I love the quality of the clothes and of course the sale section is a must hit first. The blue jeans are so awesome. And clothes overall last longer and colors doesnt fade.

Had a very pleasant experience today. Associate Christian was extremely calm and cool and he was more than eager to assist with my questions. I was lucky to be able to check out with him. Good store with fair prices for quality modern clothes. No fashion. I purchased the three pack of mask. Very comfortable.Go!

Nice store to get quality clothes from.

A place to get basic items such as t-shirts, shorts, pants, socks, and underwares at Uniqlo price. On weekends, it may get crowed with people. There are only two cashiers availavle, so have a little patience waiting for your turn

This is one of my favorite brands especially for lounge wear. I recently bought two blue jackets, one with UV protection for hiking and another one that its called fluffy yarn fleece which I loved especially during my trip in the mountains. It kept me super warm. Their bags are comfortable, too.

Covids destroyed tons of its business and now they have a no return policy ob their products made in China. Sizes differ in many variances, some coming in sizes smaller than usual for US. On their website 41 in chest was listed for XL, which is my chest size, so I ordered accordingly to site suggested size. Apparently theres a no return policy fkr final sale and now Im stuck with an XL jacket. Makes matter worst the instore employee tricked me into accepting the package that couldnt be return. Contact from warehouse and in store retail are different processes so be warned if your ordering online versus in person. Japanese retails such as Uniqlo are trash in customer service standards compared to other stores like Macys, Nordstroms, Kohls and etc. Stay away until covid gets better for their pocket books and they return improvement on their customer rep.

Their policy is so good for COVID-19. I think they do their best. The store is pretty huge then so many varietirs. Unfortunately, I am not interested in Clothes so it is just fine. I think clerks need more experiences. Most of them work without smiling.

Worst customer service

Today my son was denied entry to the store for wearing a face shield. We were excited to buy his dad a birthday gift but were not allowed entry even with me complying with their stores & CDCs guidelines (proof of doctors note providing an exception due to his seizure disorder😢). The store Manger Marvin S. couldnt explain their stores covid policy of wearing a facial covering OR mask to enter the store. There was a small disclaimer under their stores front door notice that customers need to refer to CDC guidelines for details and exceptions. Apparently, the store employees cant read for understanding.

The associates are nice and very persistent to keep things organized. The service here is great when they are available to help. Being nice to associates goes a long way and being a returning customer and being known as a regular, makes it more comfortable to shop at any store.Ask about their APP Perks and hemming services.

Sections were easy 2 identify aided by good lighting. Less customers probably because its on a weekday. But d mens section did not have someone stationed there. I have 2 go 2 d womens section for assistance n payment. Overall satisfied with d quality n price.

The bulk shirts, at least on the mens side, are very cheap and use uncomfortable material. They also take up a large portion of the floor space.Everything else thats left, though, tends to be very cozy, and they have styles for a good variety of tastes. There are also so many socks! If you have trouble finding socks you like, this is definitely the store for you.

I love Unoqlo. Located within the mall, the atmosphere is very nice. You are always greeted when you enter and if you need anything, staff is always happy to help. Its always clean and their clothes selection changes often so if you dont like something you can come back next week and check again.

I really like the fact that they tailor your pants at no additional charge! Plus its great clothing material!

LifeWear isnt disposable clothing but perfect components made with quality.Heather Chen, the manager, greeted all those in line, gearing up for a hectic day of mostly crazy Asians fighting over deals.Waiting in the Grand Opening line for an hour, we were highly anticipating the Opening Day deals & to obtain the free canvas tote bag for the first 200 customers.The best of the Opening Day deals were the 100% natural silk womens 3/4 sleeve blouses for $3.90 (reg. $49.90) & mens boxer briefs/trunk & womens hiphuggers for $1.90 (reg $4.95). Some of the articles that captured my attention were the pocketable parkas & cheap socks.The staff, while swamped by the Opening Day shoppers, were friendly & helpful with finding any item you were particularly looking.Every 30 minutes, the Uniqlo staff had a prize wheel for customers to spin. Top prize was a $10 Uniqlo giftcard. On my first spin, I won a Hi-Chew candy. Second, a Uniqlo booklet.My first time experiencing Uniqlo & I am impressed. Affordable clothing made with quality, some including AIRism, Uniqlos patented quick-dry & ultra-fine fibers, which allows wearers to be cool to the touch & dry. The merchandise was attractively displayed, the line went by efficiently & the prices are very reasonable. I foresee them being in the mall for a long time to come.Highly recommend!

When you enter the store, you have a feeling of casual style. Our late youngest, the youngest, likes clothes that allow us to freely act.So I wore stretchy clothes and chose light blue and dark blue. I like green, so I tried wearing light green, but it goes well, but I chose blue and my wife bought two thin clothes that stick to each other. I like the variety, so Im going to go back to it 😁😘
