Dropped my phone on a Friday night and cracked the screen. Needed by 1 pm for work, dropped it off with Hamid at 9:30 on Saturday and he had it ready by 12:30. Cant even tell it was damaged, looks like new!

Great shop I fracked my screen and it cracked on the corner which made my whole phone glitch, they fixed it and it looks like new. Took one hour for my iPhone XR

The owner is an upstanding guy with admirable morals. My wife brought in an old iPhone, assuming that the screen was badly cracked. What she didnt realize was that it was only the glass screen protector that was cracked and the screen below it was in perfect shape. This guy was honest enough to tell us this and only charge $10 for replacing the screen protector when he could have EASILY claimed that he replaced the screen and charged us the customary ~$80 for that service. For this alone, I will be forever loyal to this repair shop. In full disclosure, we didnt actually receive any repair service, so I cannot comment on the quality of his work. Im sure it is good, though, because there are numerous other 5-star reviews of this place.

We have had to replace multiple screens and cellular depot is the place we trust for any of our iPhone issues! They are kind, honest, fast, and fair! Every time we have come to them they have completed the fix fast and at a fair price! We will always go here for all of our phone repair needs!

HiI called Hamid after locating him on the web.I dropped off my computer on a Monday for a battery replacement and a bag full of screws. ( I tried taking the back off of my Dell Laptop.. battery was buried inside argh...) Hamid didnt miss a beat he took it all in hand and had it back to me within 3 days. Best Buy said it would take them 4-6 weeks. Cellular Depot Great experience Thank you very much Hamid. Laptop is in great shape charging well and much more reliable. Hamid also discovered a broken charging port on my laptop which i explained to him had been broken a year ago Id wiggle it around until it started to charge.Great experience will go back and recommend him for any one else.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. This was the most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with in a while. I have a work iPad and the screen was broken so I called ahead and they said they could fix it in 24 hours. When I dropped it off they asked for my password and I said I wasn’t comfortable giving it since it’s my work iPad. The lady said that wouldn’t be an issue and it will be ready by the next morning. I called the following morning and it wasn’t ready- they needed a few more hours. No problem. When I arrived the man was extremely unprofessional and basically said he couldn’t test the iPad without my passcode so nothing is his fault if it doesn’t work. Right away the home Button didn’t work... don’t know why you need a passcode to figure that out. When I tried to type in my passcode it was clear nothing was working. Instead of trying to work together to figure out how we can fix this he shoved the iPad at me and said just take it I do not want to work on this anymore. Now I have an even more broken iPad since it won’t work at all now...

The gentleman that replaced my Galaxy S8 screen was super friendly and seemed like a very honest, real and relatable person. He also got the job done much faster than anticipated, and even stayed a little past closing hour so I could pick my phone up that same day. Outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I took a Pixel 3 to him that was having issues with charging cables, he just cleaned the port out. Could have over charged for replacement parts but didnt which speaks to integrity.

Unfortunately, my second experience with Cellular Depot was very unpleasant. I cracked my iPhone screen and had it replaced in May. Ever since, the screen was replaced, I had issues with the phone (ghost touching, calls not connecting, etc.). I brought the phone in where another screen replacement was done under warranty. Unfortunately, the issues persisted. Upon bringing my phone in a third time, I was told that I needed to pay more money for a higher “Apple quality” screen. I did this and once I received my phone, the issues were much worse than they were before to the point where my phone is unusable. I took my phone to UBreakIFix, where they assured me that the issue is with the digitizer on the screen at that they would replace the screen, but it would be $190. I contacted Cellular Depot, who refused to give me a refund of any sort for the faulty screens I received, and only offered to do a FOURTH screen replacement (no thanks), so now I will be out $400+ to fix my Apple Iphone screen.Safe to say I will not be returning here as trying to save a few dollars has come back to hurt me in the long run.

I have taken my Galaxy S8 plus to him a few months back and he did a great job at a reasonable price. He was done within 2 hours, when other cellphone repair companies were asking for me to leave my phone At their shops for up to a week .Then my Galaxy frontier S3 watch broke and he was able to repair it as well. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a reasonable price for repairs on their cellphones or smart watches

I was delighted when I called and was told that my iPhone screen could be replaced within an hour! I dropped the phone off and picked it up as promised. Unfortunately the aftermarket screen looks terrible. The contrast is off and it has an obvious blue cast. I am a professional photographer and I need to know what my photos actually look like for social media and other sharing.I was told that it is the same screen he always uses and other people don’t complain. He recommended that I adjust the screen, although the iPhone does not have any real calibration tools. I was on my way out of town, so he offered to replace the screen when I returned a week later.When I returned, I was greeted with hostility. He acted as if I was being unreasonable because I expected my phone to look like it is supposed to. I calmly attempted to show him examples of how the color wasn’t right, and I was curtly told, “I don’t make the screens, I just install them.”I expected much better quality. I’ve used $20 generic replacement screens from eBay that looked exactly like OEM. I guess I should have gone that route.Unfortunately the “60 day warranty” doesn’t seem to apply to customer satisfaction.

