Fantastic place to visit. Ive never been in a Staple Store before, so i was blown away to see how many other things you wouldnt expect in a store like this. Nice😉

Well if the person who assisted me would of been a little more knowledgeable on printing from my phone it would of saved me about hour and a half and a purchase of something I didnt need. But workers are helpful & store very clean

Pretty good service, but they didnt have same prices as their own website for some items. They were will to match the prices on their own website, but then I couldnt use their coupon on the same transaction. I would understand if I were price matching someone else, but its your own website...

Place is convenient right off the 605 fwy and 91fwy. Store is stocked nicely but prices on internet use & copies is ridiculous. Paid .30 cent a minute for used and $1 per color copy!

Everyone was very helpful. As always!I am disappointed that I could not purchase more than 5 sale items at the reduced price. In the past, I have been able to purchase 30 items at the reduced price because I am a teacher. This year, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to get 5 more items. So that means that I have to go back 5 days in order to get enough items for my students.

Convenient spot to pick of office supplies. not the best prices on everything, but great deals on certain supplies. friendly staff asked if I was finding everything ok. will be back.

I went to exchange the item that I lost the receipt for. the personell gave me no issues about it just said hey if you have your credit card that you purchased it with just put it in the machine we will look it up and give you the exchange no problem. I did that, within minutes I was out of there. thank you very much Staples

I like this Staples because its close to Cerritos College. And everything in this store is less expensive . And also the staff is nice and very helpful as well.👍👌❤📚

Had to print an attachment from an email, sign it and scan it and send it back, this place was amazing especially the young woman in there print processing department.See Im an old guy and this type of stuff is just a little above my capabilites. THANK YOU, STAPLES.

After searching around for an electronics event to recycle 3 old printers, I was happy to discover that Staples could accommodate me. They took care of it quickly and pleasantly...and I received a 10%off coupon.

They laminated my sisters vintage newspaper clippings of her youth so I can conserve them for a longer period.

Horrible customer service in the copy center... Was charged too much for the self-service copy machines... Then the employee crumpled up my receipt which I needed for tax purposes... But then had to give me a refund because she charged me the wrong price... Dont know what customer service means to Staples anymore but apparently it doesnt mean very much... I can guarantee you I will not return to that Staples store ever again...

The reason their staff is unfamiliar with their products and a bit off is because this staples is part of a student work program from ABC unified school district. Many of their employees are new to work and the experience so they arent very good at it. I think they should be a given a break as first timers, but of course different situations call for different reactions.

I always get my print jobs done there. The print department girls are professional and always meet my business needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I also think the other store reps are very helpful.

Went to print papers and get a Webcamasked someone that worked there if they had Webcam and said no. I was frustrated but decided to look still and around the corner was in fact 5 different webcams. I was so mad that I dropped all of my stuff in the middle of the store and left. ur employees are that uneducated for an item that every staples should have then why are they working there? it wasnt even a maybe it was a straight no to my face.Every time I came here it has been garbage help. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
