I almost ordered shoes online because of the comments about employees not wearing masks, but I decided to go check it out because Im much rather shop local. I was happily surprised that everyone was wearing masks and I got great customer service. You can go and feel safe; employees are wearing masks.

Amazing team!!! IM HAPPY with my new running shoes 😎 the store manager was super helpful with tips and helped me find my perfect pair of shoes. Just go for it dont think about it.

Great service in the store. but neither employee was properly wearing a mask (nose/mouth exposed). its 2020, covid isnt going away anytime soon, especially if people cant even wear a mask properly. Seriously. just wear a mask. weve already had 6 months of this... dont make it years.

I went here for Hoka One One and they helped me pick out which model of shoe is best for my feet and job. Really improved the quality of my life since I stand a lot at work. Cant thank you enough for your patience and expertise.

Great selection of shoes that are hard to find anywhere else. Unfortunately, now during COVID and the mall asking everyone to wear facemasks, NONE of the employees at this store wear one. And they got so close to us when trying to show a style that one guy was literally 10 inches from my face. I backed off and we left the store. Ive seen sick patients and am not willing to risk it.

The only place my husband can find the specific Brooks shoe or newbalance shoe he will wear. Having gone to several stores through the years weve found that some shoes are always the same price. At this store they always have them in stock and up to date stock.

SO and I picked up a pair of shoes last weekend. Very helpful staff, they picked out several pairs of shoes that fit our criteria and let us try them on. Would definitely go back the next time were looking for shoes.
