Acai bowl is so good here. Tried the shaved ice but they didnt put enough flavor... plus these young girls working there need better customer service training too 😒

Tasty shaved ice. But you can get the shave ice machine from Amazon and condiments from any Asian stores and make your own. The reason is, its very expensive just for a shaved ice. Make your own and save money and it lasted a life time.

Theres acai bowl is the best Ive ever had.But i hate that they never answer there phone.I dont why they even have one?

Kids loved the shaved ice grape, mango and lime flavors the best. Adults loved the mango macadamia ice cream cone.

Snowflakes was good. Their acai bowls and halo halo look really good and seem to have giant portions. The service was friendly. It was quite loud inside but thats because blenders and ice shavers are not quiet haha. They have a self serve toppings bar for shaved snow only.

This established is unprofessional. Their hours say one thing but in reality they close sooner then what they promote. I came here 2x and both times they closed earlier than what they promoted. 0 stars if I could.

Came in here close to closing time, and picked to eat Halo Halo. Delicious combination - topped with rainbow jelly, corn, rice crispies, coconut flakes, lychee jelly, jackfruit, condensed milk, red bean (which could have been a bit better), and of course ube ice cream.

This place is really good.The ice is super soft and not shards like many places; its literally like fresh snow. The flavors dont taste all natural but theyre not sugar either

Shaved ice not crushed ice is used in Halo Halo. Taste is just right (not so sweet) with all the trimmings, the way I like it. Been a fun ever since friends introduced the store to me. Price is reasonable. If you want to beat the heat, visit the place. Price is just right. Service is fast. But most of all..variety of choices💞

Was recommended to try this place. Go in an two guys are sitting inside without a mask on! So I asked the the cashier why they didnt have on mask she said I dont know. I advised her that it is still a requirement in L.A. county! Its disappointing when people dont adhere to the guidelines and arent even remotely concerned about their welfare or others. That acai was watered-down. Needless to say I wont be back!

Finally! A place that serves halo halo in a big cup and decent spoon as opposed to the common narrow cup with a skinny spoon. They dont fill it up all the way so you get the same amount, but its so much easier to eat out from. Their halo halo ingredients are a little different from traditional, but still delicious! The atmosphere is excellent and the workers are too. A little on the pricey side, you can find better halo halo prices in town.

They have many different things to choose from and they all sound great. I got their Halo Halo, it looked interesting and different so wanted to give it a try. Some of the ingredient threw me off, like the corn and the beans but all the others were good. If I get this another time I will know what not to get in mine.

I very nice place to get your frozen treat fix. I had the Hawaiian shaved ice and the strawberry whip soft serve.The strawberry soft serve was a real let down. Hardly much strawberry flavor. It wasnt strong enough or citrusy enough, it was colored red enough though.The star of the show was the Hawaiian shaved ice. That was so delicious and it really was the Hawaiian style.Definitely coming back to try the other stuff.

Love Snowflakes! Delicious shave ice complete with ice cream and condensed milk topper. Lots of flavor options. Also have the newer version of shave ice referred to as snow here which is pre-flavored then shaved. They also have many other desserts and things.

I love coming to Snowflakes with the kids! We all enjoy it very much. However, I feel they need another employee on the weekends. The tables are sticky and there were no napkins in the dispenser. The employees are very busy making the acai and halo halo bowls. While one is making the shaved ice and attending the register. Hopefully they hire an extra set of helping hands. Summer is coming 🌞

This place is absolutely a blast. My wife is Filipina. She says the Halo Halo here is the best she has had in the USA. Plus the rest of the goodies are fresh, and great!! You gotta give it a try!! You wont be able to stay away after......

My experience here was pretty flat. We went inside hoping for some interesting desserts, but we came out half-fulfilled. The desserts melted pretty fast, but I liked the way the place was laid out. Very pretty.

Everything is really good .... except sometimes the shaved snow seems very little. And do not take the shaved snow to go... it disappears by the time you get home

They DONT carry SUGAR FREE FLAVORS. Very disappointing, if they did we would be regulars. We drive 4 miles farther to Shave It because they have bothregular and sugar free.

Acai Chunky Monkey was awesome. My son had tiger blood with root beer and blue raspberry shaved ice with vanilla ice cream in the middle and condensed milk drizzled on top, that was good too.

Snowflakes is generally known for their shaved ice, but I usually get their acai bowls. The inside of Snowflakes has a warm and well-lit feeling to it. In my experience, the workers have all been friendly and helpful. As for the acai bowls, I feel like I get good value in terms of quantity. The ingredients are fresh as well, so Ive been satisfied with my acai bowl experiences here. Snowflakes participates in the FiveStars program, just in case people frequent this place and werent aware of that. Parking has been a challenge recently (there has been some construction in the middle of the plaza), so you may have to park on the opposite side of the plaza (if the plaza is busy, such as on a weekday evening or on some weekends).

Loved going here for their selection of flavors that youd probably not recognize like thai tea sriracha and maple bacon! They have a sampler flight you can try l the flavors out with:)

Really love coming here. The items are so refreshing and filling too! I think I get something different everytime I come. Today I got the super bowl Berry Bliss and added chocolate chips. My mom always gets the chunky monkey, which sounds really good, but doesnt have the greens lol you know we need them greens! Haha healthy life = live longer! Hah that quote doesnt even exist, but thats okay, its true! Super yummy stuff. Last time I got a fit smootie and that was pretty amazing too. My daughter didnt like it, but thats cool, more for me.On top of the awesome food, service is always very friendly, welcoming and helpful so yay for great customer service!!Will most def come back always!
