Searched Google for someone to repair my washer. Called Thermador Group at 3:15 pm to schedule an appt. Michael was at my door by 3:30. Seriously AMAZING! Michael was very kind and professional. I appreciated him honestly regarding our washer. He could have quoted us to fix it, but instead, he said we were better off buying a new one. That alone speaks volumes. Although I was not able to use them this time around, I am planning on using them for all our appliance needs in the future. Great first impression.

Its never fun when having to deal with things like broken furnaces, but Kenneth (Thermador Group) came through. He showed up precisely on time, was exceptionally friendly and professional, fixed a broken igniter that was causing the immediate problem and the cracking, failing NOx filters that represented an imminent one, and my heat was working again within half an hour, for a very decent price. Theres a reason this company has the consistently high rating it does.
