I was pleasantly greeted by Mike and allowed to try 4 different mattresses. Though I didn’t qualify for financing he promised he would work with me and he went far beyond what I expected. So I purchased a mattress and can’t wait to get it delivered. As I suffer terribly due to a pain condition I do not sleep. Mike was genuinely concerned and made allowances so that I could get the mattress. So from the bottom of my heart thank you for your kindness. Weve never really bought a mattress before, we just got what we could afford when we could afford it. We walked in with the intention of looking and talking prices and then returning home to discuss in private. Well... it didnt take long to realize that the level of attention and detail that was given to us (and our two young kids) would lead my husband and I to not just a mattress purchase on the spot, but all the bells and whistles that went with it. When we went into the store, my husband, daughter and I had an idea of what we were looking for. Our daughter needed a new mattress and my dad and step mom bought from Mattress Firm recently, so we thought we’d try it out. We were directed quickly to mattresses in our preferred price range, but then my husband saw (felt and tried out) the Nectar Lush mattress, and it was basically a done deal from there. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and were courteous enough to give us time to discuss our decision privately. Delivery was set up quickly and removal of the old mattress was included. We were very pleased with the service and kindness we received.

I was in the process of finding a new mattress. First had stopped at Mattress Warehouse near Walmart, associate on duty was not a friendly person and was very pushy about buying when I had stated I was just looking. After leaving, we had stopped at Mattress Firm where Mike had introduced himself and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and very friendly. Was able to find the perfect mattress and on top of it all, he even threw in a box spring and mattress cover for a discounted price. Super excited for my new mattress to come in!!!

Michael showed us some really nice ones first but they were out of our range. We went in with a set amount we wanted to spend. I explained that to Michael and he helped us to find the perfect mattress within our budget. It was a lot less painless than I expected. This is the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a new anything to be honest. Michael was such a huge help and I strongly recommend!

Super easy. I went online did some research. Came up with a budget. I went 200 over the budget but totally worth it. Had a new bed delivered and set up in 2 days They even took away the bed I broke. They have a service that brings the new bed. Cost 120 dollars but worth it if you dont have a truck. Ask for Mike hes a good guy and knows the products hes selling you.

Jen was amazing! We went in knowing nothing about mattresses or what we really wanted, she took her time with us and explained the difference between all the mattresses, definitely knows her stuff!! After getting finances and proper arrangements, we stopped back and spoke to Scott A from the Hanover location that was helping out for the day. He was very personable and friendly. After placing the order, my husband and I spoke to Scott for a long time about life and just about anything. We are very happy and excited to get our bed delivered next Tuesday! I’m sure if there’s any concerns, Scott will hear about it! ;)Oh also he wanted us to mention his awesome beard and sideburns.😆😆😉

We had an excellent experience shopping for our mattress. So far, we havent had any trouble with our new mattress. We got the purple with an adjustable base. Prior to deciding on the mattress we tried several others to compare. The adjustable base was icing on the cake to get the most comfortable sleeping position. The only complaint I have is they didnt wear shoe covers to deliver the mattress.

Disliked it because from the second we walked through the door it seemed like we were being pressured by the salesman and that completey shuts my wife and I down right away. He also made the mistake of showing my wife and I the most expensive mattress first so ofcourse that was the one we wanted but could not afford. We also needed a mattress set for my daughter aswell and even though she only needed a twin it was pretty much the same situation, a mattress she wanted but wernt willing to spend that much money on a 10 year olds mattress. We then left unsatisfied and without a mattress ready to go to the next mattress store.
