Absolutely worst service experience of my life. Had my car for TWO MONTHS for a broken axle. I would’ve towed it elsewhere, but every week they told me they would be getting to it that week and were never competent enough to give me an accurate answer when I would get it back. Would highly suggest taking your car literally anywhere else
We were just in for 2 tires and other work. 2 weeks before that I had a blow out. (They got me back on the road asap)Today, 7/16/2021 wait was not bad! Exactly as they stated. Price was affordable for the service I had. Customer service was top notch on both visits! Thank you
Kind of wasted my time, went for something I checked twice with over the phone if they could do just to not be able to do it. Dont recommend if you value your time. Other then that the people there seemed okay when they explained why my time was wasted. Just rather have had them tell me over the phone instead of driving all the way there.
I waited an hour for my tire sensors to be checked and was charged $23 for this. Most shops dont charge for this service nor does it take an hour! Part of my wait included techs having their lunch break. My tire pressure wasnt even checked as courtesy. An upfront communication about a charge would have been nice. I wasnt expecting it, so I never asked. After my quote, it was suggested to replace all sensors. After calling other places, I can get sensors at half the cost I was quoted.
Quick in and out with a replacement tire. They checked all fluids, refilled windshield washer, checked brakes, transmission, a ton of stuff! Excellent service here so far!
We were on vacation, heading home. On the interstate, we had a tire blow. Luckily we had a spare, but we know we couldnt make it home with the spare. We looked up the closest tire place, that was open. We headed toward Expert Tire Care, Chambersburg, PA which was about a 30 minute drive from where we were. On our way, we called them. They said they would squeeze us in, because they knew we were in a bind. In fact they were filled with appointments for the day. They got us in and out in about 2 hours. They were even kind enough to point us to a local place to eat lunch. Thank you for your kindness, service, and getting us back on the road as quick as you did.
I went about 2 weeks ago, had an appt at 7 am, which is when they open and no one showed up to unlock the doors. I waited until almost 8 before leaving with no service done to my car. Only saw one employee in the parking lot and he didnt even have the key to get it or know what was going on
Look closely at your work order make sure theres only the work you wanted done
Came in for an emergency issue as I was traveling with a cat and dog and they were helpful and caring and allowed me to wait with my pets in their waiting room. Quickly fixed the issue, really a great group.
Was better when Craig managed the store. Went there to get new tires staff was friendly but insisted on running diagnostics on the car(which I didnt want) tried to sell me overpriced windshield wipers and other services I didnt want or need. Plus the next day after I got my tires two of them went flat had to go to someone else to get them properly sealed. will not be going back there
Got a flat tire on 76. Came here and James and John were able to get us in and out quickly and back on the road!!

I can’t say enough about the excellent service we get at Firestone. We recommend this location to anyone that asks. John and James and everyone we work with have been great to us. We say that as a a family with 5 cars and we would not hesitate to trust what they say.Car problems are expensive and stressful. They walk you through what you need and make sure you understand.The news might not always be good when we have to drop off one with a problem, but we trust what they say and what we need. This is hard to find in any business.Repairs, service and inspections they will always be our go to.Excellent service and communication is excellent.
The very best service I have ever had. My car had a flat tire about the same time the shop was to close. They stayed late and helped me. I was a long way from home and got me on the road again.

I couldnt rate any lower than a 1. I used their tire by vehicle feature on the website to select a set of tires and made an appointment. I come to find out there are multiple different sizes for my truck and the tire I selected would not fit my rim (however there website clearly said it would). I was forced to buy at tire a substantially greater cost. The manager and regional manager offered no concessions.

I took my car here for an inspection and they failed it and told me I had to spend 700 dollars to fix a broken motor mount and replace my rear struts. I had another mechanic inspect it and was told that my motor mount and rear struts were fine. These people basically lied to me and tried to steal 700 dollars from me. I will never come here again.

They saw me at the drop of the hat when I busted my heat shield mount. Unfortunately, their repair didn’t fix the problem, but the price I paid was definitely worth the peace of mind that my car was still road worthy though it’s making the worse noise I’ve ever heard coming from it still.

