The guy that waited on me was not friendly at all. I said I needed to replace the light bulb in my car/ turn signal, could someone put it in for me? He just says no we cant do that I was like they always have helped me before? Hes just staring at me.I was like well if you cant help me Im leaving! He didnt say sorry it anything..I went down the street to AutoZone & guess what? That young man was more than happy to help this old lady!!

Great place for all of your automotive needs inside and out

Went here to pick up a package,, they were nice at keeping me updated when I called about it and thats why I gave them some stars. When I went in to pick it up however, I felt very unsafe- all but one of the three workers were not wearing their masks. There were also customers coming in with no masks. Not a comfortable place to be in!

Needed a torque wrench for a small repair job. They have a rental program that saved me $60.

It is evident that their on-hand inventory of several items is diminishing but I got what I needed this time and since exert advice to go with it.

Ok so i am here and its closed had to walk some where els to get a part i needed i like this place so i give u 3 out of 5 i was not the only person that was not happy last night

Decent store, I’ve bought Xenon headlights from this establishment and the guy who began to help me was great and explained each different headlight i could want until another guy came over and overtook him began talking to me, this guy is the issue, I don’t recall his name but he is always wearing a Bluetooth earpiece and has something negative to say and is not very friendly AT ALL he definitely is no good in the customer service department but he will at least do his job. I have since had to replace the headlight due to a manufacturing issue but i was able to still claim the warranty and wasn’t a huge deal, it was not the establishments fault but still wasn’t happy i was going to have to replace them after 2 months of purchasing and installing them. All the staff is relatively friendly except that one guy, consider taking some customer service courses and my reviews may be different.

Great service! I was only looking for a replacement headlamp, but the staff was able to look up the correct bulb and I was in and out in less than five minutes.

Auto Parts Advance is a good store, they got men in there with the advise on car parts and fluids, their computer tells you where anything can be found, their willing to ship to store nearly whatever is not in store, at no cost to you. Good location.

Got treated like I was stupid. My friends have experienced problems with before aswell, dont waste youre time coming here drive the extra couple mins and go to ORiley way better service and lower prices to but if you go to advanced anyways dont say I didnt warn you that they are fraudulent and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
