USE ANOTHER UPS STORE- Lakewood or Cypress are professional and don’t close their stores randomly throughout the day. This place is a a joke. Must be nice to just close down a store anytime your employees don’t feel like working. This store has a sign on the door 95% of the time saying it’s closed for 60 mins- they’ll be right back. Way to do your jobs. If you don’t want to service people don’t take a job in the service industry.

Dropped off packages two times and received courteous and efficient service. Both were Amazon returns and one time out of ink so couldn’t print scan code so I wrote down ups tracking and read it to service person and they typed in to print Amazon label. Awesome service not sure why others are complaining.

I normally dont leave reviews, but this place is terrible.They charged my mom $2.25 to print 1 black and white page on their self service printer. That is an unreasonable and predatory price, especially since they only told her it was that much when she went to pay.I would not recommend this place to anyone. This level of markup indicates a lack of care for customers that borders on price gouging.

The Chinese guy that works there was so very rude! Im no expert with phones. Ive only printed one other time. And this guy ignored my questions and right when I asked him something, a new customer came in and he asked if he could help him. I walked out!! The ups in Lkwd is so much better. Friendly and helpful! This guy shouldnt work w/ people!

I went to this South Street UPS store for notarization service today, the owner/worker there, is a very polite and friendly India young man. I was told that they just took over the business 2 weeks ago in 2/2020. The previous owner was very rude, but this new owner is very nice to work with. I highly recommend this UPS store!!! The notarization fee is $15 per signature, which is the lowest fee you pay in California too.

Since the new ownership, this has been the warmest, most efficient UPS store Ive ever been. I have always had great service here be it notary or mailing my packages. The lower star reviews are of previous owner. Check them out yourself for any notary, return of amazon packages, mailing or courier services.

We have been a customer for over 5 years. As of Feb 20 they are under new ownership. The place is super friendly and they have added a new product:great customer service. Angry old man meter has been at zero ever since! I havent even been yelled at once!!!Lets support a new Cerritos small family business in their endeavor.

I go here all the time & I never had a problem with anything. I had a weird size box I needed & he got out measuring tape was super helpful one time & every other time I was treated well too. I have sent faxes, shipped packages lots of times & I really cant imagine how so many others have such bad experiences .

It is February 1st at 3:10 pm pst the Rep is assisting customer Ivy, who is doing returns and having problems. He is very rude to the lady with whom has to ask him questions regarding returning items. when it came to not having a label less code for a return but need to print out the item the customer ask for help he told her he could not do it and she would need to do it herself as he does not work for Amazon..?!? He said his name was John King, I doubt it because he was not wearing a name tag. He is the worst to represent UPS. Which I happen to believe is truly a great company. Without customers there is no business. Maybe this person needs to realize if he is really needed at this UPS as pushing customers away with his rudeness is not going to bring more customers in to be abuse.

Extremely rude old guy - probably the owner - INCOMPETENT!!! Needed to send a document overseas and they messed up. Even when I asked for customs forms they said this envelope is all you need to fill out. I shipped on Dec 29th and was supposed to deliver in 3 days and today is Jan 1st and it is Still stuck in Louisville, KY for missing customs form.UPS headquarters should take a note of this branch with 75 1.5 star rating. These guys are bringing down UPS name

I would give them 0 if I could. They charged my son $170 to ship a saver overnight package that weighed 5 pounds. Not only did he overcharge the kid, the package was lost and the contents spoiled. When I called the store, of course he was rude and hung up on me. Class act!!! Rip off kids, do a poor job and deny everything!

Not really sure what happened to the other people, but I thought I would add in my review to help offset all the negative ones :) The gentleman who helped me (he was most likely the owner) was great. Super friendly, totally helped me out as I had a bit of a tricky request, smiled, definitely said thank you. When I asked for tape, he told me that he would absolutely take care of it, not a problem. I will absolutely go back and would recommend his store to anyone who needed to ship something.

My husband has always said the owner is rude and nasty. But, his son was in the store and I thought he could help me with some amazon returns. I dont know who was worse, the son or the father. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! They need to read their reviews. I’m so tired of these apathetic sprayed insects we have to deal with in business. If life is so bad, go play with computers In your mothers basement!

