I greatly appreciate the people who work here. But please shut off the ability for people to place mobile orders if you are going to make them wait in the drive thru line to pick it up. It defeats the purpose of the quick in and out mobile order pick up if I have to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line to pick it up. Thanks
Prepare to be on unwelcome at Starbucks, not a very friendly employees what are some no chairs outside no chairs inside no sugar no cream no straws no nothing handy, no restaurants available no sanitizer nothing get your coffee. you better do that at home. I think if youre not prepared to open to public just keep your drive through dont get customers upset for your inconveniences.

The Baristas dont know how to make Starbucks recipes. Ordered a Cookie Moca Frappe that came out like a chocolate milk with zero cookies. Had them remake it only to receive the same thing with smoothie texture.
All of the staff here are always so kind and quick. They always go out of their way to say good morning when I pick up my order before work.Today my order took a few minutes longer than it usually does (which was honestly no problem at all), but Jonny was so appreciative of my patience. Love this location! I have to give a quick shout out to Austin, very positive attitude all the time, Ive heard you keep a positive attitude even with rude customers. The staff have a welcoming attitude also and, they get me in and out of the drive thru as quickly as possible considering they are usually busy. *The only thing I would recommend is using a cup holder or something other than a tray to serve the drinks from the window, they slide sometimes. *
This location is inside of a strip mall on peachtree. Theres plenty of parking and also a drive thru. I walked in after visiting one of the neighbouring stores in the mall.When I walked in an employee mentioned that they were trying to leave early. So I asked if thats a thing where if theyre not busy then they can leave early. I didnt hear a response but I thought that was weird. Additionally, I wanted to order a crumble cake and they were out of them.This Starbucks is in a prime location and has lots of potential but I would wait a bit to go back when the service is a bit better.
Possibly the worst Starbucks in North America! On so many occasions Ive traveled to this restaurant and they dont have the ingredients to make my simple drink this franchise needs to be closed and the management needs to understand supply and demand!
I go to Starbucks A LOT! I go to many between Atlanta and ALABAMA. Travel a good bit! I am very pleased with my White Tea Lemonade! The barista made it perfect! Not too sweet, just subtle with a splash of zing from the lemonade, but deliciousness from the tea, yum! Super refreshing, they filled above the normal line too! Awesome! Definitely will stop back if I’m in this area again. Only negative thing to say is weekend traffic, in and out was a bit tight for the smaller parking lot, but not too bad. Still five stars! Coffee is great, typical Starbucks...but this beautiful store was designed without hardly any plug outlets for computers at individual tables. If you want to work here and need a charge, forget it. ...you must sit at high tables or on couches with computer in lap. No plugs outside either, none at individual tables in middle of store. Install. Why no outlets at individual tables?....

They are always out of everything. You get to the window and sit there for like 4-5 minutes before anybody comes.
What can I say who doesnt love Starbucks. I wish I need the name of the employee at the drive-thru window so full of Joy! It helped take the sting out of a $5 cup of coffee. That being said the copy was great as always.
There prior to closing 2 employees standing out front and the young man came over the intercome to state that they was closed headset on and store lights on really will not go there again
I have only come here a few time, but my drinks are good each time. Didnt have food so cant give any comment in that. This location has plenty of parking spots, their drive thu is a bit inconvenient because when they have a long line then some cars will block your way out.
I go a lot to this location!!! Like ALOT, because I work close by. I will say they are super nice!! Everyone is super nice. They are super kind and they make my favorite venti ice chai tea latte that me and my friend like. They should had more stars... just saying! If I want coffee I go to this location even tho a location is close by (this is actually true lol). Good experience with them!

AJ is very sweet. I went to the drive-through on a Friday morning when they were busy and I’m sure the team had a ton of orders to make but he was remained genuinely kind and patient both on the intercom and at the window. He’s a great asset to your team.
Music was great long lines but they worked fast and the order was correct.
Bre was super helpful. When we came in I started ordering with the person that I saw first and he said he couldnt take my friends order because he had actually clocked out before he started my order. So he took my order . Stayed on the machine to add his own order in. Came around next to us to grab himself a sandwhich put it in the oven to warm it up, made himself a drink and never told anyone to come take my friends order. I asked Bre to finish my friends order and she was great ! 💖

The drinks are always not filled to the top and this isn’t the first time this happens here especially for the price i’m paying 😒, i had a mobile order once again on 4/8 & had 2 drinks, when at the window, kevin only said i had 1 and charged for it AGAIN ? even tho it was a mobile order ? makes no sense
Worst coffee ever. Ordered a nitro cold brew w sweet cream and a shot of espresso. No espresso and barely any sweet cream. This is the nastiest cold brew I have ever had. I will not be back to this location.

