This iconic jewelry store has been in Champaign forever. They have been here forever because they are simply the best. Beautiful rings,necklaces, and other things crafted to be the best. Thats what is for sale, the greatest thing is they can fix anything, make it look new and leave you very happy. Bought my first piece of jewelry in the 1970s and have been coming back ever since.

A real throwback. The owner is a real jeweler and definitely knows his craft. You will pay and the selection is a little thin but if quality and a knowledgeable jeweler is what you are looking for, this place is it.

Spritz is the Go-To Jewelry Store! Whenever I have had a problem, they were ready and able to help. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Just recently I caught a very thin and delicate chain in my coat zipper and broke it. I was sick about it, but thanks to Spritz, it is now repaired. Thanks Spritz for being there!!!
I have never had such a horrible customer service anywhere in my entire life, let alone in a Jewelry store where people are supposed to be classy and professional. Me and my fiancé were treated extremely horribly. We were degraded, treated rudely, unprofessionally, and unrespectfully. My fiancé confronted the man about his behavior and he became even more disrespectful. We were shocked to find out later that the man we were dealing with wasnt just a bad employee but was the owner! Sorry Spritz, youve lost our business for life and Im sure several other peoples.

Staff is rude.I took two watches in for repair after I spoke to a rep on the phone, a Citizen for a broken internal piece and a Tissot for a battery. I was trying to explain what another watchsmith said would need to be done to the Citizen and I was interrupted several times and was told the other watchsmith did not know what he was talking about. Spritz did not even want to hear what the issue was nor would they let me show them the broken piece.The watch actually has a broken piece on the inside that needs to be repaired. The watchsmith who showed me the issue could not repair it as his shop was closing due to personal health issues and he was not taking any new repairs. The second watch needed a battery. They did not put the watch back together correctly the first time and I now fear that the gasket is torn. So the 10 dollar battery is now costing me a trip to Windsor jewelry in Indy to see if the Tissot is damaged from the mishandling. As a paying customer I have never been treated so poorly before. They treated me as if I wanted a hand out. I will never go back. At least I was able to see what kind of store it really is before I purchase my next watch. I may have made the mistake of buying it from them.I regret going there.
