My husband and I went to mattress wearhouse on Monday March 22, 2021 looking for a new bed set. Key word, looking. The saleswoman, with greasy hair had us lay on this bed for a mattress test to see which bed matches our body. Of course the best match cost $3,000 for mattress and box springs. When we said that was too expensive she quickly changed her mind and started showing us other sets. We kept telling her that we were looking at different sets and prices and wasnt buying anything that day. After showing us a discontinued mattress that came in a box she said we could have it at a cheap price but had to buy it today! Could you imagine putting a mattress in a mini cooper. She kept saying which one are you buying? We left went to JC Pennys in hagerstown and bought a nice set for under $700.00. Mattress wearhouse is too pushy would not go back. Horrible experience!

Worse experience at this store..Came in to buy a mattress, we were the only customers in the store...after doing the pressure point test, Employee showed us the mattress he thought we should look at..I asked several times for prices and got a round about remark, but no prices. After a second customer came in..he asked us..Are we planning to buy a mattress today or not..We said we were still looking around but would like to know the prices before we can decide..With that being said Employee..walks away and left us standing there with no answers and greets other customer. Thanks, we appreciated your poor sale technique and happily left the store, to purchase our mattress at the store across the street. We spent almost double what we told you our price range was, but well worth it with the customer service we received while deciding what WE wanted not what you were trying to choose for us. I was brought through the store where I used the bed match system designed by scientists. I went through and tried different mattresses and I finally found the perfect mattress thanks to the help of our salesman. It was a great pleasure coming in here and buying here. I was definitely not disappointed! Great deals, great people and great service!!! I would definitely recommend this store and I will most definitely be coming back years from now to purchase for my family.

I was very impressed with the mattress warehouse customer service and knowledge of the product. The delivery the next day was awesome.. they called me to confirm a delivery window, and called again to let me know my delivery would be there in 15 minutes. And it was! Its hard to get this kind of service anywhere these days. I highly recommend this store.

I would like to say a big thank you! to Jay and his crew at this particular Mattress Warehouse. We had a very disappointing experience with the previous manager of this store; and if wouldnt have been for Jay and his team, I would have rated this store in the negative stars if I could have. However, I have to say Jay went above and beyond to try and make our experience a positive one. He helped us through the process of the comfort exchange and we now have a mattress that is very comfortable and we are very happy with.

My husband and I went into the store on Tuesday and we were greeted by a nice young man, Bryan Morrissey, who was very helpful and gave us a great deal on a mattress and box spring. Then later in the day we found that the box spring was not going to fit going up our narrow stairs so he immediately called his supervisor and had our order changed to a split box spring.We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service. I am only putting 1 star because you have no choice BUT I would give them a negative 5 stars. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Worst customer service provided by an ignorant woman that hangs up on you when you ask to speak to their supervisor. They sold me a defective mattress and which has taken 2 months to finally get them to replace it. Then the delivery drivers cant deliver the mattress because of the snow which I have no problem driving through with my car. THEN to be told it will get delivered when the ticket comes back up. They need to change their slogan Sleep Mattersto Sleep Doesnt Matter because I have not slept good since stepping in their door not to mention the stress of having to be treated like you have no value whatsoever

Went in to mattress warehouse yesterday in search of a bed. We went there with low expectations of finding one both of us would like. My self at 6’4” and my girlfriend at 5’2” we need two completely different beds. Jay help us and told us to lay on the bed match machine to see what both of us need. After doing so he showed us 6 beds and the second one we tried out we fell in love with. Jay is extremely knowledgeable about mattress and pillows to get us the best sleep possible. Jay was very informative on all the questions we had. He was a little pushy though like most sales people. Overall took care of us and made sure we picked the right mattress for our needs. Felt as though the price could of been better but we picked a mattress that was brand new to the sales floor. Felt a little insulted because they need to call and make sure your check is good before they call to create your order. The mattress that we did order though has been very good and comfortable.

This is a great spot to shop!!! You are walked thru a few steps help insure the proper support is found for you and your sleep partner. They also have Adjustable bases to help take the pressure off of your lower back. Affordable and great quality products. Right by walmart. This place sucks. We paid for a bed and the guy told us to come down after noon on a Thursday and pick it up and we drove good ways for it just to tell us they sold out of the bed after we paid for it. Than try to play a scam that they called and they never did.