This Starbucks used to have a LOT of order and timeliness issues, but they have really stepped their game up and gotten it together. Their staff is SO friendly and are doing such a good job with protecting customers during the pandemic, its been a phenomenal turnaround.
Just go somewhere else. The app will say you can pick up in store but the inside is closed. The drive thru is awful. You’ll see people have to bail out of line before even getting a chance to order because it takes so long. Go get a coffee at Whole Foods next door.
Alway SLOW. Whether drive-thru, in-store or online pickup. Expect to wait twice as long as a normal Starbucks. And twice as long as they quote. They won’t call your name after they make your order. They make it and set it aside so it gets cold or watered down. There’s always a sea of people waiting for their drinks with confused looks on their face. And do not expect any of the workers to be apologetic or express any concern for the fact that you ordered online 25 minutes ago and they quoted you 12 minutes wait. They’ll shrug and point you to the wait area.

Complaint: I ordered a London fog on the app, in the description earl gray is the tea used, went to pick up to taste it a see it taste weird and doesn’t have that sweet aroma of earl Gray looked and the tag it’s Royal English breakfast! I’m so upset! Waste of money and time. Tried calling location no answer.

This location has taken such a nosedive and continues to get worse. There are too many superior locations nearby to waste time and money here.

Starbucks is a bright shining star in a sea of mediocre retailers. I came into this store to buy gift cards. When I got to the register went for my wallet to discover it was not in my back pocket, left the store to get cash from my wife waiting in the car, and returned to make the purchase. Someone had found my wallet on the floor and turned it in to a barista. Awesome service and awesome patrons at this Starbucks!
Drive thru is insane, but inside service is amazing. Make sure you get there early if you want cold brew as they sell out because its so popular!

I tried to give this place a couple tries but every time I’ve come in (all different times too) they mess up my order by never getting it right and they take way to long to make it. A simple iced caramel coffee with classic and cream never gets made right not sure how that’s even possible. They’ve also charged me for a trenta but gave me a venti. They also are always out of food. Definitely not going to go here anymore
This location has gone amazingly downhill in the last 2-3 months.Always out of ingredients, alternatives often badly made, drive through that takes 5-10mins per order almost every time I go. But on the upside, its a nice environment inside.No idea whats happened.
This location is always hit or miss. If youre first or second in line its relatively quick, however if youre further back than that it is very slow. Walked in today, ordered a drink, walked out 21 minutes later and my drink was wrong. It was busy but there were also 10-12 employees working. There are other close locations around which are much better that Id recommend going to instead of this one.
Customer service is zero, taste of the coffee is zero . In specific their caramel latte is awful. I bought it the first time and tried it after I left the drive thru and realized its awful. I called in the store to express my opinion and the manager was so rude. Kept on saying we cant do anything for you .second time was couple of days ago thinking to give them another chance maybe who ever made it the first time was training, but NO AND NEVER AGAIN .
I have had several disappointing visits to this relatively new store. Most recently, I came in at 10:15 on a Friday morning and both the drive through and the store were packed. Even though I was able to walk up to the register immediately, it took 20 minutes for my order to come up, and when I finally got it, they had made my drink wrong. I was so late from the wait that I didnt have time to complain or get a new drink, but the previous time that they screwed up my order it took forever for them to fix it, so I probably wouldnt have complained even if I did have time.
Waited in drive thru for 20 mins to only get the window and my order not be ready. Then they had to reboot the card system when I got to the window. On the bright side, I dont think my card was charged.😏

One of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. Sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes (after placing my order) with only 3 cars in front of me.1/27/20 update- gave this SB one more try. Ordered egg bites at 6:01, asked at 6:11 where my order was.... because I was the only person in the store thus far. Egg bites were finally done at 6:16. Still only person in store. Good riddance.