I took my car here for a state inspection today and was told I needed new tires and front brakes/rotors to pass. They gave me a quote for $2000 so I left to discuss it with my husband. Thank goodness I did! He took it to another inspection station and it passed with a mere suggestion for new tires. Oh and the other quote was under $1000. This is yet another service station that made me feel like I was taken advantage of because Im a woman who knows nothing about cars.
Got my oil change here, didnt check anything else or any other service, didnt check any filters. I guess I didnt expect too much, but you get what you pay for

I would give them no stars if I could my son took his car in to be inspected today was told wouldnt do the inspection because his lights were to cloudy. When I called I was told it was up to the mechanics who saw the car went some where else and passed inspection no problem. Thanks for wasting our time will never recomend to anyone

I brought my car in for an oil change, new wiper blades and a complete vehicle inspection after work Friday because I was having trouble with it accelerating up inclines. I thought a complete vehicle inspection would help uncover what was wrong with my car. I told them, if something serious was wrong, I would bring it back so a complete repair could be done. Well, they did the oil change and the wiper blades but not the vehicle inspection. They said they would do that when I brought it back. I brought it back today (Monday) around 11am because I took day off to get this done. I asked them to do the complete vehicle inspection. I reminded them of the problem I was having and put emphasis on the fact that I needed my car back before they closed today because Im heavily reliant on my vehicle for work and I drive a lot in the mountains. Well, John called me around 5:30pm just to tell me that they dont know whats wrong with my car and he doesnt think its something they can fix today. They THINK its the turbo charger but cars are getting newer and newer and we have to run more tests. What?! You had my car for 6 HOURS and you dont even know whats wrong with it?! This was my 2nd day there in the past 3 days!!! Why didnt you do the vehicle inspection the first time?! That way, it couldve been FIXED today or figured out whats wrong with it at the very least!!! Im so frustrated. I asked the service manager, John, if I should take it to a dealership. His response was It wont save you any money but it will save you some time. Im willing to pay for efficiency and quality!!! John made it clear that Im not able to find that at Firestone so Im going back to Jennings even though the prices are higher.To be fair, this place is Great for simple stuff like oil changes, tires and wiper blades but it is NOT a one-stop auto repair shop as it advertises. The store manager, Jeff, is very friendly and, in the past, he explained things to me patiently when I dont understand the intricate mechanics of the work that was done. John, on the other hand, is not as friendly. He seems disingenuous and a little condescending when he speaks to me. Ive come here a lot and, in the past, I wouldve given them 5-stars but todays experience left a bad taste in my mouth around Firestone.I gave them 3-stars because they have good prices on tires and they can be relied on for oil changes and wiper blades. Beyond that, go somewhere else! It wont save you any money but it will save you time - John at Firestone
I am pretty skeptical about others working on my vehicle, hard to trust your getting your moneys worth. But after my experience with Jonathan n Firestone, they have eased my worry. Will be a repeat customer n highly recommended!!!

