Very helpful but why is there always a Panda Express near a game stop.

Always willing to help. I buy older games after researching the most fun ones. I use them to entertain myself while doing cardio on my exercise bike. Then i hit the weights so i can be ready for my title match in fight night 3 or 4. lol...Ive been playing video games all my life. Staff there always knowledgeable and helpful. Love Grand Theft Auto series, NFS series, Fight Night series, Gran Turismo series, Medal of Honor series, Tekken series, MORTAL Kombat series and many many more...just did cardio while playing Fight Night 4...without video games I would not be able to sit on my exercise bike for more then 10 minutes...but with the adrenaline flowing from an angry loss to a boss on hard level or grenades being thrown at you in Grand Theft Auto or even being chased by cops in Midnight Club Los Angeles cardio is easy...lmao...furthermore if I want to knock out Superman with Batman in Injustice I can do so...go here...they will be more than glad to help you...

Great area but the store is fairly small, overall a great place to get your video games and collectibles

Store is still functioning as normal but but with masks on of course and theyre only letting 5 people in the store at a time. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable on the whole gaming aspect of things which made looking for things a lot easier

Im big on customer service. Based on that it was an ok place. They took took the demo game play area away from the store, it doesnt seem like the same game stop without it. Other than its reliable for games.

I bought a PS4 back in Feb of this year and we bought the warranty. Come October the PlayStation breaks. Were told to ship it back for a new replacement within 2 weeks. 2 months later and still no replacement 20 phone calls to any one we can get a hold of, still nothing Im out the money and the Ps4. Dont get the warranty its a fraud and false advertising. Im filing a complaint with the consumer affairs department.

There was a morbidly obese man who tried to attack me outside of the store. other than that, overall a pretty good store.

So me and my girl Decided to get another nintendo switch light and we ordered it online to pick up at the store at this location movie winning the person working the death (chelbie or shell-be ) said theu didnt have it Even though said pick up at this location so she sent us to another game stop in a whole nother town And we got there relying that she was supposed to counsel the order at This particular game stop in we would have to pick it up from the other We thought that was weird because he said to pick up at this store so we win in it turns out that ours was at the store in the West back there she just didnt give it to us meme that happened to pay again at the other game stop I was very disappointed and upset with the service luckily when we came back a few hours later the manage Was at the desk this time and told us that yes she did a wrong in ours was there so we own a why she said it wasnt we also felt that she was trying to rush us out real quick and she really didnt want to send their it felt very uncomfortable And was not a very pleasant Visit Like the manager who was there between 6 to closing was phenomenal he handled in fixed the problem respectfully kindly and professionally his service was a one I wish I can remember his name I wanna say Chad

The staff are super friendly, informative, and brave for working during a virus, and for being so helpful and knowledgeable about stock items

Only allowing 2 people at a time because of COVID-19, so when you go be prepared to wait outside for a few minutes if its already at capacity. The wait fore wasnt bad, so definitely recommend it if you absolutely have to.

Still a reliable place to shop for games from old games, newly released and upcoming games. Has occasional good deals on games and consoles. And they have a slowly increasing number of game based toys, figures, key chains, mugs, shirts and other stuff. Staff here are great unlike a few branches I know.

Dude would not take my game because the game was still sealed. literally told me that he can take it and I have to come back tomorrow or have to find another GameStop just because its sealed up. makes no sense you can clearly see the game is brand new or you can just open it I dont care it makes no sense for you to tell me to come back another day and when Im right there. Smh

Now I know why gamestops are closing. They are very pricey. When buying something used, you might as well buy something new because they are literally priced nearly the exact same. Used to be my go to spot for used/cheap games and other things. But now its too pricey. and Ive always hated the fact that they open the new video games and take everything out

At this particular gamestop, this employee knows his stuff, unlike some other generic gamestop employees. Overall expierence, amazing to say the least.

They had what I was looking for. The store worker was attentive in verifying I got the relevant preorder bonuses for what I was buying.

Went to California for a visit with family. And so I decided to go to Gamestop since My Daulshock 4 that I currently had was broken. This gamestop was very maintained and stocked. The employees were attentive and kind. This is a good example of what a gamestop should be in summary.
