This store seems to be busy every time we are there, quality is consistent - good as expected especially when traveling. Friendly staff. Morning espresso from Starbucks every day we were in town for the week!

Usually this Starbucks is SUPER BUSY but not today! So we stopped in the drive-thru since I’m still a Nervous Nelly about going inside. The drive-thru staff person was absolutely amazing! I asked him to look for me a cold cup in their merchandise and he absolutely picked out the most adorable cup ever! Most staff tell me to come inside but he was the best and picked one out! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been going through a really difficult day, but Anna greeted me with grace, and a kindness that is beyond words. She is a star employee, and I am sincerely grateful for her.

I got a cup full of ice with a bit of coffee in it as my iced coffee! I told them I am not happy with this. But they refused to do anything about it.

Love this place! Just what you would expect from any other starbucks. Friendly staff, typical drinks that are consistent, pretty fast service. One thing that did stick out are that the bathrooms are super clean! Like really clean compared to most public bathrooms.

Im not a fan of Starbucks but this place was pretty well-lit inside with natural light. It seems like about 50 people can fit inside. Its not a cozy place, its more of a sleek, modern, open look. There are always long lines in the drive-thru.

Friendly people I was looking for a coffee cup that had Illinois on the cup and they even looked around in cupboards and in the back for us. Unfortunately we could not find one.

The last two times I have come here, I have gotten my mobile order 15+ minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Awful customer service. There is always a bunch of people inside waiting on mobile orders.

Starbucks is unbeatable. Who doesn’t like Starbucks? I don’t know why Google wants me to give reviews on Starbucks. One reminder is if you make the purchase on apps, you can get rewards. And in some stores, you can order in advance!

I use to love this Starbucks, the drive through people and the lady at the front of the counter inside are probably whats keeping this location together. However, for the lady baking all the morning breakfast on Sept 1, 2020... maybe its not a good look to throw people bagged breakfast on the counter verses placing it. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Not super happy about that.

The place has opened again after a brief shutdown. As usual the service is great...

I tried to purchase a Been There Series mug with my rewards points and while I had plenty, their computer wouldn’t recognize that I had enough points. I was initially turned away since they couldn’t accept my points, however, the manager came over while we were waiting on our beverages and gifted me the mug I had picked out. He said he didn’t want anyone to leave unhappy, especially over a silly mug, and told me to have a nice day. Such a small act of kindness, but one that didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for your generosity, Sir. That was so kind and not necessary, but appreciated.

Its awesome to see the baristas enjoy their job. I could see the joy and pride of a well made drink in the face of the barista.

Pretty slow location. Recommend going in if you want less slow service. I also cannot get the same drink made the same way on each visit.

A standard starbucks coffee shop but need a long time for waiting.

Rudely told I had to wear a mask while sitting with no other people around me. No exceptions. The barista in question seemed contemptuous when I pointed out I was already social distancing.I will not be returning, and encourage others to do the same, unless you like breathing hot coffee breath on yourself while trying to get work done.

Drive thru is a nightmare here. Service is great but it causes such a bottleneck for traffic

All the staff did was tell me to put on my medical mask over my nose (6 xs) instead of making sure I was ok as a Starbucks customer.

This is a great place! Excellence truly starts at the top. The owner (whom youd only know if he happened to tell you) brings life to the place with his personality. It is a very welcoming environment. The staff is very friendly and hard working.I could not tell you how many hours I have spent there in the past few weeks, studying, enjoying a drink and a bite (Ive had a lot of time to observe). I will be returning to Ohio next week and will miss the place when Im gone! I would encourage you to drop in. Youll love it like I do.

I asked for decaf coffee and she said they didnt have any at that time of day (it was about 12:30 p.m.)...she then proceeded to offer me an espresso instead, stating that they are known for having a lot of caffeine in them. 🤔 I just left and went to McDonalds and got a large decaf.

