Great service, ordered my son Jordans online. Store was well organize by brand. It was easy to find what we wanted.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked if I needed some help. When I found the pair I shoes I wanted I asked for my size and they went to the back and got my size and the workers are extremely nice and they are fast. I recommend going to this footlocker.

Isaac was the only reason I gave this place 5 stars. He helped me with patience and I got two Jordans. The red trainers and the blue casual.

Service was fast and staff was helpful in finding the right size and color we needed. We went late right before closing and the employees still had friendly attitudes towards helping out.

Went in and all of the staff was busy talking amongst each other. Then I asked an employee if they had the specific Jordans to which the guy replied nahh and walked away before I could ask for another color. Not spending 150-300 for such bad customer service.

Floor customer service was good. They greeted me upon arrival and asked if I needed anything when I was looking for shoes. But when I got my shoes I inspected them and the soles were slightly dirty and had scuffs. I said ok,not going to make a big deal. Then I went to pay and had to wait for a cashier. Then they asked if I was paying cash or card. The system was down. Ok. I asked can you set them aside for me until tomorrow morning. Nope, only until the end of day. Ok, fine. Going to Lakewood.

Vanessa, the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. She had a mean look to her face and does not look approachable and she wasnt. No smile, no greeting, just plain bad attitude and vibe. I dont expect much from people in retail but they could at least pretend to be decent and civil human beings. Instead they appear to be miserable people who wants to spread there negative vibe

This place is deplorable Southbay mall had got some shoes on hold for me to pick up here and this lady with hoop earrings asked me which shoes I was looking for after I specifically told her the shoe name and style. She had a nasty attitude I couldnt stand how unprofessional she carried herself to be. Her dumbass kept staring at me like a idiot... Im guessing she wanted me to memorize the sku# or something. Management please overlook who it is that youre hiring. She does not need that job.

The cashier was over unrespectful they judge people how they looks super pricey and I swear the cashier for sure stole my money she charged me 2 times I called my bank and both transactions was covered but it looks they took the money I called 2 times they didnt care at all I wish people be aware about these employees all what I can say I really I had 250$ in the account and I really wanted to get milk for the baby thanks God my wife works if it happened with some body wanna make his kids happy it could turn this to tragedy so please ignore that store please and if u guys look to my bank account both transactions was approved and went to footlocker I just posted a pic for my account

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER! VERY RUDE. THE TWO GIRLS THAT HELPED ME WERE VERY RUDE. The manager was the only friendly one and helped me out with my purchase.

Way too crowded and over priced. All I needed was a pair of cross trainers and it took nearly 20 minutes just to get help. Then all they pushed were Kanye shoes.