They deserve this one star or less and no more. Seriously incompetent staff, owners, employees whatever they are. Came in to make simple copies of my documents. The old man didnt ask if i needed any assistance, just walk up to the printer i was using and started moving the settings. His gesture was rude and made it seem as thought he thought i was going to damage his printer. The other guy behind the cashier didnt even know how to use the printer. I asked him for help on making some copies, comes up to the printer, opens the copier and then just walks away back behind the cashier. I got my things and payed for some copies i had made myself. Dont come here for anything. Clearly incompetent to even function a copy machine, think about how they would mess up on any other service.

EXTREMELY RUDE customer service. I cant say for the younger man working there because he wasnt the one that helped me but it was an older asian man. He was extremely rude and did not speak English well. I am half asian myself so I do not mean this in a bad way but why work at a job that you NEED to speak English if you cannot do it well, are rude to customers, and are representing UPS in a very bad way? Extremely upset. UPS needs to do something about this before I never use their service again.

This UPS Store was completely rude to me, I talked to the manager Jay Jeong Koo Rho, he took his time to get to me and had an attitude, I asked the other Male worker for help and he replied “he already checked”.- POOR SERVICE! They need to leave there attitudes at home, not at work

Dont ever use UPS, their services are straight trash and I dont understand how they are still in business . Their tracking system was horrible in my experience being that it was only updated twice and its been over a week, the dates on the tracking of the item was also wrong. UPS claimed they had my tablet in January when I actually had it. I sent my package out with FedEx and it arrived in 4 days and that was with the delays going on Baltimore because of the riots. UPS has taken over a week in delivering my package with no delays listed, after calling they said I will have to wait till Monday since their is no deliveries on weekend which I believe is bullshit also. Unfortunately my warranty provider uses shitty mail service and I also will calling them to make my complaints.

I currently have a mailbox at this location and I have also received and sent mail. I have had absolutely NO problems whatsoever. They are very professional and more than kind. I would refer anyone I know to them and NO I do not work for them, I am a customer.

First the ups customer service sends you to a different address 13233 moore st cerritos, then Google maps gives you this address then they said they are open from 8 to 8:30pm to customers who want to pick up their packages like a special service, then you go and is totally close... finally you decide to call them and they tell you without a worry or a care for your time or gas come back tomorrow or look around and see if theres a security guard there and ask... bad customer service bad directions bad communication they dont have a direct phone number. Hope they close soon and fire those unprofessional people who dont care about others people time and business.

Contrary to the other reviews, the owner was pleasant and laughed with us about me needing glasses to see all the fine print. The service was good. However, an overnight envelope to Nashville Tn. was 48.00 and change - along with the $40.00 Notary charge made sending this envelope sized package a bit costly. My wife uses overnight services frequently and I use Notary signers on a regular basis and tallied up the cost to be more than double the normal amount we are charged for the same service. I was in a hurry and needed this to make it by Monday - So I went with his pricing.Normal overnight service is 16.00 to 22.00 and Notary signing 15.00. This cost me a few bucks and I hope my package is there by 5:00pm Monday. If not, I will follow with another review.

I had a horrible experience here I dont like to accuse people, but I believe the workers there are more inclined to help Asian customers then Hispanic I witness them treat an Asian lady very kindly and when I asked for a little help I got the cold shoulder I did not appreciate it I would never go back there.

This is a very bad place for notary. Owner is very rude and unfriendly. He made a mistake notarized my papers and I went their to get correction he was very angry. I would never go back to this place. I think state should suspend this guys license.

The asian owner is very grumpy and provides the worst customer experience possible. I would highly suggest to take your UPS dropoff ELSEWHERE. His older son seems very nice, but the younger one is just like his dad..grumpy and crappy service. Never met a grumpier salesman. Avoid this place and go to the USPS, right across the bridge on Carmenita/183rd.

Rude old asian man, im not racist i am chinese. They never pick up their phones, whenever i go in to this store their customer service is horrible and rude. The way this man talks to their customers is like as if we are all criminal scum who are there to steal his money when in fact all customers coming into the store are just trying to pay for their service. Im closing my mailbox today and renting one elsewhere. I hope someone can tell them to read all the negative reviews this store is getting, but he will most likely not even care tbh.

They print you a receipt when you drop off a package for delivery. Be careful what you ship though, they literally toss the box into a pile, regardless of what your box may contain.