If you have a truck bigger than an s10 don’t bother taking it to them they can’t lift it. I have an f250 and they had it for 4 hrs till they figured out they could t lift it to inspect it and just gave it back to me. I’m pretty sure they inspected cars before lifts.
Went there in a company truck that we were told needed new tires from the dealership. Firestone took the tread depth measurements and determined we did not actually need them. They could have just as easily lied to us and put the new tires on the truck, especially with it being a company account, but they were honest and save our company money. Their honesty has earned my business and when I need tires for my personal car, I will get them from this shop!
Store was clean good location and busy however we left after standing at the counter for about 15 minutes with employees in the back awkwardly staring at us with no salesman in sight and nobody acknowledged us being there to buy tires
Im so upset with my experience. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to get 4 new tires on my car. I inquired about price at this time. I was quoted a price and told I would receive a $100 rebate. I made my appointment. My husband took our car in first thing this morning and had to wait 2 hours. Then when it came to checkout was told the rebate offer ended a few days ago... I made this appointment 3 weeks ago if I was told the rebate ended on a specific date I would of made my appointment sooner. I also feel horrible my husband had to wait 2 hours when I made an appointment first thing in the morning so he wouldnt have a long wait. Hopefully the company itself will be able to get me this rebate, but now I have to jump through hoops. When I called customer services they asked me what kind of tires I recieved and I had no idea because no one even gave me an option or explained. This was my first experience with this location and we will not be back.
Got an oil change, took like 4 hours no phone call and the guy got oil all over my car seat
I was driving through Chambersburg on my way south when we heard a worrisome sound coming from the back wheel. I showed up Saturday morning without an appointment and they got the car up. They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me reassurance that I could safely make the trip back home, and recommended a repair once I got home. And they only charged me $10. I deeply appreciated the great service and trustworthy advice.
Jon is one of the nicest people to work with! He explains things easily so those of us that arent mechanics can understand. I bought tires from there back in October and the last few weeks one was needing air in it every few days. So i called Jon, he got me in that day, found the problem, showed me what caused the puncture in my tire and how they were going to fix it. In and out in around an hour ish all while working with other guests too. Superior customer service and would recommend this establishment to anyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know of our experience at Firestone. We had front brake pads installed recently and for whatever reason, they were a little noisy and grinding (maybe metallic pads didnt break-in well). But the great news, is that Craig and John (and Patrick, the technician) simply did the right thing by standing behind their work 100%. They replaced the parts in questions at no additional charge to me! Highly recommend this location - customer for life!

Was quoted on paper $599.00 for front rotors and pads rear brake shoes and actual bill was almost $2200. I felt the quote was high....WRONG!! I was called twice with the service writer stating that they ran into a problem...Never again. Did not even make it home after final bill of $2197.00 Smoke was pouring out from left rear wheel and brake fluid all over that wheel and on the ground. Emergency brake cable was bowed to the ground. All brakes, rotors, drums, cylinders, seals, emergency brake cable done by them...Complete brake job and someone could have gotten hurt over a mistake made by Firestone. The bystanders who thought my vehicle was on fire were were able to get the cable up and showed me where it wasnt clamped up and were able to show me where the brake fluid was coming from helped me take it back to Firestone. Fix it because I paid you to and all components on all four corners of my vehicle having to do with brakes were replaced with new by your mechanic(s). Even the emergency brake cable...
Had to have emergency brake repair and replacement. They were able get the job done the same day and get me on my way!

There was a day I wouldve given Firestone 5 stars but lately things have gone way down hill. A number of months ago I had new tires put on my car at Firestone. The next day when I was driving it sounded like a helicopter was flying directly overhead. There were lug nuts on all four tires that werent torqued and had come loose. I called Firestone and they asked if I couldnt tighten them myself...no apology, nothing of the sort. Clearly I had already done just that, but I wanted them to know it was an issue. I continued taking my car there and just had its PA inspection completed where they have to pull wheels to check brake wear. Once again, the day after being serviced by them the helicopter sound is back, only not as loud this time. I found lug nuts on both rear wheels that would freely spin. I can promise you after this 2nd time of loose lug nuts that I will not be returning to Firestone and they wont get another penny from me.

Was lied to and wasted 6 hours of my time. Highlands is better and cheaper. AND they know what theyre talking about. I will never go back to another firestone. They told me they couldnt align my car, but took 6 hours to put two front tires on.
Made the mistake of trusting the tecnician without questioning price. Charged me double what the cost should have been as quoted by another national chain. Also replaced expensive psrts that another garage told me were fine 3 werks earlier. Took 3.5 hours with an appointment after promising 2 hours tops on something that others would have finished in 2.
My wife and I have a clunking noise whenever we drive. We got new tires and still had noise. We thought it was the lineup that was a problem, but when i told the one of the guys about it, he said he was going to do a free check to make sure its the lineup and not something else. Who does that these days! Highly recommend this car repair shop!

Never will I refer anyone here.They spent a total of 2.5 hours to replace two tires and I was forced to return for my inspection the following day for another 2.5 hours.The managers response when I complained was Im human,I make mistakes and Corporate never acknowledge my complaint.

Dont go there... They overfilled my oil and blew the rear main engine seal. Then told me not covered by them.. Cost me an extra $650.00. Because they cant read

Went in for a rotate and balance and they didnt put the pieces back on correctly and my wheels were really wobbly and loose.
