I seriously wish I could rate more than 5 stars. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would have the amazing experience I did. My original ring was discontinued, and we were replacing diamonds in it constantly. The staff here was so understanding, and incredibly patient with me as I gave up a ring I loved so much and tried to pick out something new. To say they bent over backwards for me, would even be an understatement. My husband and I had our 3 kids with us, and they kept them entertained and even gave them snacks (with our permission) when the kids got fussy. I took FOREVER, and the whole time the associate smiled, kept track of what I looked at, and gave me suggestions. I ended up falling in love with a ring she picked out for me. She knew exactly what I wanted/needed before I even knew what I wanted! I just cant thank the team here enough for taking such great care of me and my family! I will definitely be back!

My wife and I took her wedding set into the store recently to get resized. I was astonished by the reps demeaning attitude towards the rings we brought in. I purchased these rings over 20 years ago (my wife and I celebrate 20 years this year) and she bashed the rings. Basically said they needed to be scrapped and replaced/Upgraded. I personally have spent thousands of dollars in that store dating back to 1999, when Chris was my salesman. I loved dealing with him and loved the quality of stuff they sold me (rings, watches, necklaces, ear rings and bracelets to be exact). Today, I wouldnt spend a dime in that store. The stuff she said was wrong with our rings, ya turns out there wasnt anything. A reputable jeweler in the area took one look at them and said there isnt anything wrong and they have had numerous people come in and say the exact same thing about this location. Buyer beware, once they make the sale, they will tell you how bad it is and that you need to replace it. Talk about not backing what you sell.

My husband took my engagement ring to Zales to have a small diamond replaced. When he gave me my repaired ring, Zales ruined it. Instead of replacing the diamond in setting, the jeweler just put in diamond, and pushed all 4 prongs around it. The diamond was suppose to sit up on side of center diamond. I have been unable to reach them for any fixing of this issue. My ring was specially made, and Zales TOTALLY RUINED IT !!!

These guys know customer service. The staff are friendly, professional, patient, and always have a smile on their face. Some of the staff members have remembered me when I come in for my ring cleanings.My fiance and I came in here to look at rings because my promise ring from JCPenneys folded like a bow or infinity symbol. Ive had it happen to my class ring in high school too but no one has been able to give me a reason as to why it happens for me to avoid doing whatever it is that is causing it. And before anyone comments, I work in an office - no heavy lifting, and I always take it off before cleaning with harsh chemicals.Well less than 2 weeks after getting my promise ring back from getting it fixed it folded again.So now we were looking for a replacement and a possible engagement ring. By then my fiance was done getting rings from JCP. I know he shouldve went by himself to look at rings but he knew I wanted a specific style so he let me tag along. We showed the staff what my old ring looked like before getting it refunded at JCP and they werent sure how it happened either.They helped us look at possible ring choices. I knew I wanted a halo style ring. I was mainly concerned about the height of the ring because Ive heard 1 too many stories of fingers nearly coming off from a snagged ring. The staff showed us many styles of the halo cut and in various metal types. We wanted to stay away from the sterling silver since that is what my promise ring was.I found the perfect ring and fell in love with it. I didnt want to put it down.We left to return my old promise ring and after my fiance saw how upset I was for leaving that ring, we went back and looked into financing options. The staff offered 2 types of financing that we qualified for and we left with the right that day! Lets just say I wasnt upset anymore.Of course my fiance did the correct thing of asking my dad for my hand before proposing with the ring but let me tell you the waiting to get that ring back on my finger was agony!We got the lifetime warranty as well so I come in every 6 months and have it inspected for any loose/missing diamonds and a cleaning which takes all but 3 minutes. Its been 8 months since we first got it and Im still in love with it just as much as when I first looked at it.Weve been back since the initial purchase to look at wedding bands as well. My ring was just the engagement ring - no wedding band included, but Zales has a great selection that fits the same style as my ring to match and compliment it.

Champaign store is great. Polite and respectful and helpful. Apparently the main company people can not read or write. Ordered a personalized necklace. Got it back misspelled. Returned it and reordered it. Received it Christmas Eve... misspelled AGAIN. I will return it to the Champaign store AGAIN.

Worst experience of my life. I made an online order to arrive at this location. They will NEVER answer the phone in the morning. You are lucky if they answer by 1pm. I called 20 times to see if my order was there so I can pick it up before I left the area since I was going to Chicago for the holidays. They never answered and when they did, they told the package was there before I left. Made me really mad because my mother didn’t get her present on Christmas. I am now calling to attempt to get my tracking number because I asked for my package to be delivered to a Zales closer to me, and guess what? They won’t answer the phone. My first and last time to deal with this location specifically. Thanks for nothing!

My wife’s 25 year old ring was irreparable so the ring was replaced with a comparable ring with lifetime warranty and sizing plus cash back. Excellent exceptional service!

Your partener Comenity capital Bank is a fraud and extorting your customers. I bought a diamond ring from Zales through comenity card. They fraudulently assessed me fees. I became irritated and paid the balance in full and asked for closure of the account. They told me that my account was closed with zero dues. However, next month I got the balance and late fees. Their customer service is horrible and they are in the business of extorting money from the customers. If zales wants to maintin its credibility, it should do away from Comenity Capital Bank.