By far the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been. The staff is rude and doesn’t know how to make drinks. You will wait at least 15-25mins for a simple drink. Unorganized and slow. Don’t waste your time at this location.
I certainly wouldnt suggest going through the drive thru. The employee gets orders wrong, also doesnt understand how you want to pay. When they do get the drink right its good. Also they are not fully aware of things their out of when your ordering the stuff at the speaker.
This is the most convenient Starbucks for me on my way to work. I usually mobile order, walk in and pick up immediately. The last four times Ive gone, Ive walked in and had to wait 20+ minutes for my drink. And then I usually only get it because I say something to the barista. They seem super disorganized and not super helpful and frustrated by everyone asking for their drinks. No one apologized for the delay and when my drink was wrong, they sighed heavily and told me I would have to wait. I will probably be visiting other locations from now on.
There isnt enough parking or outlets. Out of about 35 people here right now only 5 have access to outlets. And yes, this is a busy location. Its nice and its comfortable, and service is good. Please add outlets by the tables!
Worst customer service Ive had at a Starbucks and my honey citrus mint tea (that I always get every time I go to Starbucks)tasted like water with a dab of honey! They need to do better!

Terrible experience, they told me there was one bacon Gouda sandwich left, but after my order was paid for, it was given away to a drive through order. I waited for 25 minutes and didn’t even get my drink either. Don’t go here on Saturday morning for sure.
Had the worst experience this morning at this location. The cars for the drive-thru were wrapped around the building out to Peachtree Industrial Blvd so I decided to go in. Very crowded and got a bad feeling once I saw all the people already inside that were ahead of me and looked as if theyd been there a while. Even worse, I mobile ordered ahead. The Starbucks app on my phone said my order was ready but they hadnt even made it yet. The guy behind the counter was going to give me a Starbucks gift card for my inconvenience but he apparently didnt know how to load funds onto the card. Epic fail. I started to just leave and take the loss and go hungry but I finally got my food and took it as a lesson to never go back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Youre better off grinding the coffee and brewing it yourself. Sheesh!
Im here every week studying or working. Also great place to meet new people. The staff is super busy and most the time friendly. I recommend downloading an app and pre-ordering before walking in because most likely youll be waiting. Way quicker than that drive-through. It would be nice to have a power outlet outside.

It was 7am and the cashier was unsure if she had a breakfast item I ordered. Ive never had a Starbucks barista say Im not sure if we have that...not what I expected from Starbucks. The food and drink was good, just unsure of the service.

Offers drive thru service and a good amount of parking spaces. Store was clean and has a good amount of seating. I wouldve given 5 stars if they didnt mess up my sisters order.
It is an early Sunday morning and we have been waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for an iced latte and breakfast sandwich. My husband had to ask for his credit card back because the guy finally handed us the order but not his card.
This rating is a reflection of the drinks, not the service. Ive been to this location twice in the last month, and both times the drink I received wasnt what I ordered. You will sit in the drive thru line for a long time, so prep for that. And if you have any allergies (lactose intolerance for example) be sure to triple confirm or they will give you dairy.
I visit this location on a weekly basis and am always happy with the service! Even on the busiest of mornings these baristas are always pleasant and smiling!
New and clean. There is plenty of seating both on the couches or tables. And with plenty of large windows for people watching. The service and quality meet what we have all come to expect from a Starbucks.

All around bad experience. I live in the area so I frequented this location until I finally gave up. First, the drive thru line is usually backed up so cars block the parking spaces. You will usually have to circle the tiny lot a couple times to find a spot.Next the staff seems untrained and unorganized. Can’t work the register, order is wrong, etc. The wait is always unusually long for a fully staffed location, even when it’s not particularly busy.If you drink cold brew, there’s a 50/50 chance that they will have it. I guess they forget to make it the day before or don’t care.For such a prime location you think there would be more focus on providing a better customer experience.
The staffs are super nice, plus this is literally the only Starbucks I feel comfortable studying at.However, the lights make it it seems like a cooler place for chit chat and make me fall asleep sometimes. But other than that, plugs are everywhere. You should come and study, or checkout for yourself!

Ordered strawberries and creme frapp as I was drinking found something I can’t identify in my drink. That had texture of cardboard when wet. Called about it and spoke to someone who identified as manager. Received Poor service from manager by the name NIDHA. She was apologetic more like ok next type of attitude.
If you like waiting 25+ min for your Starbucks, this is the place to go !! I refuse to visit this location now. I’ve given them plenty of chances and they don’t get it together.

I ordered a Pink drink. I waited a while, thats fine. It wasnt mixed at all and you could see the bits. I asked for a cup to pour and mix my own drink and the cup had a gnat inside and dirt. Drink there if you want to. I went inside and no one apologized nor cared. Awful.
Parking here is quite a challenge. During the week its not bad but on the weekends theres a couple breakfast spots there to take up quite a few of the parking spaces. If youre in a hurry, you might want to use the drive-thru unless you can snag an open spot when you come in. Staff is friendly and the interior is that what you expect from a Starbucks.