Good coffee, insanely long lines in the morning. Expect to get there a half hour earlier if you dont want to be late for work! Sidenote: someone should open another on the south side of town Im sure the business would be great!

So this Starbucks is the only one that is convenient for me. In the morning to get coffee your looking at about 15-20 min wait whether you do drive through or go inside. I have done the order from my phone and your still looking at a 10 min wait on top of what you are told with in the app. The staff is fairly friendly. But if you are in a hurry, you probably dont have time to stop here. Oh and dont count on them having your favorite pasty because they are usually out.

Great staff, very friendly and pleasant. Only issue was a 15 minute wait in drive thru for my drinks @ 7pm. Called customer service while in line waiting and they actually called the store to check on the hold up while I was waiting. Excellent customer service. A++ to Starbucks for addressing the delay.

Typical busy Starbucks, with typical overpriced coffee, but its so good. This location is way more convenient for me, and the buildings parking and layout is much better than the Prospect location. The staff is also more personable, as every time Ive been the cashier has asked me how my day was, if I was going to work, etc.

This is by far our favorite coffee place and favorite Starbucks! The staff is absolutely amazing, feels like a family. My stepdaughter and I have a weekly Starbucks date and will ONLY go to that one. We love you guys!

Your typical Starbucks - impersonal and consistent. Drinks are fine and the staff are generally friendly. They do have some comfy seats and tons of outlets for your electronics.

No matter if its via the mobile app or in person, theres slow service. In the last two weeks Ive waited more than 10 minutes only to find out that my order wasnt submitted. Please get it together!!!! The staff is friendly enough.

Ive been to this location a handful of times since they have opened. Its just like any other Starbucks if you have been to another of their chain locations.Recently I was gifted a gift card so I have been frequenting this location since it is on my war to work. Morning staff come off rude and rush you when ordering. I even tried looking items up online before coming because their drive thru menu has just a small amount of their huge variety. Still I was not sure if I was ordering the correct items because it wasnt on their menu outside.The afternoon staff have always been more cheery and willing to help me with menu items I dont see on the outside board.Starbucks will always be more of a treat for me because of the high prices expected from a major coffee chain. Ill continue to go to the chain but maybe another location.

Go to the Green St or Prospect locations! I had to wait for my mobile order to be made wrong and then I was 3rd in line to get my drink fixed. Your business is valued at the other locations.

I met here to meet with my DJ for my wedding. I made no purchase and had no experience with the Starbucks staff as this was not the purpose of my visit. I choose Starbucks for meetings with my wedding vendors because of the quiet atmosphere and positive energy that it eminates.

Despite my years of snobby coffee drinking, I can say that Starbucks is decent. They came from humble beginnings in Seattle. With that said, Starbucks is like the gourmet McDs of coffee for speed. Its the Panera of coffee for its price. But, it does taste better than most places. If you have an issue, just ask them to remake it and theyll do it. Peter O is the best barista there.

Very disappointed to learn of the carcinogenic carageenan and the mono and diglycerides used in the drinks. If you get drip coffee or cold brew and cream and sugar it yourself thats the best option

Ordered 30mins to closing, unsweet ice black tea w/ no water. Got a weird concoction. I would say it did have some black tea in it but had honey and a light berry flavor. Not a normally Starbucks encounter. They would have had to add extra flavors that would have taken more time and effort. Going to let this one slide.

Whats the point of mobile orders if the drive thru service is faster? Then on the days I decide Im going to take my chance on the drive thru, I end up sitting for 15 minutes, one time longer than that... I am currently waiting on my mobile order I placed around 9:50 and its 9:08. Dont come here if youre in a hurry!!!

Never put enough matcha or coffee in their drinks, always watered down or too milky. Rude staff overall, wish I lived closer to literally aany of the other ones in Champaign-Urbana.

Standard starbucks. Newer building and very clean, but the parking is terrible. I recommend parking at the grocery store lot behind it and walking over, otherwise youll likely get a door ding from the very tight spaces.
