Sad place of business. Not a single customer in the place but they didnt want our business because we wouldnt put on a mask. Might want to rethink your policies. Arizona dont have a mask mandate. Also, even a privately owned business cant violate constitutional rights. No worries though, went a couple miles down the road to Shoppers, no mask policies place was crowded we spent about $400.00 on clothes and miscellaneous items. They got a five star review and our money. 511 got a one-star review and no money.

Great service! Store manager Joe was very helpful while doing my merchandise exchange and explaining the new return policies. Highly recommend!

I bought some boots back in October of 2020 and they were wearing poorly for not having the boots that long. The manager refunded my money and showed me a better boot that will better fit my needs. Awesome customer service. I will be back to purchase more gear.

Great place to shop for tactical apparel. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and well organized!

Great place, nice being able to see the colors in person and not just on a screen. Along with getting to try on various styles of pants and not have to wait and then possibly return them. Will be going back to purchase more stuff. I appreciate the recommendation on the Apex pants.

Went to the store for an online return or exchange. The manager was friendly, professional and helpful. Nice selection of items as well. Would shop there again.

Kicking people out for not wearing masks regardless of medical restrictions. We have shopped here throughout 2020 and were never required to wear a mask. The Governor of AZ has lifted masks requirements and 511 has tightened theirs. It makes no sense. The store was empty. Hopefully, people will stop shopping here and they will understand that they are not catering to their demographic. There was no manager in the shop, but we spoke to the district manager, Tanisha, and she said its been our policy... to require masks. Wont be shopping here anymore. Get your bags from Gun Club 82 or Arizona Firearms.

Poor quality pants. $85 pants and they got a hole just after 3 weeks. Only 7 days of use while working and cant get a refund. I recommend looking elsewhere and save your money.

After an entire year of businesses shut down and mask mandates, and lives ruined, this store, AGAIN, is not allowing people to shop here without a mask- even with a religious or medical exemption. This place should not exist in Arizona. If they want a lockdown and/or pointless mask mandates they should move their business to California.By the way, it’s been PROVEN that common cloth masks do not prevent COVID-19 microns from inhalation. These people need to stop acting like sheep

This place is great. I picked up a nice Dad Bag and I am pretty happy with it. My daughter likes it too.I am a fan of 5.11 gear. Its durable which is what I need.

The manager didnt want my business cause I wouldnt put a muzzle on. This establishment puts the government over human rights. My love and respect for 5.11 has plummeted.

This store enforces illegal mandates and doesnt respect or honor medical exemptions. They should be tried in the court of law.

Used to love this place and their products until they told me I couldnt shop there without wearing a mask. Myself and everyone I know will take our business elsewhere

Horrible treatment of customers was seen on instagram from the antimaskers club ! They refuse service, reminder- there are no mask mandates as of today in Arizona!

Such a great brand and I own lots of their inventory!! The gentleman that helped me out Thursday night was extremely knowledgeable and appreciated! I will return soon to add to my collection!

At a time when the nation is more polarized than ever, 5.11 just made clear to me where they stand. On the side of corruption, socialism, and against American freedom. The staff are always incredibly friendly, love the products, but I will never shop 5.11 again.

Great store but it was closed in the middle of the day, I called to confirm their times 10-5 and they confirmed it. I showed at 130pm and it is closed with a little sign theyll be back at 2.

Drove 25 miles to get to this store. Checked online before leaving the house, said Chandler location was open until 5 pm. Get to the store and sign on door says closed.

Absolutely love the brand 5.11! Quality of products are second to none. Its nice to have a physical store to shop at outside of the internet. Customer service was great, talked with an employee about the products and he walked me through differences in fabric etc. It was great!