Really late on my review. Had some issues with my battery on my 7+. Was in the area and was able to find this shop. I think its fairly new because my cousin doesnt remember seeing it here before. The place is nice and clean. The gentleman was very nice and took a look at my phone to make sure it wasnt anything more. They have good prices here because my cousin had hers replaced somewhere else for the same phone and I remember her saying she def paid more. Been a few weeks now and my phone is still running and holding its charge well.THANK YOU CELLULAR DEPOT!! Ill definitely send anyone I know here for any repairs or accessories!Side note FYI: they also fix computers!!!

Great place to get you phone repaired. They were very friendly, repaired our phones quickly and we could not tell that ones of the phones had water in them and another was cracked after the repair. They looked brand new. They were even able to explain everything very well. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

Went to fix my phone today since I had dropped it two days ago and my screen cracked so the phone wouldnt turn on. The guy who fixed my phone was able to fix it in less than an hour while my husband and I took our son to get abbots to eat. He also recommended a phone case which will help protect my phone if I drop it again and glad I bought it. My two year old loves using my phone so I def needed this. I had my laptop fixed with these guys, it had viruses and working very slow. Im very happy with what they did. Fast, quality and inexpensive job.

Would give negative Stars if it was possible. The owner was rude and did not do what we had agreed on even though I gave him 3 weeks prior notice. We agreed to drop 3 phones off on sat to have battery replaced and to pick them up that evening. We were out of town so this was a very important time schedule to keep. We dropped phones and he told us that it would be Mon morning. reluctantly we agree but come Monday still not ready. He then said Mon afternoon. This was not acceptable since we had to go back home. He ended up breaking the screen on one so we just took phones back because he had never even started on the others. Wouldnt recommend this place for no kind of work!! Please do not give this guy your business because he will lie to you, break your stuff and then try to charge you for it! Terrible business owner!!!

If I could give ten stars I would! Ahmed at Cellular Depot is an amazingly patient and professional businessman! I came to him with a laptop barely a year and half old and the fan was giving out. Upon opening it he discovered he would have to order the part. Long story short, due to the complexity of the location of the fan in the computer, for some reason it did not turn on once the fan had been replaced. He then took it upon himself to order me a replacement computer!! That is almost unheard of in this day and age of dwindling customer service standards. I am so happy I trusted him with the repair of my laptop! I highly recommend him and his services for your computer/cell phone repair needs. :)

I cannot say enough good things about Cellular Depot. Long story short, I busted my phone (Galaxy s7) hours before going out of town and I desperately needed my camera. It needed a LOT of work. Screen replacement, button replacement and a case replacement. They hurriedly tracked down any parts, had my phone fixed for me in record time and they were extremely patient with how frantic I was. I felt cared for and was given an extremely fair price. My entire family will be taking all of our devices here from now on. After all the drops of my Samsung Galaxy S7, the glass screen finally cracked. Have been searching for an affordable repair shop for the past few months, and all Im told is wow, thats one is those expensive screens to replace - quotes as high as $277!!! I searched for cell phone screen repair reviews and found Cellular Depot with great reviews. This shop is locally owned and located right off Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Chamblee, in a small older light industrial development. Gave them a call and was quoted a price to replace my screen that saved me $$. I was there within the hour, dropped off my phone, and picked it up a couple of hours later. It was perfect! Great place to go fix your phone. I live in Brookhaven area and went to 3 cell phone stores to try and get an iPhone 6s fixed. This phone was so broke, I didnt even think there was any hope of fixing it, I just wanted to retrieve the data and pictures. In any case Cellular Depot took a look at the phone and deemed it fixable. They had all the parts and tools on hand to take care of the repair. Very professional and quick would definetly recommend them for any phone fix.

Best customer service I have ever received he fixed my phone with in a few hours but I started to have a small issue with it he told me to bring it right in on my way there my car broke down and I needed it towed he called to check on me to see if I was coming I told him about my car he offered to drive to my house which is almost an hour away to pick it up which he did then he fixed it totally free of charge and drove the phone another hour back to me I will recommend his services to anyone I come across he is a very sweet humble person thanks again for all your help

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took in my iPhone 7S with a cracked screen only -- the phone functioned fine. The owner told me he would swap the screen in 1 hr so I left and came back. Upon my return, he was not finished and began to tell me that some iPhones wont take the screen he uses. Apparently this was the case with mine. He told me another hour. I got a bit peeved as he had made no mention of the fact that it might take longer if I had one of these special cases. To make a long story short, I waited another hour only to be given back a phone that was not closed properly and no longer worked. He told me to give it a 1/2 hr and it will start to work. Well it never did. I then went to uBreakiFix the next day and the guy told me that yes the man at Cellular Depot was using non-manufactured parts which can often destroy the phone. Had I just gone to uBreakiFix in the first place, this would not have happened. The guy at uBreak was great but told me there was nothing he could do and I would have to go to Apple to get a new phone. So thanks to Cellular Depot what would have cost me $100 ended up costing $350 since I needed an entirely new phone.Do not go here. He doesnt know what he is doing. He will respond to my post and state how rude I was but wouldnt you if someone broke your phone and didnt give you the full story? Also, what does being rude have to do with being competent and not misrepresenting yourself which is exactly what he did. He did not stand by the fact that he broke my phone.uBreak will buy you a new phone if they break it. This guy did nothing. I think he has written the majority of these positive reviews. He is a crook who has no integrity.
