I ordered an ice cream cake for my littlest 6th grade promotion and they were so communicative and made the icing in his school colors Nixon Academy ❤💛❤ and Mae Lin (sp?) Went above and beyond to make sure my cake was perfect! And the price was great 😀 definitely recommend this store, all employees were awesome! Thank you so much

Two visits, spaced couple of years apart and both of them were not pleasant. As others mentioned in their reviews, we experienced rudeness too from the owners.They were rude with my 5 yr old boy so that goes a long way in telling how they are running their shop. All he asked was a request to sample a particular flavor and they rudely denied it. Being surprised we gently asked that other BRs do provide a sample, their response was we dont do it here in a rude tone implying you can go elsewhere then.Of course we left the place without buying and fortunately, they are not the only Baskin Robbins in the area, so we will stop visiting this place for good now.

Well I like most enjoyed the cleanliness, and service but, $7.50 for a single scoop and a childs scoop is ridiculous. Thatll never happen again.

The old persons in store are not in right attitude toward customers. Not a single word of greeting, just quick look over the counter, busy on whatever and never ask what do I want. Wonder why are they in store and no interest on customers. I waited little just walked out.

I love baskin robbins but just like everything else in the world, its getting more expensive and I feel like the scoops are getting smaller.

Crowded when visited. Not kept social distancing and not orderly but crews did not care about it

I remember coming here while growing up, on my breaks from being tutored. It will always be a fond memory for me and still tastes the same as before. Support your mom and pops shop!

Has long has I have known Baskin-Robbins 31 .... they have had the special in the months with 31 days. This place is using covid to not honor the Baskin-Robbins tradition 😑

I have always bought my ice cream cakes here. They are usually quite tasty and the employees have always treated me right . Today, however, was a different story. I was looking for a sugar free cake which they did not have, which was fine. Just to commemorate a dearly departed sisters 60th bday. Since they did not have the sugar free kind, I decided to just buy a really small log type ice cream cake. I told the attendant to scribble Happy 60th bday, Nanette. We agreed that she would have to scribble it on the platform since the cake was too small and had not enough space in it. She used blue icing (!!!) to do that. I asked if she could change it to red which she had on the side but she refused. While I took the cake home, that young woman ruined the experience for us. I hope that she wont do that to her other customers. She needs better customer service skills and I hope she gets it soon. There are other fishes in the ocean, if you know what I mean.

Nice server, clean place but they need to fill up the cups for the price Im paying. She left too much empty space at the top of the shake cups. They didnt have dome lids and we werent offered whipped cream.

Some old lady gave me old red jam that was sitting under the counter, 2 small slices of banana and ice. it was supposed to be a strawberry banana milkshake but she didnt even put ice cream in it. hope she gets fired

The owner couple was very Rude, when we got in no one greeted us, we waited 5 minutes to some one notice us. We want to order ice cream cake, we were exploring the cake & owner came and shut the fridge door, was really bad experience with the old couple, will never go there again

Just went in with my kids to get ice cream there was three employees helping one lady with an ice cream cake well me and the kids waiting ten minutes for any of the employees to notice and help us. One did notice and instead of helping us which we were next she helps this white lady instead who just barely walked in. I was very upset and my kids were sad so we just left. Never coming here again

Love this ice cream place, they have alot of options, the ice cream here is delicious amazing customer service always feel welcomed here, they greet you as soon as you step in, they all smile very attentive, social, very friendly, and helpful. Highly this place

The customer service here was atrocious! The owners were absolutely rude, didn’t acknowledge us as I walked in with my family. I felt we wasn’t welcome. They were not helpful at all, instead very miserable & damn rude!!! Won’t be coming here again ever! It’s an absolute disgrace!!! Manners don’t cost anything! Disgusting customer service!

Great ice cream as always. The staff turn the open sign off and stop answering the phone an hour or 2 before the place actually closes. Beware.

The owner lady is rude. My family was there eating ice cream and she started flicking the lights to get us to leave 7 minutes before they closed. We had already been there for a bit eating so it wasnt like we came in last minute

They always have great flavors. If the managers are not around, some of the employees dont really know what they are doing...they are usually high schoolers or college students working here.

This Cerritos Baskin Robbins owner price gauges his customers. We paid $2.00 more for the exact same thing as the Baskin Robbins 5 miles away. I contacted Baskin Robbins directly and was told that although the stores are independently owned, once a year Baskin Robbins gives price guidelines to its stores. This store obviously does not adhere to the guidelines. Be prepared to pay too much here.

Just jacked up the prices so high you cannot afford to go there...large milkshake is nearly $10.00. I was told it was because the rent had been increased. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE>>>!

Worst place I ever seen. Staff was rude. Quantity was half of what we get in other BR shops. I asked for Extra cup, guy told me that comes with extra cost, but we never paid extra at other BR shops for this.

Disappointed that they charge more for their ice cream than other B&R in the same area. 2 pre-packed quarts are $12 and $10 at other stores. Nearly $1 per pound more than other stores.
