Toro Granite designed and installed a beautiful built in/mudroom area in our living room. Soo knew exactly what we needed after one conversation and helped make the process seamless. Installation was a breeze and the guys worked fast. The new space for us has changed our entire room dynamic for the better and given us so much space. It’s beautiful and ties in to our existing cabinetry. We really enjoyed working with the Toro team and have already recommended them to the many number of people that have complimented our new space!

I am very satisfied with my new quartz countertops. Lynsey Clarke, my sales representative was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed during the entire process. The installation was delayed a day which caused me to have to reschedule the electrician and the plumber. Other than that, the installers came on time, they were very professional and completed the job in about three and one half hours. While the quality of the work was okay, Toro called and threatened us after not receiving a small check from us. We explained that it had been sent and cashed as indicated on our bank statement - and instead of discussing it and figuring out a solution for the stolen check, they threatened us. We were able to work it out with our bank who reimbursed for the stolen check and we later paid again - but the treatment we received was uncalled for and would deter us from using Toro again. While we were willing to work with them to solve the problem, they immediately wanted to cause conflict and throw accusations.

They did a very great job on the bathroom countertop and they were very friendly and professional, I hope to work with them again

I bought a table here, but its cheap and I dont worry about scratches or heat stains.The shiny table is so pretty and I really like it.

As a professional Designer in the remodeling industry, I work with several different stone companies. While no company is perfect, Toro has an extremely talented installation and fabrication team. They do a fantastic job! And Toro has always worked with me with any issues that may have come up. The majority of my projects over the last 3 years have been seamless while I was working with Anna Falso-Block. And although she no longer works with Toro, I still work with them on the majority of my projects and consider Toro to be my go to supplier and fabricator.

I have used Toro on 2 separate occasions for my business needs. I highly recommend them. Their price was better than the other estimates I received and the customer service was EXCELLENT! They delivered our project on schedule and took full accountability for a minor error. They were quick to fix the error without asking any questions. I will definitely use them again.

If there were 10 stars I would give it! Lauren Bender bent over backward to get us the Granite of our dreams at a price we could manage. She spent so much time personally guiding me and working with suppliers to help us hold items of interest and bargaining for the BEST price. We will be forever grateful.

The installers were super professional and friendly. We had a slight issue with one of the cabinets being not square but they spent extra time taking care of it and made sure we were pleased with the finish product. Great people and friendly service.

We have had a horrible experience with Toro. Our sales rep was Angela. She works with my contractor. We met with her to pick out our granite and she sent us home with 4 samples which were within the allowed price range. The following week she says of the 4, I only have 1 choice. So, I called my contractor, who took me to the warehouse and we were able to choose another granite. I asked Angela to discuss where the joins on the counter-tops would be before moving forward. I receive a text day before scheduled installation to confirm the joins. I stated my disagreement on one of the 3 joins and asked her to hold off on cutting. She disregarded my request and went ahead and cut the granite as she wanted. This was a complete disregard and disrespect to the customer. I was provided with 3 stories that day: (1) the slabs were not big enough to eliminate the 3rd joint. (2) when we pushed back with questions, Angela stated that the reason for the 3rd join per her manager is that every kitchen must have 3 joins. (3) A 3rd story emerged when I told her that does not make any sense. The 3rd story emerged as to it being difficult for the installers to maneuver the granite (much more lifting) if they dont make the 3rd join. I asked the job to be placed on hold. My contractor met with her and her manager, Tanya, a couple of days later. He is told that his deposit will not be refunded and they were planning to continue to come out and install......whether the customer agrees with the design or not. Angela did not take the time to explain the design. There are 3 slabs that they are working with. My feeling that they are trying to chop up my kitchen, while trying to save as much of my slabs as possible for other jobs. Or, it could be that they are telling me they are working with 3 slabs and are actually working with remnants from another job.That is scrupulous business dealing. There is complete disregard and disrespect for the customer at this company. With my experience at Toro, I feel like there is a lot of dishonesty in their business. I see several bad reviews for this company. I hope all those with bad experiences will take it a step further from writing reviews to reporting the company for deceptive practices.

I recently replaced my kitchen counter tops. Toro was straightforward and responsive, working with me through a process that changed a bit over time. Prices seemed very fair. Installation was quick and fairly invasive. Would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

I too read the bad reviews and was reluctant. I spoke with Lauren and she was so knowledgeable and helpful that I took a chance. I had a large kitchen and master bath remodel with miter edges and complicated built up edge on the island. They did a terrific job and worked with me all through the process. Glad I went to them Thanks Lauren.

They are extremely professional and the granite prices are more than fair. They have been willing to work around my schedule and accommodate my needs. On more than one occasion, someone has gone out of their way to pull a favor for me (e.g. waiving fees for making extra trips, etc). If I had anymore surfaces to cover in granite I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Best granite supplier in the metro area.

I have been disappointed by our experience with Toro. The showroom visit was nice, and we selected a very expensive marble for our bathroom counter. Toro came out and templated the counter then returned and installed it. Our counter has a bump out in the center that aligns with a tower on top of the counter. At first we thought it looked great, but after looking at it for a while something looked off.Long story short, the bump out in the center is not cut straight but slants about 5 degrees which amounts to about 3/16 of an inch off square over 3 1/2 inches. It’s visible to the naked eye if you look at it and don’t assume it’s square. Putting a true square on it makes it very visible. When we brought it up, Toro said they needed to send someone out to look at it, but even before they saw it, they had a list of excuses as to why it wasn’t their fault - the cabinets weren’t square, standard building tolerances, the edge we selected, etc. My wife was present during the templating and no one ever mentioned any issues such as the cabinets not being square. It seems like this would be something of importance to point out.Needless to say, they came out, said it was off, and provided the same list of excuses as to why it wasn’t their fault. They said they could try to fix it but it might look worse and it would only address one side, not the other. My disappointment stems from the lack of responsibility and the excuses. I was promised a call from the operations manager last week and have yet to hear back. So, I’d advise you go elsewhere if you expect quality, attention to detail, or even right angle corners.———|______l——— correct - expected———/______/——— installed - what Toro provided (at a 5% angle)

Worst business experience of my life! All they do is lie. They say you can pick out the slab, but once you pay they wont let you. They install pieces which have shocking imperfections & youre stuck with it. They damage your sick when installing and wont even give you a pennys credit. Terrible, terrible experience. They are the shockingly rudest people.

Had a house built by Pulte and Toro Granite installed the countertops. We had a backsplash installed after we moved in and one of the countertops was cut incorrect. I went through Pulte Warranty and they didnt do anything, but I contacted Toro Granite and they went above and beyond, especially Dan and Jason. They saw the issue and had a new countertop installed in less than two weeks. I would definitely recommend them and will call them when I need a countertop in the future. Thanks again.

The Service was TERRIBLE! Never have i ever met such rude people in my life that do not care about the customer but about the money. Switched to Angel Stone on Jimmy Carter and it was the best decision of my life. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was told by an in store rep that the quoted price included a 4 backslash. They came out and installed the countertops but did NOT install the backsplash. When I called back they told me that it would be an extra $450, not to mention delaying my project. The guy on the phone tried to blame me for misunderstanding and took zero responsibility, despite what I was told in person. Also, they seem to work off commission so if you dont talk to your project manager good luck getting anyone to care. Nobody seems interesting in helping you, only passing you off. I got pushed to a different rep when mine wasnt around, and when I tried to explain my situation to him he told me youre wasting my time. I am never doing business with these clowns again.
