Cullens is a family favorite! This is one of those local hideaways that always has a line out of the door. Delicious ice cream and fun retro candies and treats. The customer service is exceptional and the atmosphere really just makes you happy. Even though we moved, we still make the 30 min drive down to get our favorite ice cream. Highly recommend. (Current favorites--Key Lime Pie, Frosted Sugar Cookie, Peanut Butter Cup and Blueberry Waffle Cone)

Great icecream. About 1/2 of its choices are the stores handmade icecream. They also have a nice selection of different candy & soda pop. Very friendly servers.

Grandkids loved going here, with both candy and ice cream choices. Ice cream was very good.

Very good local ice cream/candy shop. They have a huge selection, big scoops of really good ice cream. There is a lot to try here and you wont be disappointed in anything they offer. Prices are reasonable for the amount you get. Outdoor seating could be a little better but its not their fault the building doesnt have much of a sidewalk.

Great Cedar Crest ice cream plus Cullens homemade ice cream as well. Also old fashioned kids candy plus soda pop. Chad and Lisa are great people!

Great great great local ice cream shop. This year they are offering some of their own homemade ice creams..I love the cookie monster, but think it may be a bit heavy on the food coloring. Flavor is great. Always friendly service.. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Cullens is the best ice cream shop! Love the classic feel to the store and the classic candy and pop. So many amazing ice cream falvors to pick from and the size of the scoops are very generous which we love. The staff is always so friendly and fast. We’ve been customers since they first opened and tell people they need to go here all the time!

Paid 7 dollars for a sub-par strawberry malt that hardly had any flavor. I was expecting a premium malt at that price but my money would have been better spent at dairy queen or culvers.

Cullens is a great place to get ice cream! Its such a bummer the last reviewer was complaining about masks but then gave a shout out to a local competitor. I might have believed her... until she boasted about another ice cream shop. Seems super suspect 🧐I was in Cullens today with my family and all staff were wearing masks. If I cared so much about people wearing a mask around my food, I would only buy at places that people were wearing masks at. I would not expect someone to put a mask on THEIR face because of MY preference... Its THEIR face.We love Cullens, and have always appreciated their excellent service and wholesome atmosphere. Plus they now make some of their ice cream in house! Great variety of flavors, always clean, and very generouse scoops of ice cream! Thank you Cullens!!

First trip yesterday with the family. We all got double scoops, and it was way too much ice cream. I would suggest a half scoop of two different flavors next time. I got the Amaretto Cherry Mackinac Island Fudge and Pistachio Almond - both were excellent tasting.

My kids and I absolutely LOVE Cullens. The ice cream is so good! My favorite is Caramel Collision. They also have a cool selection of fun, often throwback, candies, and a massive assortment of root beers and sodas. Cullens is our favorite place for a treat!

Fantastic local ice cream spot. They make their own waffle cones and feature a large selection of Cedar Crest Ice Cream. Its rare in this area to find my personal favorite flavor, Blue Moon, but Cullens carries it regularly.

I used to love Cullens -- until the pandemic. Donning our masks, we walked in to get ice cream the summer of 2020. Not a single customer or worker wore a mask. Before getting our ice cream, I requested the gal behind the counter please put on a mask before scooping (i.e., breathing on) our ice cream. (Without masks people MUST be at least 6 feet apart, which obviously was not happening either.) The girl replied sweetly, Oh, I dont wear a mask. I said, Yes, I see that, but please put one on before you get my kids and me our ice cream to which she says, We dont have any masks in our store. Seriously?!? Cullens obviously did not care about the health and well being of their customers! I felt incredibly disrespected. Cullens, we used to adore you, but we will not be going back. P.S. Employees at Two Scoops in Anoka DID wear masks during the pandemic. If youre concerned about your continuing right to good health, you might want to give them your business instead. (Cullens’ response? We do wear masks and we also take our customers well being first and foremost. Sounds like she is on a mission from a competitor. So very sad. #morelovelesshate HA!! ARE YOU KIDDING? Cullens did NOT wear masks until forced to by law. I was only giving people a healthy alternative. Dont drag your respectable competitors into your conspiracy theories. We LOVED Cullens. This was our first time there and we were in awe of the variety of ice cream flavors available. We each got a double scoop just so we could try as many as possible, and none of them disappointed. The staff was also ridiculously friendly and helpful. Well be back for sure!

Who doesn’t love a neighborhood ice cream shop? I mean, come on. Especially when that ice cream shop is owned by a local family. The Cullen’s have poured their heart into this place and it shows in the quality and atmosphere. Definitely worth stoping once or twice. Maybe three. Four? Five? You get the point, check it out!

Ive only been here a few times with the clients I work with. But every time I have come, it is a warm welcoming. Great customer service and the ice cream is fantastic. It can take the worse day you are having and take you away to a simpler and joyful place. Highly recommmend.

I love real ice cream shops. This one is great, has tons of different flavors and something for everyone. Plus the different bottled sodas and candy makes it a fun place for the whole family.

Lots of delicious choices, nice kids working today and keeping the place clean-even with the large amount of customers. Great value, especially when compared to big name ice cream places. Thanks to the staff for helping with some suggestions (especially the half and half of 2 flavors since 2 scoops wouldve been too much to eat LOL)

My bf and I each ordered a 2 scoop cup. Not only was the ice cream VERY good (try the Key Lime Sherbet and Huckleberry icecream, or Peanut Butter and Big Muddy), but they were very generous with their scoops.

Great ice cream but huge DISAPPOINTMENT that none of the employees wear masks. Seems incredibly irresponsible of the owners who encourage no masks for the high school students that they employ.

Yummy ice cream. Big servings for the price you pay...Also I find it great that although there are teenagers employed behind the counter they are SUPER courteous and Ive always had a pleasant experience.
