Called to let me know laptop was fixed. Cool. They close at 6pm. I drove from Long Beach and rolled up at 5pm. Theyre closed. No note saying it was an emergency and no answer after calling them multiple times. I needed it for school after waiting a long time. Not cool. Whats the point of having hours if you dont follow them?

Extremely honest and intelligent people. Repaired my Thinkpad after I dropped it. Thought it was a motherboard replacement. They managed to fix it without replacing the motherboard for FREE. Will definitely be bringing my other laptops in to this company next time.

I cant say enough good things about this company or their staff. Theyre GREAT! Were on our 5th purchase from them in the last 10 + years.
