A huge thank you to Jordan! I came in needing a new phone and he made the process extremely simple and fast. I’ve avoided going in-store to purchase phones for years because of how long the process usually takes; however, I was in and out with a new device in no time. He was transparent, knowledgeable and personable, truly everything you can ask for from a tech expert! I will be coming back to this location for future questions and purchases due to my great experience with Jordan.

Went in to buy a phone cord. It was $30! Are you kidding me!? The sales associate gave me 25% off but I still ended up paying $24 and some change. When I got home I got on Amazon (what I shouldve done from the get go)and looked for cords. Found one that came with 2 in a pack for $9. I didnt return the Verizon cord until testing the other cords out. They worked perfectly, were long, and charge fast! I went back to Verizon and returned their cord for a refund. I gave them 3 stars because of their pricing only. The sales associate was very nice and even gave me that discount trying to help me, so I have no complaints other than their pricing. I know I know, I shouldve known better...but still...$30!

If you are going for service rather than buying a new phone expect to get reluctant and unfriendly service. I made an appointment and was still treated badly by Chris who clearly did not want to help me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by coming in for service even though the store wasn’t busy at all. Time to get AT&T!

Lori is awesome! The store is very lucky to have her apart of the team . I came in for one reason and had to be fast because I had a baby with me and a flight. So I was pressed for time . I need an upgrade Im aware of that but couldnt at the moment . The two guys walked away and Lori stepped up got me my memory card and got me out. She was amazing . She made me feel comfortable and I will be back to upgrade and bring more customers to her. We will call ahead to see if shes working. If this isnt her main location Im hoping they can tell me where she is because she is worth the drive. She knows her stuff !

I was given amazing attention from David work at this store I had been near previously and work with another gentleman and they are also polite and helpful I am thankful that they were there to work out most of my problems. I still have a few more to work through but they were willing to help me again some other time. With all the Verizon stores being closed this wine has got to service a lot of people so I was surprised how kind and efficient they were

Please be careful at this store. Specifically, Alexis does not have the proper knowledge regarding the services or promotions offered by Verizon. I spent an hour clarifying the details of a particular promotion and it appeared that we were on the same page until at the last minute, she “realizes” that she was quoting me based on a plan that I was not currently on. She barely apologizes, insincerely, and proceeds to ask if I want to spend MORE money to get the promotion that she described to me earlier in he conversation.Frustrated is an understatement.EMPLOYEES, PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE INFORMATION YOU ARE PROVIDING TO CUSTOMERS.

Lori Logan was my Verizon CSR at the store..I was attempting to transfer the data from an old phone to a new one. I was intimidated by all the steps... Lori was very educational and informative.. Walked me thru the process step by step. Handled the entire thing. and made the whole daunting task look easy.. I definitely recommend going to this location if you have issues with your phone. Verizon has the best cell service.

Horrible store, every time I go to this location there is an issue. Tried to pay my bill and was told it is “frowned upon” to take cash.... huh?.... I ask if they have cash the guy says yes. then the manager says try don’t have change... change for what 5, 10, 50, 100?. Will never go back

This Verizon location has the sweetest workers! I was here yesterday trying to get a phone and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Unfortunately they did not have the color I wanted so I had to end up going to another store. Luckily for me, he helped me find the nearest store and still had a great attitude even though I was taking my business elsewhere. Before leaving, another young lady (whose name I didn’t catch) thanked me for waiting patiently throughout the process and also wished me luck in finding my phone. I definitely recommend coming here if you need help selecting a phone, internet equipment or anything of that sort because the workers here will make sure you have a easy going experience.

Third time here. Sold me a hundred dollar charger. Incompatible with my phone. Came in and they gave me a different cord. Compatible with my phone but not with the plug to my charger. Got here as they were letting a customer in. Two seconds later they wouldnt open the door. Said that customer had been here for 40 minutes. I think if I had an unhappy customer I might be willing to help them since they were still dealing with the other guy and continued to do so for the next 30 minutes as I sat here trying to decide if I wanted to get a cookie from Zoes Kichen next door. Oh, and yesterday when I came in all the employees were sitting at a table playing with their phones. I finally had to ask if any of them worked there. I would just like to be able to charge my phone.

Originally went to exchange an iPad case that didnt fit and spoke with Georgio. He was very willing to help, although he wasnt the one who handled the original sale. Went back, got Georgio again - and he made it happen - exchanged the ipad case for a rad case for my iPhone! Great service and friendly smiles.

This store was rude to me for no reason. I called the store before i made a 40 minute drive to see if they would still be open to give me a device I purchased online. They closed at 7 and i told them i would be there at 7:04 would that be ok. The manager on the phone told me to come to store and that it would be ok. I got to the store at exactly 7:04 and they refused to let me in to pick up my device. The part about this that was so disappointing is the fact that I spoke with the person on the phone before I left my house. He told me to come to the store. Then refused to let me pick up a device that was already paid for.Lastly, there were still customers in the store. So even if they store was closed, there were still transactions that they were completing. If Im being honest, it felt like they saw me and decided not to let me in the store. The representative went to the back of the store to get the manager and he came to the front to let me know that I would not be allowed to pick up my device today.

What a nightmare. Sold us a phone with a known issue and sent my daughter home twice with it, telling her to load updates and set it up herself. They were Googling from their phones to try to figure out how to fix it. Then the manager said there was a known issue with the phone and the manufacturer did not have a fix yet! To top it off, they charged us a $50 restocking fee. Im speaking with Verizon customer service now and will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency.

Stay away from here..... BJ the Manager is no help at all........My wife purchased a phone on a Black Friday deal, Note 8. We bought the phone under the pretense of paying $25 per month instead of $40. There was never any indication that we needed to change our data plan to a more expensive plan for the deal to be active. I recently got a new phone and after an account review, discovered that my wife had been paying the $40 every month. The fix: call the store that you purchased it from, they can escalate the claim and get it handled and the money refunded or credited. Fast forward, call the store and nobody wants to help, store sends us to customer service, customer service sends us to the store, it is a never-ending loop and I am still out $165......
