me walk, told me what it looked like was going on--supination with a slight roll. Told me what kinds of shoes would be best for me, let me try on a few pairs--even though I walked in 10 minutes before the store closed.

Service from a lady was very helpful I enjoyed shopping there and not feeling rushed or pushed into buying stuff she also gave me great advice when buying my shoes. I will continue going here if I ever need new shoes.

Stopped buying at REI after they turned into a clothing store (my opinion ). The guy that seems to run the store is a wealth of knowledge regarding shoe construction and materials used. I have been very satisfied with Merrell hiking boots, trust me I have tried all the high end stuff at REI and at the end of the day all of my Merrells have held up just as well if not better for 1/3 the price.
